The price at register is higher then on the board. On question why-because it’s mall. If I work at apple store and they order new iPhone and at time they picking up I tell them : you have to pay 40% more. How would that look?

Coffee was good, but had to wait a long time...

I ordered a medium size hot cappuccino. When received the item it was almost empty. Two thirds of the cup was plain foam. I kindly asked the girl if she could add a bit of milk because the cup was less than half filled and she rudely replied “that’s how the cappuccino is made, more foam than coffee” . It was the most ridiculous thing I ever heard. SHE DID add milk but I had to witness her rudeness.There was no brown sugar in the counter so I asked another employee if he could handle me some. He didn’t even looked at me and just turned his head pointing me where the sugar packets were.Horrible service !!!! I had to clean the table myself, the trash bins were all full.. disgusting. The whole place needs a supervisor URGENTLY.

The cashier was extremely rude and had no people skills. Talking over the customers and saying what do you want .....??really ??? Wow these managers might want to train their staff on treating customers with the respect they deserve. Really disappointed on this Starbucks

Sometimes, they just ignore you when you just want to ask if your mobile order is ready and sometimes they are attentive. Depends on who is working that day, I guess.

The absolute worst Starbucks location there is. I work at a store in the mall, so I’m all too familiar with their long wait time. I order 10-20 minutes ahead of my break to ensure it’ll be ready by the time I get there. Even so, by the time I show, my order either isn’t ready, or the employees are very rude and unorganized. I understand that serving those waiting in line is a priority, but come on, don’t leave me waiting there for upwards of five minutes. I’ve never seen such utterly awful customer service.Additionally, I was served a certain item wherein the cheese smelled expired, so that was about eight dollars wasted. I don’t care about the money, that’s just revolting. Get your customer service and food quality together. I promise it’s not that hard. Unfortunately whoever runs this place, as well as employees, just aren’t competent enough to do so.

Very standard Starbucks, employees werent the most helpful, its the first Starbucks I ever came across that didnt serve any decaf coffee... outdoor seating was nice though.

This Starbucks was clean, the music kept at a reasonable level, and had plenty of places to sit. There drinks were prepared perfectly and my breakfast sandwich was hot and tasted fresh. My only gripe is that parking was a little difficult once it got busy, but not so bad that I could not find a spot at all. I definitely recommend this Starbucks as one to visit if you want to sit and enjoy your beverage and snacks.

You can never run away from that amazing coffee smell! This location is pretty busy all the time. Its quite tiny and usually very crowded. Other than that, staff is very polite and quick to serve you.

What is going on with starbucks? this location used to be the greatest!, now is the worst, no courtesy at all when you approach to the counter, the quality of the drink are not the same, and they react very rude is you dont like the drink, it was very disappointed. I think people are buying there because dont have another option, Starbucks do something if you want to keep in business.

Standard Starbucks fare. But for such a busy location, they had insufficient staff. The 3 poor souls there did their best, but could not keep up...so there was a stupid long line and housekeeping was behind..yuk.

Kind of muddy burned flavor. Overpriced. Giant corporation that tries to pretend theyre hip. Getting kids hooked on their syrupy sweet concoctions. No Syrian refugee employees yet.

Pleasant. Greeted with a smile. Kept the line moving quickly. Double checked orders.

I really enjoy drinking coffee and by far one of my favorite coffee houses is Starbucks everything they have is outrageously Delicious from their Bliss out drinks to their fancy whipped cream coffees they have good sandwiches salads nice desserts and the staff is usually very attentive if they make a mistake so just throw it out and make you another so if you want really good coffee and something to just have where you can relax and be on your laptop or your Android this is a place to go

Customer service at this location is poor and rude. They often have a wait and do fulfill orders as quickly as possible, though. It would help if employees sitting at the bar would not distract employees working.

Pricey, but service is always awesome. I am not the biggest coffee fan so they are my cup of tea. If you are a big coffee fan this is not the place for you. Its basically cream and sugar.

The coffee and food is what you would expect from any starbucks its just that the lines are usually long and the workers are slow going through customers.

We were helped by Dylan today, Tuesday 12/18/2018 at 8:00 pm. This guy doesn’t even know what customer service is... Talking by cell phone all the time (check cam), we asked for cream and with bad attitude he asked for someone else to serve and right before we got out of the store we asked for water for our 6 years old kid. Guess what? He did the same, even worst, because after almost 15 min, nobody did anything. I don’t recommend this place. That was with store almost empty, I don’t want to imagine when is in rush hours. I will call to corporate office definitely...

Considering this located in a busy mall, right by a movie theater, the service was quick AND the staff very pleasant!The free parking garage always a bonus!

Not the greatest Starbucks youll find. The lines were long and it took me 20 mins from joining the line to getting my drink. One person preparing drinks. No wonder she was miserable and stressed. I would be too. Drinks fine when I got them.

20 minutes for a single coffee of filter !! That is not okay, after several times asking for the coffee the cashier repeating “is ok, is ok” . No is not okay . And this is not the first time .

This is a great Starbucks. I really wanted a panini. I didnt even want coffee or a drink, just the panini. I was worried that this location might not even have them. Guess what. They not only had them, they had precisely the one I wanted! So, I ordered it and they offered to warm it. Of course, I accepted. I walked out of there with a freshly warmed panini. The place was very clean and the employees friendly and helpful. Service was fast.

I love starbucks but today i felt lack of education from cashiers. There was a guy at the register. He complained about a family (spanish speakers) next to him was almost on top of him. Then he finished to pay and the next person in line (arabian) was about to go when he complained again we were on top of him.He kept talking about people. Of course none say something cuz of the language but from starbucks cashiers i would say something instead just follow up with the guy and laugh in front of everyone. I call it out because i cannot accept such a treat like discriminating others.You are in a mall where you can find people from eveywhere, you should have better customer service. At least being fair.Thanks

The service is horrible! I am one of the regular customers at Aventura starbucks, and i m ordering online all the time, my order has never been made correct, once instead of iced green tea i got iced coffee, when i asked to change it the barrista gave me a mean look, she fixed the order, but my tea wasnt sweet, so i politely asked to add one pump of sugar, she got pissed. Starbucks became pricy, but unfortunately it doesnt worth that money.

Reggy Does not know how to treat the customers so my cousin had wait the longest and when he asked him he said look I’m making it and he didn’t do it at least my cousin got his stuff for his family and my uncle said in a nice way why there’s a waiting reggy said f this guy man I hope he gets fired

This is the absolute worst Starbucks. The staff is always unfriendly and often just flat out rude. Its usually pretty busy so the lines are long & they take forever. I tried doing mobile ordering a few times now but thats not much help- the order is never ready in the time-frame given...multiply it by 2. Either they have the drink ready and not the food or vice versa, last time I waited 20 minutes on top of my original time frame once I got there. Today they gave me the wrong sandwich (again.) Theres never an apology let alone even recognition that they messed up, instead they act like I did something wrong by asking for the correct food or something thats missing. Done with this location.

I am surprised this location barely got 3 stars. The people below who seem to be commenting and rating below 3 stars are completely high maintanence or just had a really bad day at Starbucks because I have nothing but good things to say about this place and I go here a million times a day. Mind u, I’m also a complete snob when it comes to Starbucks and coffee in general (being from NY and all) so I don’t know what “dirt” they’re talking about because I’m a germaphobe and it all seems fine to me. If anything the East Young Circle Starbucks is the worst and they have the most annoying employees. The Employees (all of them except for maybe 2 but u can’t blame them cuz they have to serve annoying customers all the time) are always sweet and prompt when it comes to friendliness and order taking. Nothing but sweet things to say about my fave Baristas Sophia, Saied and Spencer.
