Big shout out to the brothers at West Auto I went to check out a Volvo they had going for an super deal. I thought it may be too good to be true, but when I checked it out it was as advertised. The process was smooth and quick. Top notch lot with nice quality vehicles Id say check them out.

I wish that I could gift this place 0 stars. **DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!**They are nice and accommodating up front... because they are getting money from you. That’s all they care about.I was in desperate need of a vehicle… And bought from here a few months back. Within a month of having this car.. it died on the side of the road. Come to find out it had a old battery in it that had battery acid leaking out of the side. Which I learned could have eventually been deadly. So I had to get that replaced... and that’s when the trouble started. Second.. every time I would turn the AC on and off there would be a loud clicking noise in the car.About 2 months ago I had to make an emergency move back to the Dallas area from Austin... so I have been living here.And about 3 weeks ago on the highway my car started wobbling and jumping in signs of transmission issues. Not too long after it broke down on the side of the highway ... AGAIN. And wouldn’t crank. (Side note ... I also drive like a grandma and baby my cars and take really great care of them)I had to have it towed 30 miles to an auto body shop. It’s been there for a few days now. The shop is now telling me that the damage is pretty substantial and could cost a lot of money. And I just don’t have the money for that to fix a vehicle that shouldn’t be having these issues in the first place.IVE ONLY HAD THIS CAR FOR 4 MONTHS!! I wasn’t expecting to buy a project car from place.I called them to let them know about the issues and that I am pretty upset about it… and I was cut off and told that they were going to call me back in a few minutes.After waiting for a while I got a callback… And I began to explain the issues… And my boyfriend try to explain as well. The Hispanic lady that ALWAYS answers the phone (very rude and short with people) knew exactly who I was and told my boyfriend she doesn’t need to talk to him… And to give the phone back. I proceeded to explain the issue in more detail… And she cut me off within five words and said I did not inform them that I moved. Which is hilarious.. because anybody knows that if you buy a vehicle from somewhere you don’t need to tell the dealership where you move.She then proceeded to tell me that she has my social and all of my information (which is definitely a threat) and that they are going to file a lawsuit against me. This is a freaking joke. If you are reading this... do yourself a favor and DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!! They are con artists!!!

I didnt feel like they were taking me seriously. They wouldnt let me take the vehicle to my mechanic. When I wanted to see something I was told, they are unlocked go look They definitely lost a sale that day.

The cost of the car is way more than the value. Stuff starts breaking after a few months and after what my ex father-in-law went through Im sure any request for help will be denied since the car is AS-IS. I totally regret buying from here and wish I could go back in time but thats wishful thinking. I say this car will last me about 1 year before it completely breaks down.

This is the worst place to get a car from ! They are horrible they sold me a car that never worked. I did tell them within the 1st 24 hours there is something seriously wrong with the car and wasn’t safe to drive. 2011 Chevy equinox white don’t buy it! They have now had the car back over 2 weeks and still don’t know what’s wrong with it! The manager Nicole had the nerve to ask me if I knew what was wrong with the car? I do cause I took it to a real mechanic and he told me exactly what was wrong with the car. And I never received plates for the car I kept getting temporary plates cause the car could NEVER pass inspection. So over 6 months I’ve had paper plates. And I’m trying to get ahold of the owner and big surprise they won’t pass me to the owner. One of the receptionist Paula decided to raise her voice at me instead of giving me the owners information! And the sales boy Tito never told me about the 30 day trade in policy until I hit 2 months with the car.

Best experience ive ever had at a lot, rod is a straight shooter and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend this lot to anyone .

Great vehicles and price!

Terrible dealership. My car salesman Tito let me have until May 6th to put 1000$ down payment. Then the car went bad. Check engine light battery light oil light. Power steering light. All lights came on and I didn’t see it as a big deal I let the dealership know & they acted like they didn’t care. Than I call maybe a week later & talk to the main person & tell her when will the car be ready & she says she wants 1200$ for me to even get the car back & I brung up how Tito said till May 6th she said “Tito can say whatever he wants he’s just a salesman. “I can repo your car with or without the keys”. Go anywhere BUT here. Buyers beware.

I literally just got yelled at by an employee there, and the general manager refused to speak to me, about them charging me for payments I didnt agree upon. I should have paid them with cash and not trust them with my debit card, because they are liars and thieves.Its to bad for them they took advantage of my trust, because I wont be purchasing any vehicles for my personal use from any of their branches. The next family car my girlfriend purchases will be with a well established and trusted dealer.

Sold me a vehicle that ran hot as soon as I left the lot... took a month to replace it and once they replaced it with another vehicle it needed work that was costly, do u think they helped with the cost NO!! And not only did they not help they were VERY rude and argumentative with me about everything. I asked if they could let me do a partial payment in order to have a little extra to pay for repairs and they told me no and if I didn’t pay they’d repo smh please buyers beware.. I don’t want anyone else going through what i am going through with these ppl please go anywhere else BUT here . My experience has been a nightmare and they aren’t trying to do anything to fix the situation

Cant keep their word

The worst business I have ever had to deal with. If you dare miss a payment, they will threaten you and bully you into paying. The staff is rude, their car has already cost me over $2,000 in repairs and overall I’m disgusted at their customer service.
