Great experience and extremely courteous staff. I accidentally purchased the wrong slab material. The next day I went back and they had a seamless transition of selecting my correct material and balancing the difference in price.

Usually really happy with this place, but was recently disappointed that they are out (and have been for a while) of a basic landscape gravel they list on their site. Call ahead to make sure they have what you want in stock. They have also removed their display that shows all the different gravels and mulches so picking out what you want is now a lot more difficult.

Seriously Shorted on Material. Paid for 4 yards, received about 3. This trailer is Built to hold 4. Asked the loader to have someone come out as I have a tape measure and calculator and want to show them how much I have. Instead they gave me another 1/2 bucket. I have owned equipment for 35 years and I can tell you the bucket on their loader IS NOT a 1 yard bucket, and anyone can tell this 4 yard trailer is a long way from full. Everyone beware, you are not getting what you are paying for if buying by the bucket!

Bad attitudes and customer service.

If you have to use the restroom, do so before you get here or prepare to use bushes off premises. Aside from that, friendly staff and plenty of material. Not sure how to respond to replies, but porta potties were locked and I was informed that was for staff in regards to the only porta potty I saw. No one showed me or told me where one was I could use. So might need to update the staff. Forgot to mention, clean yard and easy maneuvering around.👍 Thank you.

Very well informed and honest staff, the job I was looking to do with my wife and I was too big and out of my level of expertise. then had all the material i needed and instead of just trying to sell me on it they politely informed me that I was going to need more tools than I had but we did get a dump truck of mulch delivered On Time which was fantastic. we will be going to Whittlesey from now on

Good prices. Very quick. Very helpful. I ended up getting more loads than I had estimated for so not sure if their loads are full yards or not but overall satisfied.

Very nice folks out here and professional service. Purchased multiple loads of undyed Texas hardwood mulch. You might have to wait in line for the loader but I expected that. Worth the drive to pay almost half price!

These guys that are writing bad reviews are expecting a retail environment type of experience. This place is geared for professional landscapers. If you dont know what you want, or what your needs are, do a google search and figure it out first... Its just rocks and dirt people.The prices are great, the inventory is great, the service and loading is fast, and the drivers are surgically accurate driving the loaders, so no need to worry about your truck.

These folks are great! I have made many trips to Whittleseys Dalton Lane location, and the customer service is always exceptional. They have often gone the extra mile to accommodate my special needs.

People be aware!!!! My son and I went to Whitlesy last Saturday only to get a few stones to finish a project in our back yard. The people inside the office werent helpful at all. Maybe they were short handed and they need to hire more help but that is not my problem.I felt as they were in a rush to get people in and out and I was taking too much time with my questions. I would not recommend this place to any of my friends or neighborsI live in Round Rock but next time Ill make sure I drive the extra miles somewhere else where I can feel that I am treated with more respect.

The staff at Organics by Gosh couldnt provide me with any advice or insight on what I needed for my project. I needed some decomposed granite for a home project. I got great service and I feel like I got a great price too. The drive out there can be a bit tricky, but it is a worthwhile find.

Ordered 18 cu yards of loam for delivery to Georgetown. $10/yard + Delivery was about $375.What was delivered looked like 12 yards. Called and they said it weighed it at 16 tons and their front end loaders hold 8 cu yards each and I got 2 over full loads which should equal to about 18 yards total.1. I didnt know they had front end loaders with buckets the size of single axle dump trucks, sounds like BS to me.2. I ordered same amount of material from Marcelos Sand and Loam and received a *full* tri-axle load that was considerably MORE loam than what Whittlesey brought me. Also, I paid $280 delivered which is considerably cheaper than Whittlesey.3. Not going back to Whittlesey, for anything. Marcelos doesnt have great reviews on Google, but they sure gave me way more value than Whittlesey did.

This place made me drive 100 miles for nothing they tell me they have the trees that I need and they dont have the trees that I need they just make me drive up here for nothing I think its not good at all they should say the truth not make people waste their time.

They carry a wide variety of soils, mulches, building stones, aggregates and other landscape supplies. Products are offered by the ton, the cubic yard, or by the bag depending on the material. They offered special discounts during Thanksgiving week.

They automatically charge $10 for a pulloff and 6 a yard. Friendly people though, no issues and they take logs that Organics By Gosh denies.

I recommend to anyone in Austin area looking for landscape supplies, best prices in Town :) Great management and workers.

As an arborist, i use the south and north location daily. They have great prices, a competent staff and have never done me wrong.

Very disappointed.Spent all day selecting 300lb+ moss boulders for our landscaping only to learn five days later. upon delivery. that they sold our boulders to someone else even though wed already selected, weighed, and paid for them in full. Total failure on their part without so much as a courtesy call or apology. They left the bad news for the delivery guy, which was awkward as he didnt have to drive out just for us to say those arent the stones we paid for.Debating whether to shop with them again.

Best place to get landscape supplies in Austin! Also, a cheap place to dispose of brush, leaves and limbs.

The customer service sucks, I purchased soil to plant vegetables and nothing will grow in it. A soil test comes back with multiple contaminants.
