Weve had a flawless experience with them. We bought 2000 square feet of Bison ipe tiles and shopped pretty intensively around the country to find the best prices. We found US Lumber Brokers, and working with them has been totally smooth - the lumber arrived in beautiful condition, carefully packed, right on schedule. When we needed some more shims shipped out quickly, they arranged that too. Cannot say enough good things about this company - we did pretty big renovations to our house, and were a little burned out on the things that can happen with contractors -- so especially appreciated how completely straightforward and high quality our experience with them has been.

I get most of my specialty and hardwood decking lumber from these guys. Great prices and great staff. And regarding them closing early, yes Ive run into that too, especially during slow season. But I wouldnt drive across town without calling them - theyre not exactly a retail shop, theyre a local specialty lumber supplier.
