Dude wants to stand out front and eat snacks with 6nof his buddies instead of ringing customers up. Walk 20 minutes to waste my time at this location 1 too many times. His register is always down pathetic.....I see why it has such a low rating with so many reasons why.

I went to this 7eleven a couple days ago and I got ice and got something else and the Yung looking woman with long blk hair literally have me a hard time and accused me of stealing and wud not serve me,I clearly open my container and showed her I had water and ice,she clearly misinformed tht I did not get anything but ice,I asked her too look at the camera she wud not and steady insisted on calling the police,she is very rude and very unprofessional,I did not appreciate being called a thief and refused service for a mistake she made on her behalf,if she was not elsewhere in the store and watching me like she was supposed too,no e of this wudve happen

Worst customer service ever I bought a coffee and a muffin got the deal they had going on and asked for a bag the young kid was on his phone the whole time and said no you not get no bag you got this and that for cheap give me 50 cents nothing is free

This is definitely the last place I would choose to get gas or snacks. First, the gas pumps are incredibly inconvenient to get to. The corner of Guad and MLK is so hard to get back on. Second, the interior of the store is always dirty, and usually has an odd odor. I dont think Ive been here a single time where they arent out of whatever it is you need. The store always has boxes on the ground blocking the isles. If you need gas, go just down the road, if you need snacks, got to a different corner store, if you need something automotive, theres a Target just up Guad. I would avoid this place at all costs.

Spent 2 minutes inside the store and was told that I was wasting his time so I obviously left without buying anything, most unprofessional cashier I have ever encountered.And denied he had a restroom.

The night shift guy with a ponytail harassed a woman who went in there last night and repeatedly asked her to go in the restroom with him. Aside from that he has overcharged/doublecharged my friends and I, and canceled our 7-Eleven Rewards discounts, and we generally avoid this location now.

The employees are typically very nice and helpful. Their bathrooms are out of service and have been for over a week. Must be a difficult place to work, clearly the owner isnt quick to service this location.

I worked near here and was in this store almost every day and it was always great. The cashiers are friendly and always quick to point out really good deals. They carry Sweet Leaf Tea and Andy Capps Hot Fries so thats what kept me coming back.

Staff were quick and polite. No complaints.

Very friendly staff and everything tends to be stocked. However they overprice EVERYTHING at this ONE LOCATION. A pack of Pall Mall cigarettes at the 711 on 24th St or the one on 15th and Lavaca will run you about $5.50. At this location they advertise the pack as $4.72. Today I got the pack which was $0.50 off and then it somehow upcharged me to $7.70 something. Not to mention that their Red Bulls are about $5 per can alone. They just want to take all the frat boys daddys and all the tourists money is what it seems like.And Ive been to this location numerous times over the past two years since I only work a couple blocks away.

Went in to grab something, saw the ad for the buy 2 get 1 free for something and picked them up. Employee rings it up, no discount. Rude employee says everything just changed today. Signs are still up though. Manager no help at all either. Not the first time price didnt match label, they count on you not noticing that they charge more than whats advertised

They sell sandwiches and other such prepared foods. They have everything a 7/11 is supposed to have. I pop in here to buy soda if I am getting pizza from Papa Johns next door.

This is the second time I come to this store to buy cigarettes the 1st time they charge me $10 dollars for a pack of Marlboro lights I walk away thinking maybe it was a mistake I come back this morning and once again They was gouging their prices so I walk away only with the coffee ! I would give them half of start if it was posible 🤬

I had my credit card compromised at this store today. It was the only place I used my card and 2 hours later I had 7 itunes charges on my card.

Poor customer service. I had to remind the cashier 5 times to use my rewards card (immediately after setting items on counter, after they finished scanning items, after being told my total, when handing over payment, when cashier attempted to complete transaction without rewards card). The cashier had the nerve to criticize my tone when I told him to cancel the transaction and run it with my rewards card.

Most expensive 7-Eleven in Austin. Everywhere in Austin you can buy two 33oz Ozarka bottled water for only $2. This store it cost $3 for 1..
