I wish I would have read these reviews first. All of the negative reviews are 100% spot on. Horrible customer service and an all around negative experience. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time, and now I will never use them again. I recommend taking your business elsewhere

Id walked in once before to grab some 2x6x16 cedar boards to build a canoe.I went back Monday to order some cedar for a pergola. I didnt see much outside, so I went in and she told me they get deliveries every other day. I ordered $2500 worth of cedar around noon, and she threw in free delivery. It arrived the next day around 5pm. The boards looked nice too.

Bad service they just left stuff bocking driveway fat lazy

Should have read the reviews before ordering from here. It’s been 2 weeks for 3 pieces of wood we ordered and still no wood. No one has explanations and no sense of customer service. Terrible experience. I wish I would have bought from Home Depot instead. Will never EVER use this place again

Never again.ordered material Thursday. Was told it would be here Tuesday. Called multiple times inquiring about the status of my delivery and was told someone would call me back. No one has called back.

I literally had to talk these wads into selling me some IPE decking.A business that sells 12 boards to the public could provide a red flag and a piece of rope or something to tack to the wood. Nope. Scotch tape that flew off inside the first block. ...and you arent getting a red flag anyway since apparently I got the last one.I know its Austin and a monkey can keep a business afloat...maybe these guys should hire one... The service might be better.

I submit to you that some of these comments are from competitors that are not happy. That would explain the wide disparity of how much they are liked by others. You cant keep everyone happy as you know.

I wanted to build patio. I went to the location. Waited for a while and finally some come and took my information.No one came to give and estimate.I again eent on last Wednesday and gave information again and waited for some one to cone and give estimate.No o e shied off. After reading the reviews i chs ex my mind.

If you want to be Ripped Off, purchase decking or lumber from these guys. They only carry the worst grade of materials but qualify themselves as a quality materials supplier.I purchases IPE decking from Austin Wholesale and was shipped mostly scraps and leftovers from their junk pile.When I asked for a refill on my order they refused, they refused to refund any money for their shipment of junk IPE.

Went in and ordered some materials it’s been two days from the promised date of arrival and and I am still waiting can’t make no money:(

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. They had the audacity to charge US a 25% restocking fee for a cancelled order due to THEM not having the material on time, because of delayed shipping on their end.Worthless individuals and company.

ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS INDIVIDUALS running this 3rd rate operation. No customer skills what so ever and if you dont like it, tough noogies as they FLAT DONT GIVE A S&^%!!! When I ask for a certain item that they say the carry over the phone and then show up less than an hour later only to be told they are out of stock, makes one scratch their head and wonder HHHHMMMM???? SOrry, but cannot refer this crackpots to beginners or pros as they are just winging it day by day.

Not a place for do-it-yourselfers. I went in and stood in plain sight for a minute or two. Finally leaving the office someone came out. I asked what size beam I would need for my patio cover and was told we dont do spans. So I guess they expect only the professionals to shop there.

Hard core decking professionals. This is where the Pros go for decking products.
