Spent 25 minutes standing outside (2:03am to 2:28am). Sign on the door said bathroom break back at 2:15. Watched the guy ignore customers including myself. This man should be fired.

This store is suppose to be 24 hours and they where closed. Not to mention they are always out of products and the staff are all very rude!!!! I live across the street from them and go there all the time until now!!!

There was a charge on my debit card at your store evidently. Never been to your store.Had card cancelled.

They closed and never opened back up at least not for an hour. Didn’t care when people were asking when she would open back up.

Just got a fraudulent charge on my card? Never been to this store!

Update: June 6 3:00 amThis really irritates me. I work graveyard and this gas station is a convenient stop for me. I have no other problems coming here on other days. However, again I had an incident with the same employee. I’m unsure what his problem is. Anyways that’s irrelevant, I always purchase a coffee and cheese cake when I stop. I’m huge on coffee if only Starbucks was 24/7 I’d be zen. Unfortunately, they aren’t and the house blend circle k carries is quite well. Next best thing to a coffee from Denny’s if you like it strong. Okay let’s get into the details. I walk in he greets me, cool I make my coffee, turn around grab my cheese cake best part. (I only prefer this location because they always have the cheesecake I like). I go to the counter, I’m the only one in the store.... I patiently wait. Then my husband walks in and tells the employee we are awaiting him. He then noticed the donuts and tells the employee to hold on he’ll be right there after he grabs some. He does so we pay upon walking out, I sip my coffee. It was awful, tasted this water. I then dumped it in the drain the employee asked me raising his voice why couldn’t I dump it outside!? I told him why is there a drain here? Anyways some lady walked in and witness the altercation I apologized for what she walked into he then told me I had to pay for another one. I said excuse me normally when something doesn’t taste as it should it’s replaced. I already paid. He was very rude then acted like he was making a phone call. Then he assisted the women. She didn’t understand why he was acting the way he was. I’m not sure if he’s a sexist or hates working. I have no other problem and wish the other employee of the shift was present. Anyways I went to the next closest store and the woman working there was more then happy to assist me and replace my cup with excellent coffee. Thank you Parkfield and Rutland although you were dealing with thieves you made me a happy customer. Don’t go to this location around 3 am the customer service north 35 is disgusting.It’s very rare that I go to a Valero/Circle K I don’t like using gas station restrooms. But I made an exception and I went tonight(I needed gas). Versus my usual pit stop wataburger (clean and welcoming). Now I work evenings making food delieveries so I am always clean and dressed to the weather. With that in mind..... I was greeted by the cashier of this 3 am shift with don’t take too much time in the restroom next time. I was appalled!!! He told me he had just cleaned and mopped it he hopes I didn’t leave a mess. I know for a fact I didn’t take long I then replied with let me get $20 on one please. He kept telling me next time don’t take long someone else wanted to use the restroom. I then replied excuse me but how is that my problem. I went in the restroom I told him exactly what I did (I’m on my period so yeah I explained and let him have it) because I may have taken no more then 2-3 mins. He had nothing else to say but I couldn’t let this go this made me so angry I went back in the store and asked for his managers name and the number to the store he said you have all that. I said no listen I need your first name managers and the store number. He wouldn’t give me it. He then tried to threaten me with the next time you come in the store I said the next time I come in the store what? He got quite I said no tell me what cause I was a paying customer what are you trying ti tell me? Smh I can’t for the life of me understand this situation. I’m sticking to never stopping at places like this I honestly prefer bucees over any gas/convenience store.Ps the restroom was not messy however the smell of urine seeps under the door.P.s.s I hope management sees this

Got gas here, tried to start my car wouldnt start....another customer came behind me used the same pump her car wouldnt start...then we found out two other cars were towed early today for the same reason...I will be calling corporate come Monday morning....

NOT 24 hrs!!
