Needed a vest urgently for the chapter so paid 2 day on their website. Really happy that it shipped the same day. Not sure about other reviews but Don in the live chat is very helpful and made the ordering process very easy. Happy buyer :)

I ordered a vest several weeks ago and haven’t received it yet. I have tried to contact this company through E-Mail and phone, no luck! They will not respond to voicemails! I don’t know why anyone would run a business like this. All I want too know is if my vest is going to be delivered. Hopefully I didn’t get screwed.

Good business and very polite people. Ordered 2 coats on their website which came in a week. Had to return one for size and had no issues doing that. My only suggestion for you would be to add more size information on women jackets.

We live in Marble falls far from the shop but it is always a treat to shop here. Went last week with my boyfriend who loved one of their jackets but it wasn’t in stock. Matt helped us with the order and it arrived in no time. Also gave 5 percent discount for military. Highly recommend Austin leather!

Did not ship, did not return phone calls. I reached out via email and they promised to write back with updated tracking info. That didn’t happen.Had to request a refund through my credit card company after a month of waiting. Shame on you!

Ordered a vest sometime in August (third week), it is now Sept. 15 and still havent gotten it. It was supposed to be a gift for someone who retired so now she missed her gift. Ive tried calling but no one answers. I emailed, and I got back an email a week later saying sorry for the delay will update with tracking number soon (this was two weeks ago).....but still nothing....I might just have to go in person and demand they give me one there since I already paid for it and everything. *smh* Need to improve your customer service, and especially your online sales if you want to keep your business running.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I ordered a vest on 8/26 and paid $20 for 2 day shipping. 9/1 and still not been sent a tracking number which I was told I would get the 27th. Cant get anyone to reply to my request. I JUST WANT MY ORDER CANCELLED at this point. I will never shop with these people again.

I bought the jacket and it fits like a glove. I do not like online shopping but this worked out!

These folks have all sorts of items. Found a wallet at their shop. Leather is soft and stitch pretty neat. Decent Prices. Happy customer.

Worst place on planet earth to do business with. Customer service is absolutely the worst in the world. Prices are good but not good when you cant get your package and ahold of anyone about a order. Idk businesses like this exist to be honest. They say TEXAS the state where everything is better but I beg to differ by this place of business cause it absolutely is horrible

Tried to visit this place. When I got there, the suite number showing in their address was occupied by a different named company. They were also not open as advertised. This confused me & made me think twice about patronizing this business.

Excellent Customer Service. Drove all the way from san antonio to their shop. Very welcoming people. Matt was very knowledgeable and helped me get in the suit. The suit feels great and fits well. I wish, I found these guys earlier. I own a leather shop in Mississippi. I got a custom vests order from a club who were only willing to order if I could get it to them over a week before Veterans Day.I usually purchase vests from another brand who would only deliver over 4 weeks time period. So I was not sure if I could get the vests for the club in time. Then my wife found this company on YouTube. I was not sure about them first but then decided to give them a call.These guys were surprisingly so quick and nice people. I placed my order over the phone and they also gave me a 3 percent veterans discount.The vests showed up in a week last Friday before Veterans Day. When I showed the club these vests, they went nuts over the quality of these vests and were surprised by the short time it took to get these. I love how these people do business and I would not hesitate at all to do business with these guys in future. You guys rock!
