I purchased a wedding ring from here a few years back, It included a lifetime warranty as long as ring is inspected every 6 months. my wife takes very good care of her jewelry and seldom wears it due to her job not allowing jewelry. every inspection has come back great until this recent inspection...took it in for inspection for them to tell me ring needed repairs and that they were keeping it for 4+ weeks as well as shipping it to another state for repairs. something is not right...either previous inspections were wrong or something shady going on. we will be monitoring the ring and having it checked at another jewelers when we get it back. they have lost a customer that spends a lot of money in there store.

I ended up having to use a local jeweler to fix my diamond bracelet that broke after 4 wears and customer service wasnt helpful from this location to the corporate level.Apparently, the clasp was halfway soldered on! And Zales doesnt stand behind their manufacturing/purchases beyond 30 days, unless you get the plan (which this was a gift so the person buying it for me didnt realise to get it). Thankfully, the local jeweller downtown will fix it 66% LESS than what this place was going to charge.

My fiance and I picked my engagement ring here. Michael helped us, and he was so patient- also informative and kind! He wasnt pushy at all either, which we loved. We couldnt be happier with our selection. Definitely recommend them for jewelry purchases!

We went to this store to shop for some pearl necklaces. The pearl we were looking for was not available. The store manager took our contact details mentioning they would place a special order on the pearls. We did not receive a call back after even a month. Then we went again asking for follow-up. We have to explain ourselves all over again as if we had never been there in the first place. They still did not have the pearl. They made the same promise of special order again. But we just walked out.

Was very nice and understanding how much my precious items that I have brought in to be fixed again by the Jeweler, and for a good price .

Worked with me to get my wifes engagement/wedding bands repaired when they probably didnt have to. The manager took the time to explain everything to me and helped with deciding on a future purchase. Overall great experience!

Im so happy with the Customer service that Sterling and Elizabeth always give my family. Sterling went above and beyond fixing a issue we had in another zales store . Thank you ladies for your attention and getting things done instead of giving us the run around.

My husband and I couldnt be happier with everything at this location. First, we searched many other jewellers and received horrible customer service. As soon as we walked inside zales We were greeted and everyone seemed excited to help us. We told them our budget and we were shown a plethora of beautiful options ( other stores would literally show us 3 rings).My husband (then fiance) surprised me with my dream ring. I started crying and everyone in the store kept telling me congrats. I told everyone my name one time. 3 months later I called and had a question about my ring. The girl on the phone instantly knew who I was, knew my name and my ring. MIND BLOWN! Way to make your customers feel special and welcome.My husband and I returned with my nieces for their graduation present. A few months later we were browsing and the salesman mentioned that my niece came by for her jewelry cleaning and he mentioned her by name. Again I was impressed that not only did he remember her name but remembered she was my niece.Jeremy and Margaret are both amazing each and every time we visit.Total we have bought 5 pieces from this zales location and each time we are impressed by the personalized customer service. The warranties are great. The products are timeless beautiful additions to our family (yes, I said family. I treat them like they are my children. ) No complaints.

Horrible customer service and by the manager.Im a manager too and this is not how you treat anyone. I will not go into detail because what we experienced was discrimination.

We get to the store at 12:05 . . . . And guess what THE EMPLOYEES DID TOO. . . AS WE WALK UP TO THE DOOR THEY LOCK THE DOOR BEHIND THEM AND TELL THEY 4 OTHWR CUSTOMERS THAT ARE WAITING OUTSIDE THAT THEY WILL OPEN IN 30 MINUTES. . . WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS TO BE THIS LATE ON OPENING . . .

Called in advance to see if they could resize my engagement ring so I wouldnt waste time driving all the way up there. Once I got there, they told me they couldnt resize it. The people were nice enough, but they should probably know the answer for certain before wasting someones time

Made the mistake of shopping here, the customer service is poor and they con you into expediting your item and it doesnt come in on time. I would be fired with my employer if I treated people this way. Buyer Beware! I should have gone to Jareds...

Poor customer service. browsed for 15 minutes with no service before a young woman with short brown hair just below the ears came & was very cold, distant, non-engaging, delivered overall poor service. i bared with her after trying on two selections before I left. I like the selection at this store, especially if youre on a budget, but the service is horrible.
