Yannis the store manager is awesome!! He truly puts the customer first and makes sure you are happy. The jewelers do a fantastic job in sizing and repairing your jewelry. Your jewelry comes back to looking 100 times better than when you took it in. They do an awesome job cleaning your jewelry and making your diamonds shine.

Jeffrey was AMAZING and I highly recommend asking for him to assist with finding any piece of jewelry. We went in to find a wedding band for my fiance. Jeffrey was very patient and gladly allowed my fiance to try on every ring he wanted to. He provided great suggestions and guidance based off of our responses for what we wanted in our ring. Jeffrey is also funny but professional.

I wish the Credit interest rates were lower, but plenty of purchasing options being available makes it possible for the middle and lower class to have access to things that we might desire. I cant praise James and the Jared team at this store enough! They managed a repair with a vendor that called for finesse. They kept me very happy in spite of delays and they served as an effective go between. They were honest and fair and I deeply appreciated them. This is one store I would trust. By the way, I used to work in the jewelry business. An honest jeweler is to be valued. I will shop at Jared from now on.

James was simply fantastic! I had an earring that was custom made in a foreign country and lost one. I took to James and he had the emeralds matched and custom designed to the other one. They look beautiful. I also bought some ruby studs for mothers day and Laura was superior in her customer service. Definitely go see both of these wonderful people for your jewelry needs!!

Absolutely fabulous jewelry store! I’ve been here several times for repairs and cleanings. The employees are super friendly, efficient and helpful! Very quick repairs! I dropped off my ring for repairs as it was missing a diamond and it was done in two days! So happy with Jareds and I will never go anywhere else! Love them!

Had the worst experience here. The sales person continually gave wrong information about their jewelry and services. When confronted, did not apologize or admit to their error, but made excuses. The best thing to do when you do not know something is to tell a customer I dont know or let me find out for you. The follow up was poor to the point we went to another jeweler for better service and price. I am thoroughly disappointed by the unprofessional sales people at this location and would never buy anything from them or recommend to anyone.

I have to tell you about my experience with Jared at Wm Cannon and MOPAC. I had a very old pearl ring that was handed down from my mother to me and I was passing it on to my daughter. The ring needed to be sized so I went to Jared. My son in law bought my daughter’s wedding ring set there and I had another ring they fixed there.As always, I was greeted by very nice staff and we worked out the details of the ring sizing. I was told I would be notified of the estimate for the work. I waited for weeks and never heard anything. Finally, I got an email that the ring was ready. I went to the store and found out that not only had the ring not been sized but 6 tiny seed pearls had popped out of the setting. The repair vendor said the sizing would cost more than the value of the ring so they sent it back unsized and damaged at that.I was working with the assistant manager James and he was appalled at the performance of their repair vender. He immediately spoke with the manager about the situation. We decided to send the ring back for repair and a new estimate for the sizing. They offered me a 20% discount on the ring sizing for the trouble I had been through. The manager was on the phone to the vendor before I even left the store. James was not happy with the performance of the vender and assured me they would make things right.I was told it would probably be September before we heard anything. Within a few days I was given an estimate for the sizing. My daughter and I decided it was still a bit expensive for us so we declined the sizing. A day later, I was contacted again by Jared and offered another more affordable price because of the problems we had experienced. We decided to have the work done, again understanding it would be up to 5 weeks to get the ring back. Within 2 days….2 days I was called to say the ring was back and ready for pick up. I was stunned! I couldn’t believe it.I called James and asked how he did that. He said they pushed me to the front of the line because of the damage to the ring and failed first attempt. He said customers are very important to Jared and they mean to have their actions prove that. I am so used to getting the run around from companies and rarely being satisfied with the treatment I get. It is almost the norm to get mediocre to bad service from almost all companies. You come to expect it. Well, not at Jared. They really do value their customers and I am here to tell you they valued me and made things right so my family could continue to enjoy this ring.I was thrilled with how well things turned out and what excellent service and respect I received from James and Jared. The ring turned out beautifully as well. I am a complete fan and now a very loyal customer to Jared. I highly recommend you try them for your jewelry needs. They were very helpful in picking out my daughter’s wedding set as well. They kept a record of the rings I thought my daughter might like so my son in law could go in and choose the set he liked the best. She loves her wedding set and they did an outstanding job with my son in law.I hope my experience will assure you that you will be in good hands with Jared. I cannot say enough good things about them. You deserve good treatment when you turn over your hard earned money for something you value. James and his crew at Jared are the absolute best!

Had to get my engagement rings stone replaced, and my fiance and I had the worse experience trying to do so. After the original store we purchased the ring from closed down in San Marcos, the manager moved to this location.After emailing and calling about how to go about fixing the ring, we got no reply until after a week. Then we made an appointment for a consultation, which in hindsight could have been done over the phone since all the manager did was SAY shell called for a vendor order. We drove 45 mins from our home in San Marcos for her to tell us that.Maybe a month and a half passes and we had not received any news on the ring. So, we call to for an update. The manager says she legit just FORGOT about us and promises the ring should be ready by the end of the week.We set aside a day to make the trip here, and guess what. The ring isnt ready, the stone wasnt even ordered. It was FORGOTTEN AGAIN. I just about cried in the parking lot.I know much more important things are going on in the world, but dang, this was my engagement ring that I received in November 2019. By this point, I had missed it and it almost lost all nice memories it had because of its association with terrible customer service.

My boyfriend and I stopped by today to get an idea of what engagement ring I would like. I had a basic understanding of diamonds but wasn’t sure of what I wanted. We were helped by Noah, who was so kind and knowledgeable. He let me try on bands based on what I liked, added different stones, without pressuring us or pushing our budget. I was honestly expecting the opposite from a chain jeweler. We had such a positive experience, and will be back soon for our ring selection.

Very poor service, the store made us take our COVID-19 mask off and look into the camera lense. I understand the concern of safety but they didnt take our safety into hand.We had a scheduled appointment to resize a turquoise and redstone ring. That they said they would fit to the wearers finger, no problem. When we got there, they were rude, made us take our masks off, and told us that the heat was to high and would break the stone.Not the same information we received over the phone.1 star

They were very helpful in recommending appropriate settings to make small gold coins earrings and a necklace setting for a larger gold coin. They recommended a secure earring loop to our liking and they recommended a more secure necklace bezel than the one we had purchased. The workmanship was excellent as was the time taken for completion. We are very pleased with their care, recommendations and goldsmith work.

We went this past weekend to pick out a wedding band for my fiance. The staff were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We never felt rushed and they answered every question and inquiry we had on different rings. The staff didnt once seem inconvenienced or impatient as we were there quite awhile (my fiance took about an hour to pick out his ring.) They have a wonderful selection of mens rings, and I would recommend that any man head this way to get his ring! Ask for Aaron!

I reviewed Jared when we first purchased my band. We had a great experience and everyone was friendly and helpful. The band needed to be sized and I was told it would take two to three weeks and to expect a call when it was finished. Well. Nearly four weeks passed and my fiance and I heard nothing. We went in to check on it only to discover it had been misplaced. Luckily it was found. We decided to return to purchase his wedding band. It had to be special ordered because they did not have it in stock. Again, we were told to expect a phone call in 7 to 10 days. We waited two weeks and heard nothing. We went in earlier today to check on it and the ring was not there. Our saleswoman was surprised to see us and when she couldnt locate the ring and told us that people usually wait until we call them to come in. Luckily we did not wait, as the ring was never ordered in the first place. To say that we are disappointed in the customer service is an understatement. How completely unprofessional to not follow up on not one, but two rings.

Ive been to this Jared a few times to have my engagement ring serviced. Its usually fast and prompt. They even offer appraisals several times a year. In my opinion the appraisal prices are a little high but the jewelry selection is large and the staff is always eager to help.

My boyfriend bought me a $100 or so necklace from this Jared last December for Christmas. I wore it happily until the chain broke (my fault) and one of the stones fell out (NOT my fault--but at least I still had the stone). I took it to Jared to get these two items taken care of approximately 2 or 3 weeks ago. They wanted to charge me about $73 to fix it. I told them that was RIDICULOUS since the necklace only COST $100. I took it somewhere, got it fixed at a much better price ($40), and went about my business. (I have to add the repair guys comment here: he said that the necklace was made very quickly {read: poor quality, shoddy workmanship}, and he was certain his replaced stone would not fall out, but he couldnt say much for the others.)After wearing the necklace for about a week, I notice today that ANOTHER STONE HAD FALLEN OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!But, this time, I dont HAVE the stone to be reset! So, I just spent $40 to fix a $100 necklace (for sentimental reasons, of course) and now I have to spend another God-knows-how-much to BUY a new stone and have it set?????????I will be going to Jared to tell them how TERRIBLE their product isI also decided to CALL the customer service number to see what they had to say. I told the lady the entire story honestly. Admittedly, I should have left out the part about getting the jewelry repaired by someone else, but Im an honest person. Also, they didnt want to offer any kind of warranty before, so why would they now? Well, obviously, she reiterated to me my (nonexistent) warranty was now VOID. She also clearly stated There is Nothing We Can Do For You. Great, thanks for the CUSTOMER SERVICE, lady!I told her that was just fine. I would tell everyone I know about their CRAP product and also I intend to waltz into that store and express my distaste to their faces. And, the message would be spread to anyone in the store that could hear. She told me if I went in there and talked to any of the customers that they would call the police and have me escorted out. Yes, folks, shes threatening to call the police on me OVER A 1-800 CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE.Do NOT shop at Jared. Tell all your friends not to shop at Jared. And, Ladies, if you do get that text message from your BFF that simply states He went to Jared, I suggest you reply: Hope he got the warranty.

Horrible experience. Went in with my fiancé to get my mothers heirloom diamond wedding ring re-appraised, and they said it was a gold plated Safire ring (which is obviously not true). The manager kept us waiting for half an hour just for his signature to leave the ring overnight for appraisal. The manager was blatantly ignoring the sales staff who was assisting us, and kept peaking over his shoulder to see if we were still in the store. Even his sales staff showed frustration towards the manager and commented in regards to keeping us waiting. I felt insulted and was relieved upon exiting the store, once I decided not to do business with them. I was planning on having a lot of jewelry worked on and potentially buying some as well.

This horrible company will straight up lie to your face to get you to buy from them. I purchased an engagement ring 2 years ago and they told me the monthly cost would only be $56. I start getting bills in the mail for over $150, and they didnt care, not one bit. This company will deceive you, and/or will forge a contract. Now Im in collections for a invalid debt and Im screwed over in my credit score for a fault thats not even my own.
