Employees are extremely rude! Especially the older man there he can come off really rude for absolutely no reason. They need to work on their hospitality.

You won’t find anything out of ordinary here but is helpful if you are into “staying trendy”.This store is usually accurate with what is going on with the latest trend and that’s helpful.

Staff were incredibly rude to me and my daughter. Yelled at her to pick up a shirt she dropped on the ground on accident. I love their clothing choices but the employees were just too much for me that we never are going to come back. I would never recommend this place with these employees.

My kids love this shop...cant argue they have great clothes for my kids... ripped jeans tend to be the fashion even tho it was our fashion back in the 80s ...damm I feel old...❤

I went with my siblings and found a great sale happening. The associate opened the changing room and I took my time trying on clothes. At the cashier, she was friendly and registered me for a rewards card. Latest trends were available so Ill be looking forward to shopping there more.

I just bought a swimsuit there, and the girls were really attentive. They helped look up my clothes online when I couldnt find my size in the store.

I made a call today around 12:40 and had a question about a release. Paisley answered the phone And was completely disrespectful and unprofessional. She got an attitude and denied giving me information about a release to the public.

The type of clothing at pacsun is great! I love the variety of clothing brands, keep up the good work!
