Very helpful just have patience if your not very computer literate. He will talk down to you as a conceded know it all. I just expected some better customer relations. Once he knew I wasn’t going to let an argument ensue, we managed to figured it out just fine.

He asked me some questions about my computer, which had stopped turning on, and then instead of trying to push me to come get it fixed at his shop, he advised me that some MacBooks manufactured in my year have keyboard issues which might qualify me for a free out of warranty repair with Apple. He had me text my serial number so he could check on my exact model and confirm wither it was worth a shot. This is the kind of friendly neighborhood service that will get a glowing recommendation from me. Mr. Computer will be my first stop of all apple related issues going forward.

Great service, met my needs very well. I had a computer that needed its cooling fans and battery replaced. I made some calls to a few repair shops which all said theyd have to order replacement parts from the manufacturer. Shipping plus repair time would take up to a week. I needed the repairs done quickly, so I ordered the replacement parts from Amazon for the two-day shipping. Other shops refused to work with customer-provided parts because of warranty concerns, but Greg at Mr Computer agreed to take my computer and the parts I had ordered in and replace those parts for me. I had the computer back the next day, and he gave some advice on how to make the battery last longer. Good experience, Greg was quite responsive via text, and the computer is almost like new now. Would recommend.

I contacted this company for a laptop repair. I brought my laptop in and had it evaluated and the technician found out I purchased it from Costco and he immediately said the damage should be covered by their warranty and to call them. He took a lot of time explaining the issue and definitely did not have to direct me to the most affordable option. Im super grateful for his help and professionalism and for looking out for the best interest of the customer, not just about making money.

I took my PC to Mr. Computer for repair a few weeks back. They had scaled back their operations due to the shutdown, but Greg agreed to take a look at it and see what he could do. It had started shutting down after just a few minutes of operation. The issue was difficult to diagnose and isolate. Greg stayed in contact with me throughout the process, asking what behaviors I noticed before the problem came up, and explaining what steps he was taking to fix it.After a little back and forth, my PC was fixed. I picked it up, brought it home, and its been working good as new ever since. And the repairs were cheap! A lot less expensive than I was expecting. Haven’t been able to get in touch with Best Buy for 3 weeks. I found this company online and whomever I spoke with on the phone this morning about my confusing Lenovo laptop (😒) was amazing! My 4 y.o. laptop was acting up, my longtime computer guy was no longer available, and I was in a panic. Then I found Mr. Computer and I was saved! I called expecting someone to tell me to bring it in, drop it off and well see. But instead owner Greg answered the phone, let me explain the issue in some detail, gave me his best sight-unseen opinion, including worst-case scenario and said I could bring it in that day. When I got there, again I expected just to drop it off and wait for a phone call, but instead, he took the time to look at it right then, check out a few things - explaining as he went - and told me what he needed to do to fully diagnose and fix it, including an upgrade I requested. (He might not always have time to do that much on a first visit, but I was really grateful.) It took a couple of days because he had to order the part I needed for my upgrade, but he stayed in touch and let me know what was going on. When I went to get it, again he took the time to explain fully not only the fixes, but also the improvements he had made so that my computer is now running WAY better and faster than it had been even before the problems arose. And the price was very reasonable and fully explained. Greg was just great to work with. I am so happy and relieved that I now have a new computer guy and cant recommend Mr. Computer highly enough!

Had Greg at Mr. Computer replace my macbook pro screen and my iphone 7 screen. His prices were by far the best, and his turnaround time was about 24 hours for both devices. No after-market parts. Mr Computer goes above and beyond!I came in this past week with a nearly inoperable MacBook Pro. It seemed to be an issue with my trackpad - I would lose control of the cursor and often the windows would randomly shift and freeze in between two open windows.Greg and I discussed the behavior I had been experiencing when he and I sat down. Greg kept me updated throughout the repair process and made some great suggestions.Because I spend a lot of time on my laptop for work it was really important to me to get my computer back to peak performance as quickly as possible.Mr Computer delivered! My computer is running better than when I first bought it and It took less than two days to get my laptop repaired. Ive never experienced that kind of turn around. I had a gaming desktop with hardware issues. Greg (am I remembering his name right?) took the time to not only diagnose the issue, but did it with me together, so that I could learn. He saved me a lot of money so that I didnt have to buy a whole new system. It was quick and very affordable and now I only need to buy one new part. I cannot recommend his company enough. Five stars is not enough for what Greg has done to my computer. It was so full of viruses that it was next to unusable taking 30 + minutes to get some programs open. He does a remarkable job of ensuring my computer was up to date on so many things (that I had out of date). Very thorough on everything he does and kind enough to go over a number of questions I had when I picked up my PC. Just last week I would have not been able to write this review and now it feels like a brand new machine! Not to mention his pricing is very fair and he didnt suggest upgrades that were not needed just to make an extra buck. Will be coming back with other devices when the time comes. Thanks Greg!-MH

This guy rules. Fixed up our network filesharing issue over the phone in like 2 minutes.

I spent 400 bucks to have my MacBook repaired. It was having major issues with receiving wifi. When I got my computer back it was completely fixed but had been damaged. There is now a huge splotch on the screen. Something heavy or sharp must have come in contact with the screen either directly or from the back while the Macbook was closed. Beyond any shadow of a doubt this damage occurred while it was not in my possession. Had this damage already been present, this is something i would have noticed as the damage is glaring. I put in a call several days ago explaining what had happened. Not even the courtesy of a returned call.

I was very pleased with the service at Mr. Computer. Greg was helpful over the phone and in person. When I arrived, he was with another customer, but politely acknowledged me and told me he would be with me soon. When he was done, he told me he would look at my iphone 3GS and he gave me rates on what the different services would cost. While upgrading my iphone 3GS, the phone became inoperable.This phone was one my father previously had and it already was having issues. It was unable to be unlocked without compromising GPS which I had wanted. Now, after the attempted ios upgrade, it was in a phone coma. I tried several programs to fix it. I was only able to get a weird lime and white screen at one point. It seemed almost bricked. Mind you, I have a physics degree, helped launch the Dell server division, and have done my share of computer programming including on the iphone. I have done all kinds of er, hack-like things. Saved blobs, etc. I did almost everything I could think of, no dice. I gave it to Greg and wished him well. The next day, he called and said it was ready. I picked it up. It was like it was brand new. It was upgraded to the latest ios, was unlocked, and running smoothly. I was able to pop my T-mobile sim in it and make a call. I am impressed by Mr. Computers service and Gregs techno guru-ism. This phone can now be used as a back up for a business phone. My husband and I now can also use it for our business needs. The price was as discussed and reasonable. Our phone is no longer in a phone coma and now is even better with the upgrades. Thank you so much, Greg.
