Great experience! I’m a college student and usually my parents take care of car maintenance for me but I was at school when I had problems so I had to figure it out myself. Red Carpet Automotive helped me so much! They looked at my car and called and told me what the issues were and gave me an estimate of how much it would cost. They fixed it fast and service was top notch! I will definitely be coming back here if I have any issues in the future!

I had a lot of issues with my car and they went over all the problems gave me a estimate and let me decide what I felt like getting repaired now and what I wanted to wait on... I highly recommend going to Red Carpet for your automotive needs. My breaks were really bad. Grinding, metal on metal bad. Matt at Red Carpet got me right! I haven’t had any problems since picking up my car. It was done in a timely manner which I personally loved. They got me in within a timely manner. It was all around a great experience.P.S: the “guy” standing in the corner with a blue shirt is a mannequin. After about 15 minutes I realized it wasn’t a human.......🤣🤣

I just received repair on a 2006 Honda Accord. I have had both this vehicle and my Ford F-150 truck in for service on other occasions. I am always pleased with the service at Red Carpet. Bob and his staff are always respectful and courteous to their customers. Mark is a great guy who is honest about what a vehicle needs and never gives you a line of bull like some repair shops I have dealt with in the past. Also Bob always follows up with his customers after the service is complete to make sure you are satisfied. I have never had another shop do that and do it consistently. Mark was wonderful was nice and polite and professional since the 1st time I contacted the business I needed several things done they were a 100% accommodating never gave me a hassle and surprisingly even fixed my trim that was falling off that I did not ask them to do I recommend red carpet auto they are awesome!

Under current circumstances I am leery of going to public places due to COVID-19. Red Carpet had what I felt was a safe setup that limited personal contact. That was a great start for me! I needed a new tire. I checked prices online and found that Red Carpet beat the online prices. The service was actually very quick and right on the price quote. I will return for additional service in the future. Ive found a new trusted business partner!

I have a high mileage vehicle that’s more than a decade old and I’ve been taking it to this shop for a few years now, and I’m never disappointed. Although the prices for labor are somewhat higher than other mechanics in the area it’s usually worth it. I can count on red carpet to be knowledgeable, timely and honest when it comes to repairs and parts (can’t say that about other places in the area). It’s always nice to pick my car up from their and not have my dashboard light up like the disco party I drove in with. Thanks guys.

Had a very positive experience with Red Carpet when my cars serpentine belt snapped. I called them at 8:30 am and they said to bring it right in. I was back on the road in a couple hours - with a very reasonable charge. Friendly service. Highly recommended.

Excellent Service and the prices were very reasonable, Staff were professional and courteous. Needed Air Conditioning work and was very satisfied. I will highly recommend them to all my friends and family. Additionally I took advantage of the Fathers Day Special for 79 dollars and had my first oil change scheduled, it was promptly on time and was finished before I could finish my breakfast at the nearby Mcdonalds

Chris helped me he was very helpful and nice throughout the entire experience. They even have like a company car you can use to get around if you have to go to work like I did. Youre just responsible to refuel the car of course. I dont completely understand my bill but that was my mistake for not asking questions and being in a rush. Overall my car works great and I would use their service again if needed

Greatest place to go for auto repair. They explained everything they were doing in detail. They sold me a pair of wiper blades I never heard of decided to give them a try and they work better than the name brand and they were way cheaper ( RAIN EATER WIPER BLADES ) .also the time they promised was beat by an hour. Quick service with a 2yr warranty cant get any better.

I also own an auto repair shop. I constantly check other repair shops reviews to see what kind of reviews they are getting and how I can help improve my business if possible. I know the owner personally, and hes a good man. The reason Im leaving this review is to comment on some reviews where customers question the markup on parts. I can tell you that any reputable repair shop is marking parts up, and in some cases it could be substantially. That is how we make money. Dont expect to go to repair shop and get the part at cost. If it comes to that you are going to pay $200 to $300 per hour in labor, we are going to make the same profit one way or the other. Thats how we pay our bills, thats how we pay our technicians. You wouldnt go to a steakhouse and bring your own steak and ask the chef to cook it, would you? Why would you expect a repair shop to do the same thing? Their overall rating of 4.7 speaks for itself. They do a good job. If you can fix your car yourself, you can save a ton of cash. If you cant fix it yourself, expect to pay somebody else. We open our businesses to make a profit and hopefully we do a good job as well. We dont go into business to break even. I dont know of any business orders that do. And when you find that business thats so much cheaper then the next guy, dont be surprised when he goes out of business 5 years later.

I wasn’t going to write a review, but this place charges through the roof on labor. This place really does have great mechanics and I will vouch for that but $450 for a control arm is crazy. That part is $50 and I’m sure I could’ve taken it elsewhere to get it done for maybe $150-$200. Then they wanted to charge $1300 or $1500 do just do front struts, NOT EVEN THE BACKS. Sure they provide a 2 year 24,000 mile warranty which is nice but come on now. We aren’t made of money. I can get all of my struts done for $250 somewhere else for labor on ALL struts. The full assembly struts and rears shocks just in parts is $420 in parts.

Great service. I had a timing chain give out and they were able to save my motor. My car runs better now than it did when I bought it from the dealership. They used genuine Acura parts, and backed their work with a two year warranty. Everyone that works here is extremely honest, and will show you exactly what is wrong with your vehicle, as well as lay out their plan of action to fix it. I also had a horrendous grinding noise coming from my brakes that they found without me having to mention. They fixed everything for a very reasonable price. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicle. They also gave me a loaner car while my vehicle was being repaired to make the experience as painless as possible.

We had the catalytic converter replaced and a wheel bearing replaced on our Corolla. It was done same day and took exactly how long they said it would. Very professional and they took the time to explain everything that needed done. 10/4/18 we had the clutch and muffler replaced. 2/8/19 We had our front wheelbearing fixed and all of our belts and hoses replaced. We were able to utilize the loaner car and it was all finished the same day. Weve always had a great experience with them and appreciate their professionalism but most of all the quality work they do. We have 234,715 miles on our car and they keep it running relatively problem free at a reasonable price. We dont use any other mechanics because they are worth every penny.

I had my front brakes replaced a couple of months ago and returned to Red Carpet because they were making noise once in a while. I was prepared for the usual run around to avoid fixing my car and of course the brakes were quiet when I got there. To my surprise, The manager was quick to address my issue and corrected it with out any hassle. They even called me a couple days later to make sure everything was okay. The guys there are professional but personable all at the same time. I could tell my satisfaction was important to them. I feel comfortable doing business with them in the future because they have proved not just value in the sale but value in using their service after the sale.

Quality work at a reasonable price! I called to set an appointment and had my van in the next morning. We replaced the front brakes and they checked and advised my on the estimated remaining life of the back brakes. My van was finished exactly when they said it would be. Great service and friendly & knowledgeable staff.

Blew a wheel Bearing on the toll road, 5hrs from home, called Red Carpet, got the vehicle to them, they were very fair on the price, immediately got the vehicle in, and had me back on the road as soon as possible. Given the circumstances, it was the best possible outcome. They knew I was from out of town and in a bad spot, every opportunity to take advantage of the situation; but they absolutely acted with integrity and professionalism. Three weeks ago I had a radiator and control arms put on my truck to the tune of $1,100. Last week I broke a spring and my cradle was cracked on my front end. I took it here and after Mark rattled off all that I needed to fix my truck again, that came to $2,600 according to him. Really?!? A second opinion cost me $1,200 to fix everything that Red Carpet was gonna fix. Ridiculous how they try and scam you. I found out the guy I spoke with Mark was fired from his last job for trying to scam people. Nice try pal, maybe you should stick to scamming older ladies who dont know any better. Place is a joke
