Rudest service I have gotten in all of Austin.Needed to buy 1.5 tons of stone. They dont currently have a driver because they quit ( I was told)When I arrived there the lady at the front desk seemed very put out that I was even there. We found the stone we wanted anyways but we needed time to pick up a rental truck and she refused saying they were leaving exactly at 3pm regardless. We only needed a few minutes bad then.We bought our stone somewhere else and paid for delivery.

Kwality Wholesale stone is exceptional in Customer Service. The owner understood our situation and went above and beyond to arrange for delivery eventhough they generally dont deliver on Saturdays.

5 Star Service! All about the customer! Very Reasonable Prices, super selection of quality materials. Kathy, the business manager, treated me like she would her own family and neighbors. I didn’t have to purchase a minimum. Delivery was an option for $65 (within 5 mile radius), that’s half the price of competitors. Will be back next week for river rock.

Wrost customer service from Laura. Laura is the lady who answeres the the phone and takes the orders. I am a Landscaping contractor & am always looking for material. I called looking for mulch and river rock stones. Laura got upset after I asked for prices. I then stated that there prices where higher then other in the area And what was the contractor price for material. She got very upset stated to go buy material else where and hung up very rudely. Wrost customer service that Ive experienced in this field. So rude. Will never use them again. Laura I will go elsewhere with my business and I hope people see this and take there business else where. I recommend Asap supply & Mulch B anywhere else but here. Very rude and very high prices look around you will get better material and service anywhere else but here with Laura.

Went in today to pick up mortar and white sand as I needed to precisely match an already mortared wall that needed some repairs. Met with Justin and he was super helpful and friendly. I wish all businesses were like this.Great job guys and thanks, Todd

The people running this place were so helpful! All three sales personnel that I worked with went above and beyond every step of the way! They were very patient and helpful in assisting me find just what I had in mind for my stone walkway. When the stone was special ordered I was told it would be a few weeks, however they were more than happy to bring my dirt out right away at no extra delivery charge. They even had that popular raw corten edging Id been scouring the city for...and at a great price too. Finally I was able to order my grass through their affiliate, Grass Outlet. Talk about convenience! Each time the delivery men came out they are so helpful and placed the pallets exactly where I needed them to save my back. Last but not least when I was this close to being done with my monstrous undertaking of installing an entire yard in central texas with no hired help..i realized i miscalculated and was short 2 yards of dirt (actually Id gotten so excited at the sight of all my dirt that I used some in my new raised beds), no problem...they brought a couple more out the same day I called! This last delivery gentleman was hands down the most helpful of any person Ive met! He moved heaven and earth to dump the dirt so I wouldnt have to wheel barrow it into place. Id price shopped for weeks before ordering with them, so I knew they had the most competitive prices but their service has made me a faithful, lifelong customer.

Justin was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable with every question i had asked. The facility is clean and very well kept. The Staff is friendly and helpful. They also have amazing quality and a great selection on material for landscaping for reasonable pricing. Highly recommend Texas Wholesale Stone.

Fantastic experience. Worked with Justin and he went above and beyond in helping my wife and I work through concepts and decide on materials. He went so far as to grab google images of our house and send us full illustrations based on what we were telling him so we could make sure we liked it in advance. The pricing was very fair (we’d shopped). When everything was delivered, some of the edging was incorrectly cut and we were initially a little disappointed, but when we called, Justin immediately coordinated with his team and got new materials sent over along with some guys who actually helped install the edging. Just above and beyond. Couldn’t recommend this place enough and plan to give them plenty of future business. You won’t regret working with these guys.

So easy to work with, found the 3 materials I needed, set up delivery and even found some needed “pieces” in the bone bin. Go go go, you won’t be disappointed

I was referred to this establishment from the business across the street, who by the way, were very nice. They just did not carry the product I was looking for.The woman I spoke to at TWS was not helpful and really did not care one way or another about me and my purchase. Apparently I was interrupting her day and let me know it. The nice folks at Whittllesey had the time to answer my questions and take my money. Dont waste your time. They dont.
