This store is wonderful. The product is top notch and the staff are incredible helpful. I came in to purchase new bedding and they went above and beyond. They took the time to make sure I got the right combination of fabrics and colors. And my husband loved the items when I brought them home :) Thank you ladies!

Stumbled into this place while walking on South Congress and was kind of blown away by what I saw. The store is beautiful and all the people working there are incredibly helpful and nice.I don’t know much about interior design, so I talked with Mary and she ended up designing an amazing bedroom lookbook for me. Parachute offers complementary styling services for your bedroom and bathroom and I totally loved working with her on that. She’s a stud - highly recommend her if you have any questions or need friendly suggestions on interior design.I also came at another time to get a gift for a friend and chatted with Hannah. She was wonderful and she shared her thoughts on furniture arrangement and color coordination, which was so helpful. Had a swell time with her.Overall, just an awesome experience. Hope to stop by again for future bedding needs.

The most hostile staff you can ever meet! They treat you like if you are not here to buy something please dont bother! Please safe yourself a trip and purchase from Brooklinen and so many other cool brands. Parachute should be careful in choosing their staff at the Austin store. All other stores at music lane including neighborhood goods, Reformation, Love shack fancy etc are very courteous and nice to customers.

This store is absolutely phenomenal. Everything from the greeting at the door to the personal help finding everything I needed. I am typically intimidated by such gorgeous stores, but the manager and associates were so wonderful- I will definitely be back. Thanks for the great experience!

Bought a duvet and sham set, had guests coming into town. When we unwrapped the goods at home, the sham was ripped and there were questionable stains all over the duvet. Pretty gross. Contacted customer service, haven’t heard from them 3 days later. I’m sure I could go in-store and swap this out, but haven’t had time and getting to soco / parking is such an inconvenience. Really bummed, longtime Parachute customer. 3 stars because the guy at the store was super lovely and helpful. Just not sure I can trust the product here.

Beautiful store with excellent customer service. The sales person, Crescens went above and beyond to help me navigate my online order.I ordered something online and was confused why I didn’t receive any notification. She patiently help me understand and resolve my problems.
