Been in the shop multiple times and the service is always great, the staff is always pleasant and happy to help. Being able to walk in and have the ability to have a conversation with them is great as well. You don’t feel rushed when talking to anyone in there. It’s always great supporting a local business.

I am so happy with the customer service provided! I called in to see what variety of flowers they had (I live out of town and was sending my best friend flowers and balloons for her birthday) I asked for pictures and they went above and beyond to FaceTime me and show me the flower arrangements they currently have as well as show me the colors of balloons. The purchase was so easy over the phone and they delivered same day as promised. They were super awesome and I will continue to purchase my arrangements for family and friends in the area from them!
