The atmosphere was pretty chill. The prices were a bit more than I like but its pretty much at par with most places. My wife got a flat white and she loved it. I had cold brew which was fine. We didnt get tea but it looked like their tea selection was amazing. There was a really comfortable couch there that I want to sit on again. Last but not least there is a really cool looking patio outside. Id definitely visit again when Im back in the Austin area.

Summary: nice staff, cozy, small and quiet.The staff is very friendly. This Petes must be older because its due for some renovation. The surfaces show a lot of wear and tear. It is clean and my latte was yummy!

Welcoming atmosphere, very low key. Nice, clean, partially enclosed patio (perfect option if you want to enjoy a cup of coffee while the kids play). Great staff, friendly and helpful. The music selection was very good. The 183/ Anderson Mill location is in the parking lot with Discount Tire. The Coffee Bean is a fun place to wait for the always dreaded tire repair.

Fast service and my coffee was actually pretty good. Texas size cups are also offered.

I had the iced caramel latte. Even though it was priced similar to Starbucks($$$), I LOVED IT. I also tried the turkey provo & basil. I really enjoyed the fact that the sandwich came from a local Austin based company- the green cart, and again, the price was the only disagreeable aspect of my first experience here. I look forward to coming back and trying other things on the menu!

CBTL Qatar reuses the powder after it expires refilling into polythene bags. This happens secretly.we are not allowed to report this by Area Manager miss winne .and Miss myca Qp majazz store manager sells expired cakes, tuna, chicken sandwiches, even after 3-4 days.To cover the wastage. And also she misuse the coupens,She add wastage items into the balance of the coupen or she add items into the coupon and sell those to other customers and steal all the money.Once a customer complained at Al Majazz for selling items for higher prices than the usual prize.

I love this place. You can tell the ladies enjoy being there. They always have big smiles when I come in and even know my drink without me asking. I dont ever feel like Im just a customer. They make me feel like Im a friend stopping by for coffee and a chat and my drink is always spot on!

I used to buy coffee at Starbucks, but now I will drive out of my way to get coffee at CB&T instead.The manager is a nice person, and she hires nice people. The result is a friendly place.But, I dont come for the people, I come for the coffee. My drink is a flat white, and its always prepared just strong enough to enjoy the expresso, but never acid or burned taste.In summary, it is a good place for coffee. Dont know about the tea.

I had a Vanilla Bean ice blended drink with coconut milk. It was delicious. Im hooked!The best part was that I originally ordered a Mocha with coconut milk, but the thoughtful drive thru attendant mentioned there was some dairy in a powder form in the Mocha. She offered to make a Vanilla Bean as a taste test to see if I liked it because it was the only flavor that didnt have dairy. It was delicious! Im definitely going back for more. 01-07-19

The coffee bean near Anderson mill became my go-to when I move to the neighborhood a couple of years ago. The cold brew is tasty and consistent. They have a great atmosphere, and super friendly employees! You wont find the snobby barista here, just down to earth good people! Also the coffee is better than Starbucks😆

After being a Starbucks customer for many years, I love stepping into this place where Im greeted by an extensive knowledge of both coffee andcustomer service. The coffee was amazing and healthy-tasting. For its prices and experience, Im definitely coming back.

I had a hot latte with almond milk, vanilla and rose. Aromatic, creamy and absolutely delightful... down to the last sip. Most delicious cup of coffee I’ve had in a long time. Thank you and well done.

Great selection of coffees and espresso. Nice environment for working or catching up with friends. Friendly staff that seem happy to work here. Plenty of outlets and tables. Theres also patio seating.

My new favorite coffee place. I am hooked. Been here several times in the past few weeks. Far, far better coffee than Starbucks. I only wish I had one closer to my work and home.

Better alternative than Stabucks for the remote worker. Excellent service, great coffee and tables and seats more conducive to working on a laptop. Plus great Internet. Parking can get busy because of the Discount Tire next door but no other complaints so far.

Not just friendly but accommodating staff. Asked for a red velvet mocha because RV hot cocoa was a menu item. They made it and offered to make something different if I didnt like it, since it wasnt in the menu. It was great! Try this place out!

I really love this place. For just the price of a small cup of delicious coffee, they let me hang around in their shop while I wait for discount tire to fix my car. And they do it all with a smile and make me feel very welcome. How cool is that? ....... And, this is a great community gathering place. While I was writing a letter in their shop, my accountant came up and said hello to me. It felt like old Austin, when it was smaller, and I would bump into people all the time........ So thank you coffee bean shop owners, you really have created a welcome neighborhood environment.

Thought it was great they had vegan muffins but they were dry and the jasmine tea latte I ordered had been steeped too long and tasted bitter. When you have Tea Leaf in your name you cant slack on your tea making.

Great atmosphere. Air conditioning was perfect temperature. Customer service was excellent. Wait time was slim to none. Absolutely great experience. They have plug-ins installed on the tables for you to charge your laptop or phone. I will definitely be back again tomorrow morning before work.

The manager at this location is very sweet and always has treats for my pup. I found the coffee bean while looking for the starbucks in the same shopping center. Best accident ever. The coffee is always fresh, the milk is never sour, and they use powder instead of syrup.

First and probably last time going here. I mentioned to them that it was my first time and they didnt have any kind of feedback as to what they would recommend, working customer service myself I would think that they would ask what I typically like or recommend a popular drink. I asked for a caramel latte (which I always get anywhere I go if I dont know what to get) and it was horrible, tasted like black coffee with cream and no sugar. As soon as my cup was given to me it was leaking from the lid. Any way that I moved it would leak. The lady at the drive-thru saw me and I had to ask for napkins. Had to drive to work with a leaky cup, pour it to my own cup so I could try to drink it. Definitely not worth my money, gas station coffee would have probably been better.

This is my favorite coffee. My go to is the Ice-blended Hazelnut coffee. The deserts are yummy - that is when they dont run out. Its a good place to escape to, from whatever you want to escape from. During the dog-days-of-summer, I like to beat the heat with one of their flavored ice teas, ahh refreshing.

Ive been coming here since I moved to this area about a year ago... One of my favorite things to do is sip on a vanilla cappuccino on their comfy couch next to the window! Such good coffee, and atmosphere.

I love going here for my iced chai tea latte. The staff is very friendly and the place is very clean. Also quiet, which I enjoy. :) They always make my tea just the way I like it. The tea I got today was watered down so when I brought it to them they made me a new one. No complaints at all. I told them I enjoy going there and I will still continue to go there. I would definitely pick this place over Starbucks any day.

I used to love this place because their Chai is pretty good but good lord, they are always out of everything! Came this morning and ended up canceling my order because they were out of all bagels except plain and out of all muffins.

Maybe I am bitter, but this place knows they are going to be busy. There are crazy lines every morning, yet every time I go there they are out of breakfast tacos. This is before 9 am. So the only thing I can get is fancy coffee or tea :/ however, on the note of their tea.... It was really good. But all in all it was a wash.Side note though... The staff is super friendly. :)

Cafe mocha here is amazing! It has chocolate ganache in it and is very smooth. They definitely do things different here than most coffee shops.

This is my go to place for tea!!! I absolutely love their selection here and the prices are awesome. My favorite is their blueberry pomegranate tea latte! You can get it iced or hot, both ways are delicious. Whatever you try though, you wont be disappointed and there are a ton of coffee options for the coffee lovers!

Comfortable seating, clean store. Had a little mixup on my order, they were gracious and quick to accommodate.

I dont like that they completely eliminated the male bathroom and made it a Neutral bathroom. But yet the Woman is still up.

I love Coffee Beans coffee. I knock this place down to 3 stars, however, for not being allergy friendly. Every flavor offered contains milk - so even if you do soy or almond milk, youd get a drink with cows milk in it if you order anything with a flavor. This fact would bother me less if this were a fact that was clearly advertised. You only find out if the person taking your order is particularly conscientious and tells you when you order soy/almond milk, or if it makes you sick.

Often times they dont have the chocolate chip scone that I LOVE, its not overly sweet and has some cinnamon thrown in which is delicious. Im assuming they make them in the morning fresh then sell until theyre gone, which is good- but they should make more because apparently a lot of people love it too!! Still a great place for coffee, tea, and pastries. My favorite.

Maybe they are good. I tried white chocolate mocha. It is just not for me.

Yall always turn my frown upside down. Everything here is so delicious and the quality of coffee is amazing for a drive-thru coffee chain. I love the innovative drinks you come up with and this place will always have a special spot in my heart.

Coffee bean of always a good place to get a cup of coffee. Way better than Starbucks in my opinion. This location was nice, although I wish they had more of the comfortable seating. The people were great here.

A warning for other smokers, this Bean has followed Starbucks in their trend and cut off their patio to smokers. I hadnt been back in a year, and even the crew has all changed out. I dont know what happened here, but I still have to give it points up for being one of the better North ATX alternatives for a hot brew.

Friendly, Fast Service! The staff seemed busy but were enjoying their jobs. Iwas meeting a client there and the facilities were clean and well stocked. I as well as my client were quite pleased with the ambiance and cleanliness of the place.

Just had latte and banana nut bread from there. Wow Was it great. Lots better than a competitor coffee shop I frequent a lot. Definitely will be going back. Even has a drive thru.

Great atmosphere but no reason for ONE GN bathroom with a womens next it, either they both are or not. Also the staff is allowed to take personal.cell calls/ft while making your drinks, hence the longer wait..

I received a gift card and went to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf to try it out. Sadly, I doubt I will return. The snacks were very good - the brownie was rich and chocolately, and my daughter liked the oatmeal choices. But the herbal tea was less like a fine tisane than a cup of lawn clippings. It tasted stale and slightly off. I thought it was the variety, so I asked for something else. Same result. I love tea, but this was not tea. Ill stick to the Steeping Room, or in a pinch, even Starbucks. But not this.

Great customer service by a very young lady tonight. FAST turn around on the coffee and the snicker doodle was tasty. I will be back!

Quiet, easy access coffee house with plenty of options for both tea and coffee. They even have a Well make it option on their menu- basically the barista will help make a custom drink for you with available flavors, etc. Free wifi and a drive through. Will definitely be back! Love that they have genmaicha here!

I received a $10 gift card to this place so I went and bought coffee for myself, my child and a coworker. I also purchased a couple different kinds of sweet bread.I was pretty disappointed! A complete waste of money! The bread was so incredibly dry I didnt even want to finish it! I cant believe they dont wrap it individually. Also, I found some lint on one piece of bread... right out of the bag. SMH. Im not squeamish... but I definitely noticed.The coffee was no big deal. I ordered a mocha with a little less sugar than what they normally put in. It tasted fine but there was ABSOLUTELY NO coffee flavor. Not sure there was even coffee in it. I ADDED coffee from my Keurig when I got to the office. I might as well have ordered a hot cocoa.I think Ill retain my rewards card from Starbucks. They give me free stuff all the time and its EXACTLY what I want. ;-)

They get extra credit for stocking decaf Chai, which is something Sbux doesnt carry. They also brew it fresh for everything, while the competition will use cartons for mixed drinks.
