Dr. Butler is the VERY best if you need sinus surgery. The staff is so nice and responsive. I live in Liberty Hill but Id drive 100 miles to see Dr. Butler. He is that good folks!

Five years ago I paid around $6,000 for a set of hearing aids. The brand is Oticon, Agil Pro. I was told by my audiologist, dont get them wet. That was a major understatement. I believe that she knew at the time that these were highly susceptible to water but wanted to make a sale. (I dont know how she gets paid but I suspect from some of her comments that she is on commission) This means that, if you sweat or go out in even the slightest drizzle that they will fail. They have failed more times that I can recount. The warranty was for one year and was extended another year probably because of the dissatisfaction factor. I purchased the extended warranty for circa $120.00/year. That turned to be a good thing as I sent them in multiple times for repair. Recently I tried to extend the warranty again and was informed that it was no longer available. I paid $200.00 for repair and six month warranty for one side only. Yuk!I will seek another manufacturer. On a scale of one to ten with ten being the best, my satisfaction level is minus one and I am being nice.

Dr. Butler was very informative and explained everything clearly. The staff was also very welcoming and helpful. Overall a very positive experience!

The doctors and receptionists were nice, but the last time I was there, I was told that Id be called with results from a culture and personalized antibiotics, never received that call. I was left sick for weeks and never ended up getting the help I needed for my hearing loss.

Staff was great and Dr. Yium was great at explaining everything to me. I received my treatment and have not had issues since.
