Wow, these guys work hard. I just had the countertops of my reception area replaced and although it wasnt a large area sq foot-wise it was difficult because they had to fit in between and around 3 posts. The guys worked tirelessly to make sure everything was perfect and it is. Its so nice to find people who arent afraid of hard work and take so much pride in their work.

BEST STONE has done 3 kitchen projects for me in the past 12 months. Each project came with a professional design and measurement to ensure the cabinets and counterpart accuracy. During installation, the technicians are very courteous and professional. Overall, I am very pleased with their quality of work. Their price is also very competitive with the few shops I have done comparison with.

I have Best Stone redone my kitchen 3 years ago. All the works they have done for me turned out wonderful. Zhang was very professional and worked with what I had, and came with great design ideas for me. He has years experience. I’m very happy with his work. 3 years later, recently my kitchen faucet leaked. I called Zhang for help. He knew he would not make much money from this repair job. But he still showed up regardless his busy schedule. He took down the old one and installed the new faucet for me. (BTW: the old one was bought on Amazon foreign brand, I should have bought form HD or Lowe’s) He even did some small repair work for me ( old house). The next day he stopped by to check if there was any problem. That is CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’m so glad I still could find him after 3 years. They are reliable professional company, you know they will always be there. I know I will always go back to them when I need. Thank you very much Mr Zhang.

I had a complicated assignment: I needed to replace a large built-in bathtub with a small Japanese bathtub (ofuro) and a walk-in shower. This required several customizations since the ofuro had different specifications from any standard US sizing. Zhang created pipes from scratch and even located a shower-head with the specific angle I needed. Zhang was creative, professional, and finished the project according to the set deadline. The price was also much cheaper in comparison to the quotes from other companies. Most importantly, Zhang came up with simple solutions for my projects unique obstacles, while most other companies suggested an extreme makeover to accomplish the same thing (at a much higher rate).

We are on day 12 of our kitchen remodel with this company. Ive had no kitchen for 12 days. There is poor communication between the company and ourselves. They were to start on the 17th, but said they had issues with another remodel and could we start on the 28th instead. After wed had our kitchen torn apart to be prepared for the work, no sink at all. They started the 18th. They dont show up on time, you never know when they will, or how late they will stay. They dont always bring the right tools, and the only one who speaks english in the spanish worker, who is great. There was no call this morning when they were to come, and i called and she said her worker didnt show up, so they cant finish today. I am calling the better business bureau, and then she says they will be here. Then i call 2 hours later, they cant come, and now they can come in 2 hours. So another day, sitting here waiting, and she told me to calm down. Worst customer service ever. The owner is very skilled when they show up though.

I had the most unprofessional experience with this company. Due to his lack of knowledge about any operation, they give a price and then they check with the owner, whom does not speak English, they deny their statement.. DO NOT trust whatever they tell you.
