Omg I love this place. This was my first time going into this store and not even a minute in the store, I found an eye catching dress. This dress was exactly what I wanted for my event that I was going to. The new lady who helped me, Lizzie, she was VERY SWEET AND HELPFUL. I wanted to try on the dress but they didnt have a fitting room, so Lizzie was amazing and she took me to a room to where I can try on the dress and as I expected the dress looked fantastic on me. It was worth every penny I spent. Definitely recommending this to anyone. :)

I LOVED THIS CUTE STORE.... The min you walked in it smelled SO good, and I love the vibe. The workers there are so sweet and they helped me for what ever i needed. I was able to get candles, lotions and shirts for my friends and family....Will be coming back whenever I travel to austin. :)

Im a returning customer. Came in to pick up an outfit and walked out with Boots for our son. We live close by and frequently visit. Never had a problem. Love the family atmosphere, the handmade product, and all the boots are nicely done. Finished up shopping just in time to enjoy the beautiful sunset on the lake with my husband. Absolutely reccomend to everyone.

Came in with my girlfriend and left with some nice boots for her. The store was very nicely decorated and had a positive vibe to it. Lizzie was a great help and even offered to help search for dresses in my girlfriends size. A great place to shop and at a beautiful location!

I bought a pair of boots almost two weeks ago. I was promised to receive them in a week. Im still waiting. Ive tried calling a few times. There is no answer, no way to leave a message. Dustin was very nice when I was in the store. Which means nothing if Im getting ripped off. Two stars because Im still hoping to get the boots for which I paid.

I really love the staff member here. Im not sure what her name is, I think Lizzie or Lindsay but she was able to help me find the perfect dress and introduced me to the Latika lotions and soaps. I am in love and will be coming back for more!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Ive have never experienced such extremely poor customer service with any purchase Ive made in my life. $330.00 pair of boots were purchased in Austin while I was visiting family from Oklahoma. After one wear the strap broke. This was in August 2017. Even though boots were lost in transit they finally arrived to be repaired. We are now in March of 2018 and Ive been given so many different excuses as to why my boots have not been shipped back. I can no longer reach anyone as the phone doesnt have voicemail set up. Living in another state doesnt allow me to drop by and pick them up. Ive tried to be patient but this is nearing the point of fraudulent business practices.

Horrible customer service!!! Ive bought 5 pair and was happy until the last pair was defective. They refuse to replace defective boots. Buyer beware!!

I was overcharged $100 for a pair of boots we bought, paid for my sons shirt in the store that was supposed to get mailed because the lady was unable to remove the security tag, I have called & text numerous times for my merchandise and refund ..... texts and messages have been ignored
