Picked up my order this morning at 6am and they were fresh right out of the fryer! They smelled and tasted as good as they looked! I highly recommend! So friendly too!

Very fast and very friendly staff! This place must be popular because I came at 7:00am on a Tuesday and it was packed and the cases were starting to empty out. The apple fritter was nice and crispy but I wish it had more cinnamon flavor to it. The regular donuts and nice and fluffy and buttery.

Cheap and delicious. These guys make some of the best classic glazed donuts in South Austin. And the fruity pebbles donut is the perfect wake-and-bake breakfast.

They will charge you $5 for iced coffee, only for the coffee to be filled with 50% ice. The employee will give you an attitude if you tell them light ice and ask for a receipt.

Since moving to this side of town, Ive been exploring the neighborhood and trying various local venues and Master Donuts is one that Ive seen numerous times when patronizing $ General across the street. The staff is super friendly and the place is spotless. Master Donuts is indeed one of the top donut venues in Austin. Now I find myself getting my daily sugar fix at Master Donuts. One of my favourites is the boudin kolache. Love this place!

I placed an online order for letter donuts in advance before 2pm as their website instructed for my daughter’s birthday. Showed up at 6am to pick them up as scheduled and no donuts. The baker doesn’t arrive until 7:30. Instead of calling me yesterday and telling me they couldn’t make the order, I found out when I arrived at 6am.

Master Donuts offers excellent breakfast sandwiches, croissants, kolachies, pastries, coffee, and cold bottled beverages. Service was friendly, prompt, and fast.However, seating if limited and there are no bathrooms. Masters Donuts is best for those on the go looking for a quick bite to eat or for a daily caffeine fix. And donuts are really good!

Just tried this for breakfast for the first time and I was so impressed. We got breakfast tacos, a bacon/egg/cheese croissant and an assortment of donuts and this is definitely a hidden gem. The donuts may be some of the best I’ve ever had! Definitely try this out if you live in the area.

Kolaches are to die for. Honestly one of the best jalapeño kolaches I’ve ever had. But the staff is what really makes this place stand out. So friendly and welcoming. They always give me some donut holes in the bag with my breakfast.Will always drive out of my way to visit this spot!

Very delicious donuts! Not a huge variety, but the quality is great. I had the cinnamon buttermilk (old fashion) donut and it was the right amount of sweet. I also had their bacon, egg, and cheese croissant which was delicious and filling. All in all, its a solid breakfast choice.

I went 20 minutes out of my way to get birthday donuts because this place has good reviews. They completely messed up the colors and design I requested. And when I got there they asked “they messed up the colors is that okay?”. No it’s not okay but I don’t have time to wait so I guess I have to be okay with it. Will not be back.

Not reliable. Placed a custom order online & called 2 days later to confirm. Their words were, Oh yeah, I meant to call you to tell me they are not taking custom orders at this time. Our special event was the next day! I was not convinced of their intention to notify me. The website shouldnt have allowed me to place the custom order, that would have prevented horrid customer service.

They completely ignored my request for colors/toppings on my specialty donut order I placed online, and they overcharged me for the dozen donuts I purchased on top of the specialty order when I arrived to pick those up. They shouldnt offer custom requests if they are not going to fulfill them.

I come here often to pick up a tacos or donuts as a treat for breakfast.They have a great variety of donuts, croissant type sandwiches, muffins and lots of tacos. They also have coffee and a refrigerator with other drink options. The staff is very efficient - even if there is a line you will not have long to wait. They are also very warm and friendly. They have several tables so you can bring the family to enjoy your goodies there. Heads up - if you are paying with credit/debit, they require a minimum purchase of $5.00.

This is one of the rare donut shops that both cares about their quality and is capable of serving it up. There is an attention to detail that is most welcome. The breakfast sandwiches are made with good ingredients, nice portions, and competitively priced. The apple fritter is superb!

Everything is really good here. I recently did a custom order and communication was easy and the donuts came out looking great. They aren’t usually busy so service is fast and friendly.

Ordered donuts for my daughters classroom for her birthday; The kids ate them so quickly and several wanted seconds. I did not personally get a chance to taste these donuts, but Im assuming they were good by the speed at which they were eaten. I will try this place again. Thanks!

Service is always quick and pleasant AND the donuts are dangerously tasty! Ive never had a dry or waxy donut from here. Ever. Prices are fair and she always does the free donut holes. I definitely recommend the old fashioned and the bear claw but every thing they make is fantastic. Also they have an Instagram that is adorable!

I placed an order a week in advance, they called me the night before and confirmed, took my money. Showed up in the am and they forgot my order. Normally not a big deal, but I wasnt able to wake my son up on his bday with the suprise I expected to be able to. Maybe next year.

We have been getting donuts here for a couple years now. The service and overall quality has gone way down.Last time we went, I asked for a few donuts, and only one of them got in the bag correctly. I went back and ordered new donuts, and paid again... no apology for the mistake, and no offer to exchange the wrong donuts for the right ones.Not a huge issue, but its inconvenient, and they could stand to do better at dealing with customers.

The donuts and meat kolaches were decent, but I had a strawberry and cream cheese filled kolache that tasted like it was sitting out for a long time. I didn’t even finish it, which never happens with me! I prefer Howdy Donuts by Congress, which is almost the same kind of place. But who know, maybe I just got a bad batch.

The owners are so nice and very respectful they open at 5am which is great for those trying to grab a bite before a flight. Less than 10 min away from the Airport....the donuts are so Good!! They even have kolaches and croissant sandwiches. Finally there is a Donut Shop close to home, we dont have to drive to Duncan Donuts or Krispy Kreme.
