These are the BEST candles! I live in Massachusetts, not very far from the factory store of one of those popular candle companies. But I order these shipped all the way from TX because they are so well made. A pleasant, natural aroma, recyclable packaging, and simple aesthetic. Eucalyptus & Lavender is now my official home scent. Love, love, love.

EXCELLENT online customer care. Their top quality customer care is really what sets Slow North apart. I ordered a candle online and when it arrived the candle itself was high quality but the scent ended up not being what I was expecting. Slow North offered to send me a different candle for free because they wanted me to find a product I liked. Very generous especially for a smaller company like this one.

Always seem to get alot of nice things here for friends and family. Things to pamper or things for the executive friends. Staff is helpful.

So sustainable! My only qualm is I wish they had candles that were more unique. Majority of them when I visited were essential oil based which are very common to find. If I live in Austin this is a place I would frequent often I love the vibes and I love the concept of weeks free shop.

Super cute little apothecary/gift shop. I got a few dried herbs and flowers. They didnt have mugwort or St Johns wort. Cant wait to go back and get a refill of their lavender body&face mist.

Ive been buying their great candles online for almost two years and now their excellent taste has been extended to a full shop of items. They rotate items constantly, so add this to your regular shopping stops.

Nice selection of incense and candles as well as some herbal teas and other sundries. Highly recommend checking it out.

So as a customer service professional I appreciate excellent service. I walked into this shop for a unique birthday card, which I was able to find. But when I walked in and said hi to the person working she ignored me. She was training someone on candle pouring or something. But still couldnt even acknowledge me. It wasnt until I had something in my hand to purchase that I was acknowledged... Overall the shop is well curated but very expensive, and probably over priced. I was the only person in there also. I probably wont be back. Its the 2nd time I been in and not so much as a hello when you walk in the door.

Went in looking for some white sage and both ladies at work there were extremely friendly and helpful gave some additional guidance and advice.Nice to see a local business that hand makes things. you definitely should stop in for anything such as Sage, smudges, incense, candles Etc
