I feel the most undervalued costumer out there. I have two accounts with Sparkletts for over 2 years. I decided to move one of my locations a mile and half down the road. That was the end of my water delivery service.They have confirmed not once but FIVE delivery days and not shown up - NOT a call or email about the changes. There is more - I called and specifically asked to speak with a manager in regards to all this mismanaging my account AND emailed about it too - I have heard NOTHING. No one has called me: no Clarence, no Robert, no Rhonda, no Austin. All supposedly are route rep and supervisors. - I called on Wednesday 8/4 : got a delivery scheduled for Friday 8/6. On Friday I called them and learned no one was delivering water and it was rescheduled to Monday (which we are closed) without my consent. They agreed to deliver on Tuesday, Wednesday and now Thursday 8/12/2021. All that I know because I called them. No one has call me to say they have skipped my location and rescheduled.My staff has asked me about water on a daily basis and I have nothing to say besides how embarrassing this fiasco with your company is. I feel like cancelling the service - which was good until we relocated.
Love the water not so much the service. I ordered two jugs. I received 4 and now they have the audacity to charge me for 4. I called the driver told him I was only supposed to have two jugs. He said no worries I figured you would need more. I told him its just me drinking the water he said dont worry you will not be charged. Well I was Charged! plus put on an every two week delivery that I didnt want. I wanted every month! Grrrrr so far very disappointed 😞!
REVISED: Got a call from Lisa and she helped us out. I dont know what wed do with out clean, fresh drinking water from Sparklets Water!!___________________We got a water delivery with a cracked bottle which leaked all over the floor. Sent 2 different emails to try and get the issue fixed. I just spent 1.4 hours on hold trying to talk to someone. We just want credit for the bottle but no one is interested in responding.
Weve had this service for a couple of years and are very happy. During the recent storm, we were very grateful to have clean water to drink - even if we didnt have electricity to run the dispenser. Our delivery was a bit delayed because of the storm, but it came as soon as the roads were safe to drive on and we really appreciate it. Never had an issue with deliveries and the customer service is great. Highly recommend.

My experience with Sparkletts has been great. Delivery always on time and managing my account online is super easy. Bonus, they send emails and call so I am always aware of my next delivery.

They said yes we can deliver took my credit card number all information and said I would have a delivery soon. After a month of emails saying your delivery is coming oops nope we rescheduled I finally called and now they are saying oh we dont deliver there. Ridiculous get it together!

Weve had Sparkletts water service in Brenham for around 6 months now, and it has been wonderful. The sals rep, their delivery team, the customer support agents have all been efficient and kind. Special shout out to Marciya, a support member at Sparkletts who expertly assisted us with a frustrating situation on our billing. Admittedly, their phone lines can be quite busy at times, but when I found out they have easy online bill pay, the phone line is a non-issue.
Dropped off a machine and water without permission then started charging me and couldnt call to cancel.
Sparkletts water is awesome! No more lugging around cases of water from the grocery store. Their water tastes great. Our local tap water here in Round Rock has always tasted funny. On a TDS meter, Sparkletts is very close to 0. I recently tested it and had a reading of 11. Comparing this to the tap water reading of 267, it is a no brainer to which I have confidence in. I also feel it is a greener alternative. The 5 gallon containers are recycled so there isn’t a need for plastic bottles. Do some number crunching. We found that what we pay for Sparkletts is very close to what we paid for water at the grocery store. This includes the hot/cold water dispenser the service provides. Comparing this to the cost and maintenance to our reverse osmosis system it, is much cheaper. Better water, no maintenance and the convenience factor made Sparkletts the best choice.
Very disappointed they never delivered my stuff on my day they said then they said it would be delivered in Saturday it almost six and still nothing no way to call and figure out whats going on because no customer service rep apparently
We have been getting water for over 2 years now and moved 3 times. Even with our moves The water delivery service has been excellent and on time. I was worried Covid would disrupt thing but it didnt. I always get a call the day before our delivery reminding me to put my empty bottles out too. Very pleased.
There is a range of products and prices, so there is enough choice. What I ordered from Sparkletts for was the delivery. The truck comes to my location (which some companies will not service) like clockwork. The products are excellent. The invoices also come like clockwork, so I know that they are paid. I am spared running out of their products - for me the important one is water - and aggravating my back by carrying the water around.

The water in Burnet is not drinkable, I dont even let my animals drink it, so this is a life saver for us. We have the bottom fill dispenser and also order cases of water. I dont have to break my back loading it from the store to the car, from the car to the house/ shop etc. and I dont have to worry about running out. The water is good, the delivery driver is great, very professional and courteous. I stared this service through Costco, its a little cheaper to do so.
I am a happy customer due to the efforts put forth by Sparkletts, the options for the different items they offer besides just water delivery is awesome. They always provide a reminder before your delivery to have your bottles outside.The driver is always pleasant and interacts with you each and every time

Absolutely delicious water!! Shows up at your front door and comes out of dispenser hot or cold. Much better than individual 20oz plastic bottles or RO unit under sink. Love love love. Best flavor of all 5 gallon home distributors.

Ive had Sparkletts for 4 years since moving to Austin. I ordered this through Costco to get the discount.The bottles have shown up cracked and leaked all over, replacements dont happen until the next delivery...a month later. When Ive rescheduled deliveries due to travel, they sometimes show up and other times dont.I am moving out of state and scheduled Sparkletts to pick up the cooler and empty bottles 4 weeks before my move date. They only offered 2 dates they could pick up the items. Not only that but I have to sit and wait all day between 8-5pm for them to pick up the items.On the date I was told to call in and I could get an estimated time theyd be at my place to pick everything up. I called the main line, (because there is no local number), 3 times to get an idea of when theyd pick up the items. Finally at 2pm I called again and the representative called the manager who wasnt responsive. The call center always apologizes but this doesnt help when Im moving out of state TOMORROW. She said she escalated it to the deliver drivers manager, for the 2nd time. Im not asking for an exact time, simply a rough estimate so I can run an errand and not miss them.This company has been more trouble then what its worth. If I had to do it all over again I would have chosen a different company. Price is important but when service is AWFUL Id rather pay more and actually get service. The amount of time Ive spent on the phone today and the past 4 years trying to get issues resolved has been overwhelming. If you work from home and are really flexible about never leaving your house or getting communication, maybe theyll work for you.When he finally came to pick up the items he said “I had no idea you were moving. They still have your account open & active.” There is a big disconnect on communication at this company. I don’t blame the driver, he was doing what was communicated to him. Sounds like the company needs to work on communication.Im so glad Im moving and wont have to deal with this company again and never will even if they move to my new area.
Dealing with them has been so painful. Missed deliveries, the wrong number of bottles delivered. The people in the customer service department are very nice but they dont have any meaningful or accurate information to share. We switched over to them because of the Costco discount to save money and it has not been worth the aggravation.
I have had Sparkletts for 20 years and probably will for 20 more. The quality is great. They fix any problems and employees are all very nice.
Such a convenience, having our water delivered. Saves us time and we seem to drink more water.
Ill add my one star review (should be 0 stars) to all the others. This company likes to completely ignore the water schedule they give you and then not show up for weeks. Was told numerous times from the customer support staff they would deliver tomorrow only to have nothing show up. Dont waste your time or money, this company is as bad as it gets.

We signed up with Sparkletts initially through Costco. We love the convenience and confidence of having pure, great tasting water always available. I cant imagine not having their water available.
They are very punctual and never miss a delivery. The one area they miss is paying attention to changes put through their website. The do 100% when talking to a cust service rep.
Terrible customer service. I didn’t get a full delivery of water about 3wks ago, so I called the number in the Sparkletts website. Corporate was very nice and assured me that I would be receiving a full deliver that Friday(I called Wednesday). Friday comes around, no deliver. I call the following Monday and I’m told that we will be receiving a shipment by Wednesday. At this time, my office is out of water by the way. I had to go to the store and buy water out of my own pocket.I called Tuesday to make sure that my office was on schedule for delivery on Wednesday, the office confirmed it. Then, I called Wednesday morning to once again make sure that we were getting a delivery later that day. Once again, Sparkletts confirmed the delivery date. No delivery. By now, I am obviously upset. I’ve gone through all the proper methods of communication and I can’t reach anyone at the Austin branch.Apparently, the corporate office doesn’t have any contact with the Austin branch besides email. I looked up the phone number for the Austin branch and called the office several times at different parts of the day. No answer or option to leave a voicemail. I called Sparkletts again and they tell me that they have sent an email to the branch manager asking him/her to get back to me. No one ever called.I go to the branch, no one greets me. There’s literally an employee sitting on his phone not looking up or acknowledging that I have come in. I wait a few seconds, say “hello,” then knock on the front counter. Apparently that’s enough to upset the branch manager(he didn’t introduce himself, I only know he’s the branch manager because I read the tag on his vest). He comes out and asks what I need. I introduce myself and go on about what are my issues with the service. Before I even get to finish, he proceeds to saying I have “an attitude” and how I don’t get to go into “his” building and act this way. As I said before, I walked in, no one greeted me. I waited a few seconds and said “hello” the employee on his cell phone couldn’t care less.Excuse me if I was a bit upset, but my office was without water for day, Sparkletts did not provide the service that they are being paid for, I received zero communication from the branch manager, and now I have someone who did not do their job trying to lecture me.Awful, awful, awful service with a branch manager that has poor skills to handle someone that is upset with HIM because HE didn’t do HIS job. I get it, stuff happens, but I at least expect communication. He did not communicate the issues happening in his branch, then he flat out lied about contacting me. I checked my work email, personal email, office voicemail, personal voicemail, I asked my employees if they received a message from Sparkletts. Every avenue of communication that I provided to him seemed to have magically erased his efforts to let me know the issues his branch was experiencing. Once again, absolutely awful service and disgusting way this branch manager handles clients.
For a year now have had great service and low prices compared to others - water is high quality taste. Highly recommend based on my experience!

I hate their service. Never got delivery on time. There is no communication between operation and driver. I tried to contact regional manager and he was not available and left voicemail couple of times No respond back. I got automated call for schedule delivery and no one showed up. It is very frustrating.
Horrible. Just horrible. Switched from Ozarka after they sold out to Nestle, and Sparkletts seemed like a good deal from Costco. They messed up my order somehow from the beginning, delivering 5 bottles, then 5 more three days later. A driver called 2 weeks later to see if i really needed 10 more that day? What???? No! Finally got that mess straightened out, to have 5 bottles delivered once per month. Then they delivered purified water instead of spring. Next, they were out of 5 gallon bottles and wanted to bring me 3 gallon bottles. After that, they totally missed a scheduled delivery. Called, and they said - oh, sorry, truck got full, well deliver in a couple of days. Didnt show up for a week. Next month, same thing - missed the scheduled delivery. Called customer service, and was told that they left a message rescheduling. Nope, no message other than the one telling me to put my bottles out for pickup. This month, once more, came home to find my empties right where theyd been left. Called customer service, she said oh, they should have called you - well come in a couple of days. Nope. Cancel my service. Said she had to transfer me to someone else to do that, and put me on ignore. After listening to hold music for 20 minutes, I called back. Got another run-around, and transferred, this time to someone who could actually help me cancel my account - supposedly. Although she said the account showed i had ten bottles on hand. *sigh*
They don’t have enough capacity to support the whole Austin customers on time. And what surprising me is they can reschedule your appointment by themselves without communication with customer.

Worst Service Ever! Was flat out lied to by a rep on the phone. Was told that my replacement cooler was on its way at 3:30 in the afternoon. I had waited home all day for them to arrive and swap this out. Was just told on the phone that it was NEVER on its way out and that my appointment was rescheduled for Monday and they want me to stay home again and wait from 8-5 for a delivery. Customer service says that they cant reach out to find out whats going on.
Singed up in January and haven’t had a correct delivery yet. Every month I call. Im either shorted bottles or given too many. Do NOT get service with this company Im canceling this month. Also very rude agents when you call CS.
Garbage customer service, the driver does not answer the phone and drops off the wrong product without picking up empties. The call center will promise you anything you want, and they will not follow through . Ive tried to work with these people but they offer no interest in doing there job.Sparkletts is a garbage company. Save your money, and get a britta filter. the driver is so careless that he left 2 full outside, and failed to look 3 feet ahead to where he knows there will be empties.Get filtration, go with ozarka, anything but sparkletts

These people are clueless. There is no communication between the office people and the drivers. The drivers are so incompetent they can’t even get delivery jugs of water right. I’d give zero stars if that was an option.
We have them for our place of business and honestly it has been a nightmare. we are looking to change asap!
