Lady that answered the phone was rude when I asked if they could help me find a black hot dipped rope. She didn’t want to even bother trying to help. I would rather pay .20 more a ft than ever do business with this company!

Dont know who stated that my company Hercules Wire Rope & Sling Co., Inc. 12200 North IH 35 Austin, Texas, was permanently closed, but that statement is completely wrong. Hercules Wire Rope in Austin has never closed it doors, I know, I am the owner. Jimmy Guidroz
