Absolutely perfect experience with Sweetness Bakery! At the last minute my husband and I decided to combine birthdays for our 5-year-old and 1-year-old. Originally I wanted something easy like cupcakes but then decided to try and find someone to make this cake that I had seen on Pinterest. We walked in on Wednesday before the party, met with the girls in the bakery, had a delicious cupcake, and completed an order in less than 20 minutes! I picked up the cake on Saturday evening, the night before the party, to see an amazing double cake with a beautiful (and very secure) rainbow joining the two! The staff built a special base and a special box to put the cake in, gave me excellent instructions for its handling, and helped me out to my car with this lovely creation. I cried when I saw the cake. The guests at the party all complemented on the taste and the look of the cake and we ate this tasty cake for days! Absolutely superb staff, absolutely superb customer service, absolutely superb cake, and I even love their cozy and charming storefront. Thanks so much Sweetness Bakery!

I came to this bakery a while back and absolutely loved their cakes! Service is super friendly and help you create your own if youre unsure of what to get. I ordered a custom cake in the shape of hello kitty for my little sister and she was amazed! All the guests enjoyed the lemon cake with raspberry filling. I highly recommend coming here!!

The folks there were very friendly and helpful. My GM was having his birthday, and I asked for a seperate box for a brownie to be his card. They had a little HAPPY BIRTHDAY plaque they put on cakes and placed it on the brownie in the little box. Voila, edible birthday card. The red velvet cupcakes were wonderful. I got one of the Sweetie Pie bars (like a 7 layer bar) AMAZING. Glad I didn’t eat it until I got on the road, or I would have bought a dozen! Thanks, guys, keep up the tasty work.

My wedding cake was beautiful and delicious! We received MANY complaints on how great the cake was, even from people who usually wouldn’t eat cake. The free 1 year anniversary cake was just as wonderful but maybe even better since I was able to enjoy it more. :)Thank you Sweetness bakery!

I needed a Honey Badger cake for a party and Sweetness Bakery did a great job. The cake turned out great and it was really tasty. I will definitely order from them in the future.

I stopped in some months ago and got a few cupcakes. One was a vanilla and I dont remember the other. Probably chocolate. They looked really pretty, but Im sad to say they were dry. Maybe it was just the day I went on, but Im not into dry cupcakes. The frosting was delicious and the decor is really cute inside. And the people were really nice.

Very cute local shop. I like stopping in for a treat with my kids. The cupcakes are great, and they have the best blueberry muffin Ive had in a long time. We also use them for birthday parties and they do a great job!

We ordered a Finding Dory cake for my daughters 5th birthday. The amazing folks at sweetness sent over several adorable design options and we worked together to come up with the one we liked best. The cake looked absolutely amazing - a work of art! And, almost unbelievably, the cake tasted as good as it looked!

Made a fabulous Paw Patrol cake that also tasted delicious! Their cookies and cupcakes taste homemade, too. Great place to pick up goodies for a get together.

I stopped here while in the area this past weekend. I didnt know there was a bakery here to begin with, so of course I had to try it. Im always on the search for a good bakery. I love sweets and good bakerys are hard to find in Austin. It was another Texas crazy weather day, so one minute it was raining and the other it was dry and sunny. So I didnt think much when the parking lot out front of the shop was empty. I went in there and it was cute and had cute decorations. There were display cakes on the wall, that must have been up there for sometime, because the fondant color has faded greatly.There were a variety of items to choose from, cupcakes, cookies, cinnamon rolls, muffins, and I think the door even said breakfast tacos. I should have known that was a red flag. I am an avid baker myself, but I would by no means call myself a professional. I thought the decorations on the cupcakes were very basic and elementary, but I went ahead and got a cupcake anyways because I dont judge a book on its cover. I got the Oreo cupcake and a cookie. The cupcake was as dry as you could get and the frosting was very greasy. I couldnt even finish it and I didnt even let my boyfriend try it because it was so terrible I had to toss it. The cookie on the other hand was not so bad, it was okay, it was soft and I had a few bites of it. There was so much frosting on it though it made it very hard to eat. I just dont think the prices are reflective of an entry level bakery for the price of a cookie and cupcake you could go to high end dessert shops and get fantastic things. I was disappointed this place didnt deliver.

I used to get all my birthday cakes at Sugar Mama, which is south central. I live Northwest. I was estatic when Sweetness showed up. Very cute, and cakes and cupcakes are excellent.

I needed a special cake for my triplets 26th birthday and thats exactly what I got. A three layer cake for 20 guests, each layer a different flavor (snickerdoodle, chocolate, and coconut) with a photo of the three imprinted on top. The cake was ready on time, was delicious, and beautiful. Everyone was impressed!

I really like this Bakery hes pretty good. They have breakfast options and a kids menu. Price pretty good. I like it

We are in for a treat with the new bakery in our neighborhood. So far, everything, including service, has been beyond expectations. Recommend 3-layer chocolate cake and the decorated Valentines cookies had great flavor! Looking forward to my next order!
