Been stopping here for years for breakfast tacos. Not always a great experience but it’s convenient to my work and when they do have everything available they are very good. However, a simple thing as pico which is a standard topping listed on the menu is only available maybe 2 days a week if we (customers) are lucky. My last straw was today, not because of the lack of options but the service. I asked for 2 tacos and without saying a word the lady behind the counter just pointed to the rack of food. Well I’m glad you decided to go ahead and make a few tacos, at god knows when so you wouldn’t have to make any fresh, but I’m not into heat lamp tacos. I asked the lady about getting fresh tacos, because low and behold there was pico today, and she just grabbed a paper container and scooped pico into it and said here. Because I visit your store nearly everyday for years I’ve had the displeasure of having this same woman as a cashier many times and she is never friendly, so I was not at all surprised by how inconvenienced she acted when I wanted fresh tacos. She then turned around and acted like I wasn’t even there. This was point where I had to walk out and decided I’ll find another business to support. No one wears name tags so I have no idea what her name is to report. I know this review will not change things or will change how your customers will be treated but I felt the need to make you aware anyway.

Stopped here for some snacks got in and out quick

I just stopped at this, my neighborhood store after driving to Hillsboro to pick up my daughter from school. A 4 hour round trip. We stopped in just after midnight because she wanted a snack. I wanted to pick up a tobacco product and asked my 20 year old college daughter for a recommendation since I dont usually indulge. She told the cashier what I wanted and he asked for her ID. I told him it was for me and gave him my identification. I understand that he may have thought that I was purchasing this for a minor and after some back and forth, we decided to just go elsewhere. Since it was so late and Easter evening, every other store on our way home was closed so I circled back and went in alone to make the purchase. This cashier went so far as to get my requested item, ring it up, and then, ask me for the ID of the girl who was with me earlier. (I have to mention that as we were leaving the store the first time, this individual watched us as we got in our car together and watched us drive off...together). Needless to say, he decided that he would not sell to me, a 57 year old adult, because I guess he made the judgement call that I had picked up some random teenager (not a teenager), brought her to this store at midnight, bought her chips, and tried to buy her tobacco. He went so far as to defend his actions by saying that I was being videotaped as if I should be scared off for attempting some illegal act. I am extremely offended by this individual and this situation. I hope that the management of this store will read this review and I will also be stopping by to speak to the store manager to see if I can get a better understanding of why this had to transpire in this manner. This may seem to be an overreaction to some, but there are some extenuating reasons behind why I feel it necessary to pursue clarification.

I washed my car there 1-15-2020. My car is New. There are chips in my paint All over the car. After a 11dollar wash my car is still dirty and now I have to see if they will pay for the damage. I do not live in Austin so I have to drive back up there to get it taken care of. Ill give another Report once I get the results.Today I talked with the manager about the suspected damage and he was very positive about the whole situation. It just so happens that it was raining and I decided to wash my car and take pictures just in case it was dirtier when I got there. I hand washed it and found that All the marks on the car rubbed off if you put pressure on them. It took awhile but they All came out. . I called HIM back and let him know that The spots washed away. . I just got a bad Wash. On my next visit the wash is on them.

Always busy but quick service

Its close to home and very nice... however the customer doesnt match.Car wash is nice too, but closes for no reason.. I pay a month to month thing and it easy and much cheaper... but when employees tell me they are closed due to rain... and its not raining - very concerning.We live in Texas... I think we can handle a couple of drops of rain.

1am and nobody in the store. Restroom is closed. Employee said it would reopen as soon as he has a chance to clean it. I think maybe he should close it when he is ready to clean it. Gotta go find a store with a bathroom open. Very inconvenient and ridiculous.

Nice friendly staff. They have good selection of typical gas station items but they also have a taco place inside and their breakfast tacos are pretty good. Real authentic homemade taste. Come here a lot for their tacos. Check them out!

A big convenience store with a good selection. The soft drink area is huge as well as the coffee area. The in-store taco bar is good and the prices are reasonable. Ive never used the car wash but its probably the biggest and most impressive car was Ive ever seen at a gas station.

I love speedy stop because their cashiers are friendly and fast, its convenient to get gas, its free to vacuum your car, and just a great place to socialize, and they have a big park right across the street. Good Speedy Stop.

Every time I go to this store at lunch time, all of the hot dogs are raw. I may be crazy but I dont think 12 pm is the time to load the roller grill. They should do that at least an hour before lunch. When I go there at 4:30 after work there are only one or two cashiers going and the lines are unbelievable. they have great prices on gas and sodas, but the store could be run better by anyone with half a brain.

Ethanol gas gas station no good

Usually they are very nice and friendly and always give a receipt but the young lady who rang me out today after I paid with a debit card, told me and I quote We dont give receipts. Now I dont know what kind of credit score she has but people who usually dont pay attention what comes and goes off their card cant pay attention must less buy something on credit. She obviously doesnt think about credit card fraud or extra charges on her debit card, But YES I WANT A DAMN RECEIPT, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE CHARGING MY ACCOUNT, HOW THE HELL DO I KNOW WHAT YOU CHARGED MY ACCOUNT FOR! If I was paying cash I can understand but on a debit or charge you always give the customer a receipt. Will not visit again!

The taco place (tacos frescos) in here doubled their price on me. 15 dollars for some egg with meat and cheese. It used to be 7. The lady said something about lunch price but it was 9:30 in the morning.

I have no complaints about Speedy Stop, especially because the way the store looks and operates now is a great improvement over how its been in the past. The store is clean and theres a wide variety of foods and drinks. What I love most about the store is the new hi-tech car wash. There are even attendants most times that I visit. Its also very close to HEB, so I can shop for food and stop for a car wash on the way home. There are also free vacuums behind the store. You cant beat that!

The tacos are great. Having to explain methamphetamine to my daughter is not. The middle aged lady cashier is ALWAYS tweaking in there.

For a relatively new station you can almost never get a receipt at the gas pump. I’m not sure if this is a way to reel you inside so that you will spend more but whatever the case it is an inconvenience and they should not advertise or act like you can get a receipt at the pump.This is the third time in a row I have not been able to get one.

The place is filthy all the time even being close to a hospital the women dont want to go to work and clean the mens restroom but the womens restroom was completely fine I see a whole bunch of health code violations and doesnt seem like anybody wants to clean up after themselves

3 times I have gone into this speedy stop at 6:30am,in the last two weeks, and there has been no food cook and ready to sell. it makes for a long morning or late to work to go somewhere else, and everytime I am in there the manager is sitting at the computer or talking on the phone, one other thing they were out of diet mountain dew also

No thanks, never again. Dont go to their car wash off you expect your car to get clean. I paid 15 bucks for a wash, which I think Is a bit expensive, and the whole back of my car is dirty. When I asked them about it, they suggested I scrub my car with a dirty brush in a trash can and run it through again. The guy acted like I was an ass for expecting my car to be clean. 15 bucks isnt cheap. Then he came over and led me to the front to show me that everyone else scrubs their car. Ive worked in customer service all my life, when a customer is upset, you dont prove to them how wrong they are, just give me a damn refund or a code. Thats all I wanted, oh or maybe a clean car? If I wanted to scrub it with a nasty brush I would have went to the coin wash.

Nowdays it seem rare to be really pleased about service. When I receive excellent service, in appreciation and as encouragement to the service provider, I write reviews complimenting them. Re: the Speedy Stop at Berkman and 51st. I go out of my way, pass up every other place, for the well-stocked, excellent variety of food, drinks, drygoods and sundries, and for competitvely-priced gas, and great service. They provide several drink machines and several cup dispensers (no waiting), wide variety of coffees, easy to access hot dog (etc.). Great variety on a well-staffed fresh Mexican food (and more) line serving breakfast and lunch. 30+ feet of coolers. Huge selection of snacks.Interior, and exterior lot kept clean.Best carwash with a choice of 3 competitively priced levels of washes. I have found with 12 excellent covered vacuums in great working shape. It is always staffed to help you get a great wash. I live 10 miles west, and drive there on weekends for a wash in spite of having a dozen good, but lower quality ones along the way. There are 24 pumps - busy, but never a wait. The window wash stations there are always well maintained, Squeegee not wornout, clean water, full of towels, and trash cans emptied so never overflowing. Spots of fluids that might be tracked to your carpet must be washed several times a day because I never see one. I have never encountered a panhandler there. Lots of registers fully staffed by the friendly service-minded, fast attendents, and a man who keeps all the self serve food and drink stations clean, orderly, full of product and supplies. Its clear this store hires and well, trains emploees well. They know their regular clients and happily welcome everyone who walks in. The place has several easy to use and safe lot entrances from 2 streets. I decided to stop there one day last year and see there is no reason to patronize any other place. I have stopped the manager several times since to compliment on all of the above - for running such a great place. I have found the staff to be helpful and friendly. One annoyance, buying a car wash but not being informed the wash is closed. When buying a wash, there needs to be a notification if the wash is closed. Duh.

Horrible car wash. Car was still filthy after. It just moved all the dirt to the back of the car. I had no mud just regular rain dirt. The vacuum hoses are so ridiculouly short you can’t even vacuum your back seat.

Your go to convenience store in the Mueller area. The Taco Fresca inside, has your morning breakfast tacos, made any way you like. They always have one on special every month. Plenty of fresh food selections thru-out the day. Chicken, plate lunches, turkey legs, kolaches. To much to list. They have plenty of cashiers working during the rush times. The store is well stocked. Frequent drink specials. Their gas prices are competitive with the area.

They robbed me last night there was 3 females there Amelia, tonya m., & a girl named michelle and a extra few. I had 700 in my wallet last night and they stole my wallet while i was trying to do the digital thinnh woth my new card. Calling corporate office bc the manager decides to cover it up for them. Called police gping Monday any1 who touched my wallets gna be prosecuted come Monday. Cameras dont lie. Then I returrned with another female to beg 4 my money back and they attacked her. Michele stole my wallet and they split it all... Praying for them. Kails gna suck. & when the manager Roger is fired dor association with that I will not stop.til I get my money back.

DO Not wash ure car there it damged my both front headlights and thy did not cover any of itThere claims department is office some where in country side, no body picks up phone.And there managment is not helpfull at all.My car only have 20k miles and thy r the only car wash i went tooThe mamngent is there to tell u that thy dont have anything to do with it onece it goes to claims and i would never go in the store again

It is great the food and cooks there are great not to expensive for what it is and allot of drink and snack options and the people are so friendly but it also is a big staff

The regular price in Google map is 2.26, but real regular price in stations are 2.459.

I tried to use the Exxon Phone app on two occasions at this store and it failed both times. Forcing me to drive to another Exxon store and buy gas there.

Gas is falsely advertised on Google maps its only cheaper if you get a 16.00 car wash

Used the vacuums out back. They are free and suck in the sense you would expect of a vacuum.

The manager of this store discriminated against me and accused me of not paying for a meal,,, I was so angry that I asked him if he had seen my face in the video and he said yes. Then I asked him to call the police and he said of course that I will do it and he left it took about 7 minutes to return and he apologized to me !!!! I call that racism and I hope not to return to this store be careful
