Ive been going here for distilled water for several years (2015?). Theyre wonderful! Sunray Waters health saving service has my loyalty! I recommend them to everyone. Do your own research on Austin city water, reverse osmosis water, and distilled water, then make your own decision for your health.

Went in to buy some distilled water. The person at the front desk wasnt wearing a mask, and neither was the person working in the back. I was pretty taken aback and ended up leaving without buying anything. I dont feel comfortable giving my money to this business.

THIS is the place to fill your water needs. The service is unmatched with a nice personal touch. Convenient location off 183 and Lamar and super friendly staff. Prices are cheaper than the grocery store and you can select either distilled or reverse osmosis. I go here weekly and look forward to each visit. Highly recommend!

Ray and his team have been so friendly, helpful, and accommodating! My office is a relatively new customer for SunRay and they have been very flexible in helping us figure out the right amount and the right scheduling for our water delivery. We so appreciate the great service!!

The owners, as well as the employees, are wonderful and very nice people. Their water is great and is worth every penny. They always help and try to find the best way to keep my thirst quenched! If you are looking for water, this is the place to go! Their delivery is always on time and the delivery drivers will even call and knock to make sure i get the water I need!

Ive been a customer of Sunray for years. What keeps me as a customer is that I can text Ray about a problem and he takes care of the issue immediately. I had an issue today with a bottle and it reminded me of how rare it is to get that quick response.

Theyre customer service rep is a complete a-hole. Theyre billing department is a mess. Theyre rude. They have attitude when you suggest doing simple things like not leaving your water jugs out in boiling sun, without ever knocking on your door to let you know theyve delivered. Just an insanely bad experience all the way around. I wish that i hadnt wasted my money on this service and I think you probably shouldnt either!

If youre considering signing up with this company, please be aware of the risks youre taking. Several customers including me have complained and cancelled service because SunRay is not requiring their delivery drivers to wear masks or socially distance. It really makes me question if they are properly sanitizing the bottles, disinfecting their facilities, etc. Other social media posts have suggested they dont believe the virus is real. I cant confirm that but their Facebook is full of ridiculous conspiracy theories about fluoride in drinking water so it wouldnt surprise me.In short, their water is pretty good, but its sure as hell not good enough to risk dying from the rona to have it delivered to your house.

Highly recommended. I am a brand new customer and love SunRays service so far. In particular: (1) I appreciate that SunRay clearly lists its prices on their website instead of forcing you to submit a request for a quote like other sites I checked. They also do a nice job of explaining the difference between reverse osmosis vs. distilled. I went with RO. (2) The service people were gracious and responsive. Its evident that SunRay is a local business run by people who genuinely care about their customers. They setup my account and delivered my first order within 24 hours! (4) The quality of the water and the dispenser unit are top-notch. Ill never go back to bottled or tap water again.

I had to fill up after hours one weekend and Ray happened to be at the store. He answered as they are not a corporate run business, he then let me in 30 minutes later so the kids and I could have 10 gallons. Not sure about the other comments on here, but the Water Card hasnt been brought up either. It is a prepaid water fill-up card that our family on a budget finds very unique and we find the water taste to be better than any other water in town!

Amazing customer service, great prices, easy to deal with. Ray and Ruth are not only business owners; they know their customers by name and always greet us with a smile and a nice conversation. Any time weve needed to get more water or change a delivery date they are very accomodating, even going out of their way right before a holiday to make sure we were set for company. No impersonal, random delivery people here! They are truly a family owned and operated business. Their water is amazing. :)

Great place and great service. Did a short term rental with them in 2016 due to a temporary move and then set up a permanent service you returning in 2018. Never any problems and a very friendly business.

Bait & Switch, disorganized and disinterested.I called in to setup a new account and spoke with Ruth, the wife/co-owner. She first tried to quote me a higher price for the crock and stand, but when I called her out and told her they published a lower price on their website she told me that must be a mistake, but that theyd honor the published purchase price so I went ahead and requested service. Ruth told me shed check with her folks and start delivery on either Monday or Tuesday.So, Wednesday comes and no crock, no stand, no water and no call.I called Ruth back and tried to confirm the delivery time and terms, and she AGAIN tried to charge a higher price for the crock/stand and then told me again I have to check with the President, VP and delivery guy, it has been a very busy 2 weeks.When I asked to clarify that their process to setup a new account involves having to check with the President, VP and delivery guy, poor old Ruth got agitated and proceeded to tell me they are the same person and it is her husband, and basically that they dont need my business.So apparently they are so busy they dont need any more new customers, and certainly dont have the time to update the pricing they advertise on their website. No to mention, Ruth seems a bit salty.Go elsewhere if you want reliable, honest and fair water service.
