Everything you have read is correct. This man and business cannot be trusted.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.This man is a crook. His work ethic is the worst. He will steal your money, abuse your trust and never finish the project unless you threaten legal action and get the authorities involved. Even then, he will move as slow as molasses. This man should not be allowed to own a business and take money from people. He is full of excuses and then will play the victim when you try and hold him accountable. Even his employees think he is a joke. Which is no surprise when they dont even show up.This is your warning. Use this company at your own risk. You will loose time, money and trust in the human race when interacting with Tommy Basalone.

If I could rate this place with negative stars, i would.First recommendation, run as far away from this place as you possibly can. One of the worst contractors i have ever encountered in my life. Constantly lied about details about the project. Didnt show up on time, didnt show up with supplies, admitted to using funds for our project on other projects, quality of work is so poor. I am having to hire another contractor to come in and fix so many things it is ridiculous. This man should not be allowed to own a business or take money from people. Do your research before going near this man or business. Tommy Basalone is committing fraud. Even the guys that would show up and wait around on him for supplies would speak very poorly of him. This was a 5 day project that lasted 3 months and he could not get a thing done. He would show up and stand around pretending to do work. I ended up doing a ton of work, micromanaging him and constantly hounding him with hopes that the project would get done. It didnt.This is your warning. There are countless better businesses and contractors out there. If you choose this business, it will most likely be the worst decision you will ever make.
