1st time ever at an In-N-Out Burger and it was very good. Cheeseburger was great, fries were unfortunately average but that was the only complaint I would have

This worker who said he went by the name Rick insulted us with profanity and got aggressive with us. He slammed the door in our faces and yelled at us. So disappointed and felt physically threatened. Do better.

We love In and Out!! We got their burgers and our kids added animal style to their fries from their secret menu, which is melted cheese, grilled onions, and their fry sauce on top. The animal style fries are to-die-for good!! I wished I had added the same to mine after we left. We cant wait for In and Out to come to Spring/The Woodlands area!!! Hopefully they see this and consider the same! Give this post a like if you feel the same so we can rouse some interest.

When it comes to fast food hamburgers, I personally think In-N-Out as one of the better ones, even better than Whataburger. It costs less, has more of a balanced well-rounded flavor, the buns are softer, and the burger sauce you can add is a no brainer. We got the best service here. We had an out of the ordinary request and the CSR found a way to make something work instead of saying that they really didnt have something we needed.

I love it here the burgers always taste freshly made and dont feel unnecessarily packed. The service is always on point and staff always very prompt and helpful

Even amidst staffing shortages, this In-N-Out always has the friendliest staff. The woman running the drive thru this particular day was very quick and efficient. She actually checked my drink before she handed it to me, saw it wasnt what I ordered, and made a new one immediately. I appreciate her attentiveness. She took orders while fulfilling mine. I keep coming to this place for good, affordable burgers- one of my favorites near my office.

As a native Californian and someone whos grown up with In-N-Out, I think I can say this with some confidence: you can do a lot worse than In-N-Out.Im not one of those ardent supporters of In-N-Out, claiming that itll change your life or be the greatest food thatll grace your lips, but its a really solid option if you want tasty food (relatively) quick and inexpensively.The actual menu is more expansive than they show, and youll need to experiment a bit too find what you like. I really enjoy mustard fried burgers with no pickles and well done fries. Go poke around and see!It doesnt hold up to great burger places like Five Guys or anything, but its one of the best drive-thru joints you can visit.

Went to the drive thru. Great customer service and they don’t rush you when you order. Food comes fast and taste great. I added salt to the fries. Could be a bit crispier too, but I’m sure some people like soft fries. They asked if we wanted ketchup and the order was accurate. Will be back!

The site was a refugee for me as it rained. The potatos tasted kinda weird but nice (the house style). The burgers were nice and all, but they were smaller than the normal size- Id go with Whataburger first for a burger experience. Nice personnel, place is small and simple/ not much people come to the site.

When I go to In-N-Out, I always order (Animal Style Cheese Burger with French Fries) & there is no change about it.On the other side, there is no change in quality, size, service & price. ;)This is the point that I like about In-N-Out & made me always satisfied with them.

The people are nice and the prices not bad but the food is not that great. The fries are atrocious and the only reason they haven’t upgraded them is probably the weird tradition/company culture thing they have going on. The burger is always dripping sauce everywhere and the meat is not very tasty. I also feel like the staff is never acting like their normal selves, they’re playing caricatures of what corporate wants them to be to protect their brand. Worth a try but don’t get your hopes up

One of the better In & Outs Ive been to. Definitely beats any of the California In & Outs.

I went in very late (12:30) and there was a bunch of drunk college kids in there. It was a Monday so not overwhelming. The young cashier looked to be about 18. I was surprised at his professionalism. He paid the college kids no mind and took my order. He asked me things about my preferences which I very much appreciated. I’m from atl. They’ll throw a burger patty in a bag and tell you have a nice day, so I appreciated the way he spoke to me. I needed a bigger bag because I was on a lime scooter and he was happy to accommodate. Very satisfied for some late night grub. My burger and shake were fantastic!!

This is just the one in California. This place did not disappoint

A couple of years ago, I had In-N-Out for the first time in 20 years and I wasnt impressed. And this time, I loved it! The service and the food at this location were really good.

Very consistent, they always ask if you want onions to start a conversation on what you want on your 🍔. Thats just smart business practice. Its simple, but literally no other fast food does this.

Its okay, first timer today. The price is awesome! Fries were decent burger was good, it just didnt make me excited to come back like jew boy burger does or hatcreek or whataburger or short stop or top notch. Was holidaying from the UK and heard a lot about this place. The chips/ fries werent all that; I had animal style and it tasted strange. The burger was delicious. Loved the staff and the vibe of the place. Very retro.

I got the vanilla shake, a double double, and animal style fries. It was all so yummy! I love this place and it has a great location on Guadulupe St in West Campus! Its also a great price compared to other burger places! Highly recommend!

I think theyre pretty good burgers definitely competitive with whataburger and sometimes. a little better however i refuse to order their fries. They are so incredibly dry hence me only getting burgers everytime I go.

Small, nice and clean location close to the university. Drive-Thru seems to be the faster way to get your order, last times Ive been there it takes about 15 minutes to get even just a double-double.Parking is easy and there are tables outside if the weather is good enough. Soda machines are working fine.As In-N-Out is, this is a good location. Staff is friendly and try to keep the location clean, even on rush hours.

This was my 2nd time having eating here. The 1st time I didnt really like it, couldnt remember why. It has been over 5yrs since I ate there. This time around...I really enjoyed it...enjoyed it so much..I went back 2 days later and had the same time... I did ask for no onion and that put this big chunk of onion on my burger. That was disappointing. I removed it and all was well. Id go back again and try and milkshake this time.

We drove 2 1/2 hours from Houston to try these burgers for the first time and it was WORTH IT! What impressed me most was the quality of ingredients and the presentation. The only thing I didnt like was that the cheese on the fries hardened quickly. Other than that, well definitely be visiting again. The establishment was very clean, staff was friendly, and food was delicious.

Even though my boyfriend and I came in without masks (we forgot them in our car on accident) the employees were nice and respectful when they told us we needed masks. Very clean location. Loved hearing how respectfully the employees talked to each other. The good food was an awesome bonus. Would definitely come back.

I LOVE In-N-Out Burger. I think their burgers are the best in the fast food business. Their fries are so-so but Im more into onion rings anyway. The staff at this location are super friendly and efficient and my orders are always exactly what I ordered. (Should be the norm everywhere but its not.)

In and Out burgers are cheap and it shows. They are no where near as tasty as even, dare I say, McDonalds. The service was good but a bit slow for a place that has such a limited menu. The overall experience wasnt bad, but I would not spend my time or money at In and Out again as there are some many far better choices near by.

My only problem with this place was that they were very expensive. I could have eaten at a later time do that I was hung for.

Visited in & out today from Raleigh NC, and I do not understand the hype. “Animal” as not good as expected but it was edible. I do not like onions enough for that sauce, so perhaps without it would be better.

Im from Illinois and I just had to try this iconic burger place. The food is fresh and fufilling. I tried Whataburger the day after I tried In N Out and it wasnt comparable at all. Great place to be!

Locked my wheels while I was eating. Management didn’t help. That meal costed me more than $200. Be careful guys
