I hired 512 Deliver to pick up my boxes from FedEx and deliver them to my hotel since FedEx had issues delivering my boxes as promised on a Friday and then was delayed to arrive 3 days later - after I actually needed them. Lucian worked with the local FedEx office for DAYS (over a weekend) since the FedEx office kept giving us misinformation about the actual arrival of my boxes. Once my boxes arrived in Austin, and FedEx said they couldn’t deliver them to my hotel (you have ONE JOB FedEx!?) and Lucian promptly notified me my boxes had arrived and delivered them. He even notified me that my boxes had arrived to the FedEx facility before FedEx did. I can’t stress enough how much I felt that Lucian went above and beyond the call of duty to get my boxes to me before my big event. In order to get my daughter into the college dormitory of her choice we had to complete a contract sent out on the Monday and get it to the dorm the next day, no drop offs were allowed except by commercial courier. Acceptance was based on the delivery time of the package with extremely limited spaces available. I discussed with 512-DELIVER explaining the situation and that the office would open for business at 8am. They said no problem. They could meet me Monday night to pick up the package and would get to the office before 8 am to make sure it was at the very front of the line. They picked up the package on time, text me from the site at 7:40am the next day with a picture of the entrance to the office. Then another text at 7:56am to confirm delivery. 24 hrs later my daughter received confirmation she had been accepted into the dormitory. These guys are the absolute best... they do exactly what they say they are going to do and very reasonably priced for the extra mile they are willing to go......

Lucian and his team do a fantastic job! We needed something done the same day to get pictures to our client to wrap up a huge campaign and we had no one in the area. 512-deliver was able to get the job done with plenty of time to spare. We work in the oil field industry so punctuality and being able to come thru it’s what separates the men from the boys in this field. We had a shipment from Austin Texas get lost when it was shipped with UPS. Our customers equipment and a reputation were on the line. The parts were in stock in Austin Texas but we needed them ASAP we called 512 deliver. The parts were picked up and in route to our facility within 30 minutes of the phone call. Hands down one of the best courier experiences Ive ever had. I called Lucian late on a Thursday night with a crazy request needing a package picked up in Laredo, TX at 6am the next morning and delivered back to Austin ASAP during SXSW. He was so helpful, brainstorming and giving me every option he could think of- driving, flying, Greyhound drop-off, Airport drop-off. He researched flight options and sent me text updates as I was waiting for a decision to come from my team. We ended up with the fastest option (driving) and as promised, a driver was in Laredo at 6am, ready to pick up and drive the 4 hours back to Austin. I received text updates and GPS monitoring so I could follow the package all the way to the arrival. It was even delivered 3 hours ahead of when originally promised! They called me upon delivery to triple check that it should be delivered to the front desk of our teams hotel. I could not have been happier with the experience. I was in trouble when another courier backed out of a critical delivery of some heavy equipment. Lucian was not only helpful, but went out of his way late at night to make things happen. Even though he knew I was in trouble, he did not gouge me on the rate. His electronic tracker with GPS is a stroke of genius, and his communication stellar. I cant say enough good about this guy.
