What a cute little place to be! My family enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff. This was our first time visiting so we were a little unsure how to order but the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. There was a family of about 6 people sitting across from us, playing a board game and enjoying their desserts. It was quite pleasant to walk in the doors and see that :) For 5 bowls, with up to 4 toppings each, I was quite pleased with the price as well. We are from Belton but will definitely be adding this place to our favorites when we are close by.👍🏼

Amazing homemade ice cream!!!! Similar idea as Cold Stone with mix-ins and freshly made ice cream, but 5 times better! Icecream is literally made in front of you! All flavors of ice cream is pure and strong. They also serve coffees and milkshakes, but we havent tried those yet. Best ice cream place in the Austin area for us! Great environment too,has games to play and always a family friendly movie running too.

Nearly tried every single ice cream in the store. Soooo good! Whether you like sour sorbet or sweet ice cream base, you can find your true love here!! Recommend chilly cheesecake (different texture brings magic) and tropical island (fruit lover and the non dairy coconut base is so special)!

We had the salad bowls. The fish was fresh and the sauces were tasty. Corn had a weird texture and salad was a spinach and romaine; would have preferred spring mix. The sauce was tossed with the salad and the fish which yielded a pretty soggy salad.

Decent food and decent prices, nice ambiance for meeting friends. Although Ive had better, the poke portion was plentiful and the ice cream was unique. Staff were nice. Not busy at all on a Thursday evening.

It was all right. There are a ton of poke places in Austin now, so its difficult to compare them. Quality of the fish was good, not amazing. Service was great and location is great.

I have never had any ice cream that is bad like this. Its literally no taste at all. And its also too hard, like a rock. I do not recommend this place. Dont waste your money, go to other better ice cream places.

Super great product for the price! Salmon always tastes super fresh, shrimp is cooked perfectly, staff is always super kind and quick with everything. Im never there for more than 5 minutes, so its a great grab n go lunch spot! Ingredients across the board always taste and look fresh and crisp, even their chopped lettuce and avocado. I come here at least once a week for Poké or Sushi Burritos! Even their rolled ice cream is good! Place is always spotless and warm, super welcoming, so happy I work close by!!

More like a $9 show. They also have board games to play while you are sitting to eat. I picked the items I wanted & watched them make it, but it tasted like frozen flavored milk, honesly a pint of $3 BLUE BELL is more delicious. It was fun to visit once, but not anything to boast about

My niece had the green tea and I had the cheesecake flavor. The employee said it was her favorite so I tried it. Oh my goodness, it was delicious! They should make the cheesecake a permanent flavor on the menu board! Very chill place and the young lady that made it for us was very friendly. I will return soon. Thank you!

Great place for a date. Different than any other ice cream shop. The workers melt the ice cream, freeze it on a cold table and roll it up real fast, Benihanna style! They also have games to play in a cabinet on the side.

I was quite surprised to see this shop before I walked into another establishment to eat dinner. I decided I would come check it out and see after. I was not disappointed. The young gentleman was very kind and able to explain the process of how it worked. Watching the act of making the icecream was spectacular to see. I would highly recommend this place for any icecream lover.

I live rolled ice cream. If youve not had it before its a good mix and match option for choosing your base (ice cream) crush insurance, topping, sauce. They have plenty of options here and even have coconut base for the dairy free, I assume. The brownie crush in is very good. The whip topping (didnt taste like cream) was ok, but not to my liking. I would get the sweetened condensed milk if I had known. Good option and in a good location.

We came here on a Saturday afternoon. It didn’t take that long to prepare our ice cream (10 min or so), and it’s definitely fun to watch them prepare and eat my Matcha Heaven. Ice cream tastes very soft and creamy, and not too sweet. Will come back!

The employee was very nice as well as patient. When I gave my order he gave suggestions and offered water. Mind you, this is my first time ever being here. Great ice cream and service!

Honestly, I had high expectations from this place for ice cream rolls.When we came there, no one was there to attend us.We waited 5 minutes then finally had to call out to see if someone was there in the restaurant. We ordered ice cream roll. The person who made it was probably new. I have ice cream rolls from various places this was my worst experience. It was so bad that I could have the ice cream after 2 bites! If you are going in to ice cream rolls beware!

Amazing atmosphere and lovely decor! Really enjoyed watching my food being made and it tasted just as good as it sounded when ordering... definitely recommend a visit!

My boyfriend & I really liked this place the first time we went (probably 2 months ago. The staff member at the time was extremely welcoming, took her time explaining everything to us & took her time rolling the ice cream. She delicately places the rolls in the bowl & made a beautiful ice cream arrangement. She set the bar for outstanding service. Unfortunately, every other time we have been, the service has been nothing of the sort. Twice we have gone, where the same blonde girl hardly smiles, seems to be unhappy & definitely does not roll the ice cream with the same delicate technique. The first time, she didn’t crush the blueberries or marshmallows. It lists on the board they are mix-ins (not toppings). She never asked us if we wanted it crushed in. We were jealous we didn’t have the other girl that was also there at the same time make our ice cream, because she did an outstanding job. Ours looked nothing like it had before. Now, today, same thing. Same blonde girl, no smile, rushed through rolling the ice cream & just smooshed it in the bowl. After my boyfriend stepped away I told her “Fyi, you were the same way you were last time we were here, only I didn’t say anything. But it’s obvious you aren’t happy serving ice cream. You roll the pieces & shove them in the bowl.” I understand she was upset & the only reply she gave me was “thank you for your business”However, just a couple minutes later, she was talking loudly about me to the other employee. She had every right I suppose to vent, but again, horrible customer service. If you don’t like your job, work somewhere else. We will no longer return here. We are looking forward to Sweet Charlie’s opening in Round Rock.

Read the reviews confusedly. People don’t understand this art. Second time getting rolled ice cream. They don’t give samples because it does not take a short amount of time like scooping up a simple scoop of vanilla ice cream for their customers to try. There’s a whole process that my daughter taught me about... Nice young lady at the front explained this to me as well. I observed the making of this rolled ice cream concept. Made me want to try!My daughter had matcha in heaven (they roast your marshmallows!) and I had chilly cheesecake (interesting combo). Delicious!Very nice customer service. Could tell they were a bit understaffed at the moment, but they performed nicely. There are also games at the side like Uno and Jenga... A bit dirty from customers, the only con. I can understand that ice cream is a messy food though. Will be coming back soon.

I felt so comfortable here, great service from the people who worked here tonight very joyful, sweet and understanding of what I wanted.- I really recommend the Coconut dairy-free flavor with chopped strawberry topped with roasted toasted marshmallows and oreo.- Also I did ask for the wi-fi password and completely understandable on why they wouldnt give it to me, with all this technology that they have just to take my, our orders. i just simply used my phones data, whats the problem right?- Waiting time here is a reasonable time to wait, Just look at all those orders!!!10/10 Recommendable! Ill bring my family here next weekendkeep up the good work employees.

Don’t come here. VERY stingy company.1) They don’t give their wifi password out, even after we spent $10+ on milkshakes.2) They don’t let you sample the ice cream, not even 1 flavor. This is not helpful, especially when they have un-typical flavors like green tea and cheesecake.

It should never take 52 minutes to get ice cream. Staff doesn’t seem to care, no management in sight. Ice cream was cool to look at, tasted ok.
