Nathan and the team at GNS Custom Stoneworks were wonderful to work with. Our remodel included a dozen slabs, eight different granites, 14 sink cutouts, in 16 rooms, and each was fabricated and installed perfectly. Our timeline was delayed, and Nathan worked with us along the way to ensure that his team was ready to install the granite as soon as a cabinet was ready. Nathans easy-going attitude definitely made everything go more smoothly. I would highly recommend GNS Custom Stoneworks!

Nate Synder and the GNS Custom Stoneworks team are absolutely world class! Look no further because this is who you need to go with.I could not imagine a better experience. Nate and team came highly recommended and he WOWd us throughout the process. From the initial discussion to help us determine the right type of stone to go with to post install to come by and review the work by his team, it was a white glove experience the whole way. This was my wife and I first countertop project and it went perfectly! We ended up going with quartz because we were concerned about stains and scratches along with low maintenance. Nate did a great job at explaining the pros and cons of each stone type and recommending what would be best for us long term. In fact, he even had some extra stone of the two pieces we were undecided about and after bringing them home, we were 100% certain of which to go with and we were not disappointed, Unique Calacatta. If you are looking for a team that is thorough and going to make every effort to exceed your expectations, GNS Custom Stoneworks who you need.I learned that they use state of the art stone cutting technology to maximize as much of the stone on the slab you buy. We were able to get our entire kitchen AND a window sill surface with one slab of stone. Not only that but this advanced laser technology they use was able to cut the slab to where we only had one seam to put all the pieces together. That is right, from what you see in the pictures, you cant see the corner on the other side of the fridge where we needed that seam, there were a total of 4 pieces! Absolutely amazing how they were able to cut out the sink and use one long piece for the long view pic you see attached. The polishing of the corners and edges couldnt have come out better, see the attached pic.One thing you will notice from our kitchen is our sink. When Nate came to take measurements and talk to us about the look we were going for, he was able to educate us on things we were not even thinking of that would be a gotcha in the future.Specific to the sink, due to the shape and placement of the stone, he recommended that it would be be st to have the slab go slightly over the edge of the sink rather than have it exposed like we wanted originally. The reason is because with water and time, the sealant will breakdown and end up getting nasty and not something you want to deal with in the future. At the same time, we were getting our cabinets remade and Nate worked closely in ensuring that all the measurements were right and he even pointed out some things our contractor did not catch when needing to build out the sink frame supports. Had Nate not been working with the contractor, we probably would have had a setback the day of install. His team arrived early and took every measure to follow COVID guidelines and were extremely clean in their work. They checked with us before leaving the job and as an added measure, Nate came by the next day to review the final work. One last note is that Nate was readily available a few days after the install when my wife freaked out about some stains the cabinet contractor made on the countertop that were not coming out easily. What happened was that his belt buckle had been rubbing up against the side and made it hard to get out. Luckily Nate called us back within the hour and walked us through how to get it removed using the right cleaning agent and cloth. He explained to us what happened and what to do in the future and not to worry. We love the countertops so much that we are already looking at doing our bathrooms soon!

We recently worked with GNS Stoneworks to install our new kitchen countertops and are extremely pleased with the results and service. Our drop in cooktop was challenging due to the knobs in front but GNS knew exactly how to grind the backside to allow for knob clearance. The minimal joints are almost invisible and their workmanship is excellent. Would HIGHLY recommend GNS.

It was very easy to work with Nathan and team at GNS. We wanted a stone countertop and backsplash. They were able to cut the back splash so that it fit perfectly against the cabinets trim work.During the install they were very responsive and helping to make sure all the appliances fit in with the very tight tolerances we wanted,

Absolutely LOVE everything we had done!!!!!! We have had Nate and his crew do 3 of our homes, COULDNT BE HAPPIER! I have so many friends who have had other work done by other companies and nothing has come out in comparison to the work they do. If you want it done right, GNS is the way to go! HIGHLY recommend!

GNS did a Silestone installation with some complicated features in a condo for us. We cannot say enough good things about them - the quality of their work is outstanding, they are terrific to work with and they even made some good recommendations on how to improved the design. Highly recommended!

I used GNS Custom Stoneworks to replace all my countertops in my home which included my two long kitchen countertops, large kitchen island, laundry room, master bathroom and guest bathroom. With this kind of investment, I wanted to be sure I used a company that was competitive and had great service before, during and after the install. GNS was very responsive, explained all my options and the owner even came to help the crew during my lengthy install and to make sure they met their deadline and everything was how I expected. They also cleaned every space up and threw all the demolished countertops and trash away so that I didnt have to deal with that (note - I did pay extra for the demo). I highly recommend GNS Custom Stoneworks for a new or remodel project! Jodi Patrich, Austin Texas
