They had a nice selection, especially of smooth landscape rock and rock slabs. Although they did have a pricing sheet, which was nice, I found that a lot of the items I looked at did not have labels so I had no idea what it was and therefore could not look up pricing.As noted by another customer, the office staff members were not wearing masks.

Great prices!... And on top of that excellent customer service! I zero scaped both my front and back yard for a fraction of what it would have costs elsewhere. I highly recommend this be your go-to for your landscaping needs.

Very rude & unprofessional. I am a Landscaping contractor & was calling to get prices and availability of material. I need for a project. Laura answered phone and had the wrist customer service in this field that Ive ever encountered. I made a comment of prices being a little higher then other competitors. Laura then stated that for me to go buy material else where and rudely hung up the phone on me. Wrost customer service ever in this field.Plus Prices are over priced with them as well. Look around compare prices before giving them your business. Laura is very rude. Ms.Laura I will go else where with my business.

Call them up and order what you need and they deliver it to you hassle free and always on time. Joe and his wife are incredibly polite, nice, and very knowledble. Great selection and stock! The very helpful woman at the counter was knowledgeable and took her time to help us late in the day. My daughter and I arrived 45mins. before closing and she spent the last 20min. giving advice and making suggestions.. Lots if places are out of Mexican River Stones (aka: Moon Rocks); They have plenty of stock in sizes from 1/2-1, 1-3, 3-5 and larger! Ahh, if only pretty things came inexpensively... Prices are same as Whittlesey $.42 p/lb, approx. $750 p/ton.

Beautiful property theres a variety of options to choose from the only thing i disliked about this place is the lady in front that sits on the left side with glasses was very rude talked fast kept yelling i could not really understand anything she said like she was rushing me and the other people in there like if she dont want to do her job and help customers then find a new job as for the the young lady she was so sweet and calm helped us with everything great service and help from her if you go here get helped bu the young lady in there on the right side not by the old lady shes very rude and will cut you off as you speak other than that the place is wonderful

Excellent place! From the second you walk on the property everything is organized really nice. Really like how they had a sample of each product they had laid out along the sidewalk, price sheets right there for you to view, etc. ALL the staff were super friendly, pricing was better than other places, they delivered on time, etc. Overall, just very impressed.

This review is long over due! We have been purchasing from Round Rock Landscape supplies for a long time. I can honestly say after all these years - we have had ZERO issues; zero billing issues, zero product issues, zero anything issues related. As a business owner of a small/growing landscape company, we rely on businesses like this to get us in and out.They probably have the best gravel selection in town. Hard to find gravel as well as local. They carry a good selection of pavers. Great pricing on metal edging, weed fabric, and so on.Joe and Laura have always answered our questions, given us pointers, and much more. The yard crew is fast and friendly. Most importantly, they know how to properly load a dump trailer with material. Delivery schedule is on point and usually not far out.This isn’t a bias review - this is our honest experience with RRLS over the last several years. We are looking forward to doing business with RRLS for years to come!

Huge shout out to Sergio at Round Rock Landscape Supply. He delivered our rocks quickly and was very clean about everything. He took his time to make sure we left with very manageable materials. He was great!The staff is all very friendly and knowledgeable and they have a great selection with affordable prices.

I called to order pea gravel and have it delivered. Definitely the best price, but also great service! Had it delivered in a few days, just like I wanted. Everyone I spoke to was kind and courteous. I definitely will use them again when I buy mulch and more stone for the backyard!

I am so happy I chose Round Rock landscape supplies! Their selection is terrific and their stones come from excellent sources in Mexico! I only buy from Mexico as it has been my experience that the quality of goods from food to clothing is far superior to any other country and this is another example of that philosophy. I already told friends about the quality (and prices that beat the competition!) and I will get my supplies from them from now on. Juan Carlos and Laura are friendly and super patient. Ive never landscaped before, and I had A TON of questions. As it turns out, they saved me BIG trouble because I had planned to do some landscaping that would have been in violation of the City of Austin. Now, lets get down to price. I researched and researched, but Round Rock Supplies proved to be the best deal. And once again, they saved me a lot of $$$ by telling me to put granite rock pebble (which is 90% cheaper than the rocks I chose to put on top) under the 2 inch rock. They suggested that even though I didnt ask about it! That saved me about $300 alone. Finally, you will find that they more selection than other supplies.

Love the fact they are local, small business owners. Ive gone here over the years and always find happy looking ppl.! Thats a plus. The selection is different in a good way than the other places. I give it a 2 paws up.

Purchased quite a substantial amount of rocks for my patio there. Asked for more and its been 5 months and still nothing. No update no phone call nothing. I found them elsewhere yesterday and that place said they can be ordered at any time at any amount. Great business strategy!

Out of business

Last Month we ordered garden soil by paying extra money for professional mix, but they delivered very cheap soil and with lot of sand and very less compost. Initially Joe ( owner) assured me we deliver great product, esp for professional mix we add 60% of compost and 40% of soil, but at the end of the delivery he did not add even 20% of the compost, the whole soil is red in color with lot of sand in it. When we called the office to explain the situation, his wife picked up the phone (she always rude and act like did not understand when we say something) and pretended us to call the cop if you come and bring the soil here.Dont go to this place, full of cheating and all..Dear owner, Now you know who Im, this is Ajay Dudipala husband of Swetha kancharla, check the comments from my wife below and let me know if you need any proofs.We are also complained at BBB and case is running, dont mislead people and we wont allow any one gets cheated by you again.

I paint rocks! I like that I can hand pick rocks from the bins and buy by the pound. Nice selection of smooth rocks. Friendly owners.
