The homeless nearly ruined this place. Its good to be able to shop safely here. This store is much smaller than a more modern Randalls, but they have everything you need

Only Randalls that is close to me. Its small but I love it. Sometimes the sales/prices are better than HEB. Plus they have a Starbucks. Every one who also works here is friendly and the customer service is great. Never had a bad experience at this location.

Awesome store with a great selection, but rude employees. Every time I go in, the staff are pretty cold and act like they don’t want to be there.

I enjoyed Randalls. A little pricier than my regular routine shopping. I definitely like the store. The staff was friendly also.

I love this location, the produce is always very fresh and the layout makes a lot of sense. No navigating to the back of the store just for basic staples, no Ikea-like blocked paths back to the front of the store (looking at you HEB), lines always move fast. Their gas station always has some of the best prices too, and was one of the only stations that consistently has supply during shortages when Austin freaks out twice a year and fills garbage cans with gas. If youre in the area this is the grocery store to go to.

Reasonably nice and well-renovated store, but the fact that its nearly always mostly empty should be a major clue that it has problems – the biggest by far being substantially higher grocery prices, across the board, than H-E-B or Walmart, both of which are less than a 10-minute drive away. Even the Target on the opposite side of Ben White is considerably cheaper, and carries probably 80% of the same merchandise.

Its a nice, clean limited selection grocery store. Unless you check the salsa aisle, I think they may have the best selection in town. If you like salsa and hot sauce check them out if you pass one, you might be surprised how good the selection is. I know I was.

I really enjoyed my shopping experience at this location. The store was clean and NOT crowded. Fellow shoppers were courteous.According to their circular, if I used their App I could save money. I added the App and sure enough, not only did I save, but I was able to buy MORE for LESS.In spite of the fact that a homeless camp is in close proximity to the store, I couldnt help but notice that there was no loitering outside nor inside of the store. Thats a BIG plus in my book.When I recently returned to pick up a few needed items, the cashier (Dani) was very helpful. I thought I had completed the process of uploading the App from my last visit; I had not. Dani took the time to get me through the process while checking me out. It did not take long at all.Again, I saved nearly half on my purchases. The App really works. I think I have found a new place to do my grocery shopping.Thank you Randalls!

I do love Randalls They have always been very service-oriented. On top of that, the variety of choices here are amazing. Nevertheless, they Still need to keep working on getting their prices down. They just can not compete w/HEB, and in fact prices seem to be going up even more in comparison.

THIS IS FOR THE PHARMACY. Today I decided to get my vaccine. It was quick and easy. The pharmacy staff were kind and helpful. Bill was great and even spoke with me when I asked him if he liked coffee and although it may not seem so huge it made the experience better for me. Thank you guys over at the pharmacy, the great work yall do is appreciated.

Very dirty and trashy exterior. Panhandlers in parking lot. Store personnel friendly but more attention needed at check out registers as traffic picks up and lines get longer. Will try again one more time after that may just shop HEB.

Variety of products is ok

Though it is your usual grocery store it has improved. I dont remember what I bought but I do recall it being cheaper than Im used to paying. Their prices appear to be a bit lower than before and I saw some good sales in the flyer. The restroom needing a little repair is the negative.

Pharmacy staff rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. I called with a couple of questions, the pharmacy employee told me to come to Randalls and they could help. So I drove down there just to have this experience: They were unable to locate my health records and told me the only option is to submit my request in writing to their corporate office. I also requested a flu shot and was told that although they take walk-ins, I should set up an appointment for the next day. Normally that would be fine but there was no one else in line the entire time I was talking with them. Three people working the Pharmacy and no one could assist with basic requests. Drove there for no reason.

I usually get the sale items when shopping here. But I always find other things at a great deal too. They dont carry alot of things found at other places but they do carry some items only found at randalls. Worth the trip everytime.

Friendly staff that was knowledgeable about the products location the store was clean and organized. The only problem I seen was the homeless tents that surrounded the location. Not worried for say other than the ladies that visit the store.

Got what I wanted and was on my way. Check out was slow due to a couple that needed attention. Products were easy to find. Sale items were available and nice selection.

Needs a self check out lane. Easy to go in and shop quickly, its the waiting in the one of usually 2 lines they have open.

There buy one, get 2 free meat section is a crazy good deal.

They most always have best produce and meat. Our favorite place for steaks.

Randalls has consistently provided fresh fruits, dairy and meat products. The bakery is also filled with great items made freshly at the store.Customer service is always available and happy to assist. Since moving here 6 years ago, It has become my chosen place to shop. Very satisfied!

I loved this place. It was my first time there and I have to say I loved it. We went there so my husband can get his Covid-19 vaccine. Service is good, everything looks clean and organized and they have all kind or varieties of groceries.

Im a regular at this store and even though the faces of changed the quality of the store so it looks pretty good. Cashiers are always nice to me and as long as its Randall stays open Ill go to this one because its my favorite

Best place to shop, what I love about Randalls that they have happy shoppers, one can have a conversation there, complete strangers there and never a problem, other chains you cant do that, seems like those folks have mental problem. Randalls customers are always happy to be there

Only complaint would be the occasional bakery item. Sometimes a little sweet for my tastes but the cheesecake is worthy. Great deals if you have a card and it is always worth the time to get a free one. Flagship on beecaves is still the only place I can get the big strawberry milk made by promised land dairy and I usually grab 2 at a time. Bathrooms are always clean and well stocked. They seem to carry the odd item or two that other grocers dont. Nice place to shop.

This store has much room for improvement, or I should say the management. In the morning when people are trying to get on with the day time and again one cashier a long line of people, no need to be in a hurry, it will be awhile. The manger will be seen walking around trying to act like hes doing something, well hes not. The point is get your mgr overpaid do nothing self open another register and get the customers out of the store after all the customers are the only reason your mismanagement skills are being overpaid anyway. No stars for lack of management, two stars for over worked employees.

If you shop smart and compare, Randalls has great offers if you use their APP. Also, be a member for their rewards, all discounts are automatically applied at checkout. Their selection of meats and fish are above average, and prices only slightly higher for prime cuts. They often have games to earn prizes or products, fun way to keep me coming.

This is beyond a doubt the most ghetto grocery store! Stay away! The worst of humanity shop here!

An expensive version of HEB. Nice clean store, uncrowded, with a smaller selection and higher prices. But way quicker!

I really do like that Randalls has large, paper grocery bags. Honestly its so much better than single use plastics bags. Good job Randalls!Also, have you noticed that card readers just dont work well at busy grocery stores? They must go through a lot of wear and tear. So, its really nice that Randalls accepts NFC cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Samsung Pay. Take note HEB and Central Market! You are behind. I love this store!!! Everytime we come we have excellent customer service. Steve at the meat department is so AWESOME!! You can really see the dedication and love he has for his job. Everytime we go he really sells us on good quality meat and seafood. Especially when he steams the seafood with his amazing flavors. This location has gained a lifetime customer.

Kind of a run down store honestly. It’s old and dirty. Some staff are nice and some are just plain rude. Whatever honestly. I don’t shop their much anyway.

Very nice store I love the deals and items they keep in stock, plus they have always done well following the health and safety recommendations that were recommended by the CDC the entire pandemic. I always feel safe when shopping there.

Very convieniantly located and not to big to get in and out quicklt

Pleasant experience kind saff. Sometimes the lines stack up due to lack of cashiers but all and all a good experience. Just got from completing Thanksgiving shopping and it was clean, well stocked, and they had 4 lines open. I was in and out far quicker than I imagined.

The staff is very rude and disrespectful. The Starbucks attend had a horrible attitude, gave me the wrong order, and refused to correct it when I asked her to. I asked to speak with a manager and this kid named Josh shows up and blew me off...I’ve noticed that their customer service is different depending on how you look. Black buyers beware! Prepare to be disregarded and your complaints completely dismissed. After today, I won’t spend another dime in any Randall’s ever again.

Their bakery is alot better than the other grocery stores in town. In my opinion it is better than Walmart and HEB. HEB has one or 2 things they do well. I havent seen that from Walmart. But then again its just my opinion.

Small, dirty. Poorly stocked. Employees are appethetic at best. Drive one more block to Sprouts, Target, Wheatsville; ANYTHING else.

A decent grocery store, though I only make it a point to come here when I have to have blood work done in the quest lab located here. I was surprised some items were quite a bit more expensive than Whole Foods, though you can find deals here as well on some cheap staples like bread and milk. Well they do have organic and natural foods I found that the better deals are still at places like sprouts or Whole Foods.If you are coming here to have blood work done at the lab it is located on the left-hand side of the store when you walk in. Just head towards where the pharmacy is on the left and it is located in a private little room on the side. I’ve always had a good experience coming to this lab and the technicians are friendly and helpful. Tip: Make an appointment with quest labs online before coming if possible. They take you sooner if you have an appointment rather than if you walk in, so they do take walk-ins as well.

Employees were super rude and chatting with one another while I was showing them my green bags. They completely ignored me and my green bags that were literally sitting on top of the things they were bagging and wrapped everything in plastic. I was happy just to bag them up myself but they wouldn’t stop chit chatting and ignoring me. While carrying these bags up to my apartment during the cold and icy stairs, I got a pinched nerve in my finger and now my finger will be numb for months. I’ll stick with HEB

Good for everyday shopping. Ive been here several times and never felt unsafe or had anyone ask me for money. Yes, there are homeless camps nearby but that had no effect on my shopping experience. I recommend.
