Brought my Tumi Alpha backpack in for repair. Great quick service.

Dont be fooled by their service claims and the durability of their items. My expensive briefcase strap broke in less than 6 months, could not be repaired, they sent a substandard replacement ( canvas not leather) then would only offer a store credit. The communication with their service dept was inadequate and I will never purchase another TUMI item again. My canvas Coach bag has lasted over 10 years with no problems. TUMI is vastly overrated

Luggage takes a beating and there is no better luggage than TUMI. I have about 2M global seat miles and Tumi has been with me the whole way. I was blown away today by the Customer Service. I brought in two bags for service. One had a broken handle and the other had a broken tag. They replaced both in 30 minutes while I shopped. Incredible Service. This is why i bought them and this is why i will buy them in the future.

Outstanding customer service experience. I brought my ayuno brief case in and James was a pro- he fixed my bag on the spot and even offered a loner bag if he needed to send it out for repair.

Great products and knowledgeable staff. I cant imagine traveling without my rugged, functional Tumi computer bag. Worth the money for a bag that has held up so well.

Today I was in the store to buy the gift of my husband and the lady there, refused to serve me because I was with my puppy dog. I said what? It is the first time that in a store of Domain not allow me entry with my dog. Very dissapointed!Domain is a Pet friendly place! :-/
