Great little market with counter service middle eastern dishes with very reasonable prices. Its run by a mom and pop couple who are very kind and conscientious. A small market host limited middle eastern pantry and refrigerated items. Great for a quick and flavorful bite.
I love this place. Im always greeted like family and Im always served the most delicious middle-eastern food Ive ever tried. Especially their Hummus. It is worth every penny as Ive tried many Hummuses, from restaurants to grocery stores no Hummus can come close to the Hummus offered by this establishment. Every time Im in Miami, I set aside time to visit this place because its simply that good.
I loved this place; the attention was amazing. The food; was excelent. I feel the restaruant is magical.
This restaurant has closed.I will miss the amazing falafel wraps.
Absolutely love this place Im here often great finds, prices, customer service and the food is awesome.
The best Fine Food I must say is very tasteful but extremely impressive. So Healthy and the price is right..Still after 20 yrs in my experience dinning in or taking out..again sooo delicious to perfection, my favorite Jerusalem cuisine.
Food is very fresh and delicious. A bit expensive but really good. The deli is a bit messy and could certainly be more attractive. Will definitely go back.
The service was great and the falafel, while pretty good, isnt the best in the neighborhood, in my opinion. I will almost certainly visit again, though.
Food is delicious!! I eat there every SaturdayAnd everything is allways fresh
Great food. Affordable and delicious. Highly recommended for a casual lunch or early dinner.
A great little market and authentic eatery. Here youll find very authentic flavors and food you know was made with care and that old world touch. Great for lunch or take away.
As always, the Hummus and Tabulee were very fresh and tasty. I got take out.
Homemade lebanese food, great prices. What else do you need?
Its a place to get some Mediterranean bread, spaices, grains and home made food.
I enjoyed the food, delish
Excellent place for falafel Sandwich and other middleastern/ lebanese quick bites
Great food and service.
It all started with cheese. I was really in the mood for Armenian cheese, and they were the closest place I could find to fill my nigella-seed-studded-fromage craving. I promised myself I’d only buy the cheese, “no more food spending sprees for me!” I said to myself. Welp, I failed myself and bought nearly everything I could, and I’m not even mad about it.Their pita is softer than 1,000-thread-count Chinese silk. Their stuffed grapeleaves are fresher than my teenage pizza-faced nephew’s attitude. Their falafel taste like it was flown straight in from the mountains of Ehden. Their kibbeh is my FLAVORITE (yes, I invented that word specifically for their kibbeh. Best in Dade County). Once you start eating the hummus, you can’t stop, in fact, I think I’ve eaten so much my spinal fluid is now at least 20% hummus. Their sbenigh just melts in your mouth. Their tahini is so delicious you could drink it straight like arak—I spilled some on my car seat on the drive home, and now my car smells like a tahini factory, and I’m honestly totally cool with that. And I can say with confidence I haven’t had a better shawarma since my last trip to Detroit—let me tell you, if I have a choice on the last meal of my life, I’m calling them up for their fresh lamb on the pillowy-soft pita with the pickled cabbage and tahini. And don’t even get me started on the tabouli. You’d think it’s hard to make a bad tabouli, but you’re wrong—so many places go overboard on the bulgur—not these guys, that tabouli made me whole again. Oh, and the baklava, how could I forget the savory purity of their baklava? Whoever is cooking that stuff up is certainly making our Byzantine-emperial ancestors proud. You know, there’s a stereotype that Lebanese people are exceptionally generous, and I found that to be true when I got home, opened my bag, and found they threw in a free cup of za’atar, which I’ve been sprinkling on everything from hummus to soup to my mom’s birthday cake. Seriously, it’s really good za’atar.10/10. This place is awesome-sauce.
Best place !
Today, was my 3rd visit to the Jerusalem Market & Deli. Each visit has been memorable. I finally, decided to give the accolades that this family run business truly deserves! The incredible food/hospitality, takes me back to the traditional flavors and generous hospitality of Lebanon. You (almost) forget that youre in the heart of Miami. I highly recommend it ... you wont be disappointed! I look forward to my next visit.
Excellent 👍 fresh Lebanese Israeli food.Very simple, but absolutely fresh and enough choices to make your meal a fantastic trip to Eastern Countries. You eat right in the middle of the Eastern Grocery store, where products are simply Very rare. The owner prepare your plate and I believe his wife Cooks in the back kitchen. You feel just at home. I will come back to this place very soon. VERY affordable price! Try it !PS : HOMEMADE PASTRIES ARE DELICIOUS.THANK YOU.
Best falafel I’ve ever had! Will definitely be back!
Very good food and flavors. keep up the good work. Will definitely ordern again.
It was very good. Good taste. Average portion. The only bad is they dont have the prices clearly in their menu..
There are no words to describe the falafel sandwich at Jerusalem Deli. Have one, and youll start to forget what lunchmeat is. I once heard a Jewish woman exclaim from her dining table at the deli, I just got back from Israel and I didnt have felafel this good once on that entire trip! I was charmed but not surprised by what she said. The food here is humble but superbly executed and always fresh. One CAVEAT: For those of you out there who are always in a hurry, just be forewarned that the pace here is slow, and if you try to rush the proprietor, he MIGHT get testy LOL
My boyfriend ordered the beef shawarma that came with hummus and a salad. This was by far one of the worst food I have ever tasted. The meat was dry and tasteless, the salad wasnt fresh and the hummus was very salty. On top of that, I was charged $3 for a couple of small pitas that should have been included in the outrageous price. Needless to say, I will not be coming back for more horrible food.
Nice small place, family owned and operated. Food was delicious and I tried almost everything.Returned from more times and same pleasant experience every time. Highly recommended for authentic Middle Eastern food.
Fabulous cooked foods for reasonable prices as well as a deli and market that offer a good variety of quality products. Owner very very nice.
The staff is beyond welcoming and friendly. Great mom and pop spot. Food is absolutely delicious.
One word. Delicious! After reading the reviews, I wanted to stop by to try out the dishes to see what Lebanese food Miami can offer. I can say that they dont disappoint. A lady comes in early to prepare all of the food fresh daily and boy can you taste the difference. See below for a before and after pic of the food I ordered. The lamb kebob plate. I look forward to coming here again.
The food is delicious!!!! The people are very friendly and helpful!!! I go once a week to do my weekly middle eastern grocery shopping!!
Such amazing food. Super tender lamb. Everything was delicious. If youre in the mood for something different, give them a shot! You wont be disappointed.
Great Lebanese food! Always fresh and tasty I love their middle Eastern offerings... Great rice great veggies great falafel! The place could use a clean up/remodel so dont expect anything fancy but just great food !
It has to be one of the best value for your money in Israeli food. Definitely will come back and will recommend it to anyone with my eyes closed. I cant believe I wasnt aware of this when I use to work nearby.
Food was good but I wouldn’t describe it as a deli since they don’t slice meat fresh or sell it. It’s pretty much a grocery store with a tiny restaurant inside (which has great food at a reasonable price) but not a deli
I ate at the little cafe. The food was better than average. If you have a craving for middle eastern food this is a good in-and-out eatery, probably best for takeaway.
I wanted this place to be better but lacks quality and freshness. Its by no means a bad place, but there are many good options for middle eastern food around. I will give it another shot :)
Hands down best place to discover Lebanese Cuisine at its best. Simple however, extremely tasteful food. Market place with extraordinary products imported directly from the Middle East. Must visit place!
Little bit pricey, they use the microwave a bit too much, and customer service isnt their strong suit (but they are nice people). Was disappointed with the shawarma when it turned out to be reheated gyro mystery meat rather than stacked beef/lamb. Ive been coming here since 2009 because I know what to expect and I enjoy the coffee. Some attention to detail would really bring this place up. If I was rating the restaurant this place would be a 3 Star establishment. The presence of sometimes hard-to-find middle eastern grocery items brings overall rating up to a 4.
Love food and service so homey and authentic
I love this place ! The food is always fresh and delicious. If you like middle eastern food you’ll love this place. Definitely a hidden gem in North Miami.
Healthy and delicious food. Highly recommended.
Very delicious food. Some many delicious options that I cant decide, so I always have too much! They have some tables if you want to eat in and, of course, the deli option to take out. My favorites are babaganuge, tabule and kafta.
Came to order something for uber, guy first said someone already order it then i told him that was paying for it and he told me the kitchen was close. Felt discriminated,
Small and very simple place, however the falafel I ate there was delicious.
Me and my husband were looking for Arabic breakfast close to our hotel and we found this place as the closest one to us and I’m glad we came the falafel sandwiches were amazing!
Amazing food to go, I’m a vegetarian and love the rice with lentils, the cauliflowers and the spinach patties. Fresh and authentic middle eastern flavors💕
Best hummus in Miami. Wow it was really authentic and tasty!!!Also gave large variety of vegetarian middle eastern dishes .Will be back soon
Excellent shawarma🥰
The food was delicious, original flavor, friendly attention, enough parking spaces 👌🏻
If youre looking for Mediterranean food this is THE place to visitGreat hospitality and delicious food.
I am not Jewish but I 💕 Kosher food. Anytime. Any day
Been coming for years, great service, great food!
Delicious food, awesome products, the sweets are fantastic and the owners make us feel so welcome every time. Super recommended.
Love everything they sell! Mmmm! Food is incredibly!
Me and my dad were in there like 30 min ago just opened the food and it taste delicious even though it came in a foam box. One of the best things to get while in Miami great food.
Food is super good here.
Love this place!! Food is amazing!
Best Pistachio Baklava in town. Mediterranean plate was great.
Best Falafel in town, Shawarma is also always delicious, all fresh cooked ingredients. Feels like mama cooking for you.
The food is ok and I ate in many Lebanese restaurants but the worse thing is the owner very rude Portions are not big compared to other places overhaul I’m not coming back
Loved it. Great food. Great prices.
Nothing fancy, but if your in the area, this joint is exquisite and satisfying. BTW, if you really like the menu, ask the staff for the ingredients because chances are he has them there for you to folly at home! 😜 good eatn!
I was visiting Miami and came across this place while looking for lunch. What a pleasant surprise. I grew up on Lebanese cuisine and generally I dont eat away from my own cooking but this place rocks! Tried a combo of broad beans w cilantro, grape leaf meshe, tabouleh and my wife had the shawarma and rice and meat hashwi. Finished up with some awesome Namurra a delicious sweet made from semolina and orange w almond essence. Nice people authentic food at a great price.
Very good food! And excellent customer service
I come here at least once a week, its the best place in North Miami Beach. Shwarma or chicken platter with hummus, tabbouli salad, and hot pita bread for $10.. amazing deal and DELICIOUS!
Good service with good food.
Very nice clean restaurant. Just wish they would have the artichoke hearts in the Frozen packages like they used to instead of the bottoms.
For years -maybe decades- theve been providing the best middle eastern home cooking in northern Miami. They also have a decent supply ofmiddle eastern products.
Excellent restaurant, If you like lebanese food like in a lebanon home
I have been coming to this place for the last 20 years, the owner is always there, consistently great traditional homemade food
The owner is very races and always over charges my and over charges my friends also hi lose the control right a way hi try to drop something on my his wife handle his Gada hi has very poor manners very races no recommended to any one....
Good food but, they should be a little bit more open to serve the old customers too reduced when serve the meats
Good service, nice and cheap food
It was fast for the good food they serve
Authentic Lebanese taste and recjpes!
Authentic Lebanese food. Home made no short cuts. best Lebanese food in town.
Excellent falafel and Lebanese treats in a very casual eat in/to go setting
Poor market bad customer care
Great place, delicious food, always A place to keep coming...
Best hummus and Baba ghanoush in miami, my friend really likes the chicken kabob.
WARNING!! this review regards to people who keep KOSHER. This restaurant does not have a certificate of kashrut. They do not have a rabbi ( mashgiach) watching their ovens or any proof it is kosher.... I strongly recommend this place to get a certificate of kashrut so all people who keep kosher can come and experience the food (which did look delicious) if this place gets the certificate of kashrut this will definitely be the first place that comes to my mind to try out. But really be careful not to eat here if you do keep kosher.
VeryWelcoming staff. Food is deliscious.
The best
Love their Babaganoush and Hummus
Great food and attention to the customer
Very good food and catering available
Shawarma was tasty, but small. Guy behind the counter was kinda clueless...
Best Lebenese food in Miami or much elsewhere in the states!!!
Excellent Lebanese. Lack of variety
Always fresh. Always delicious.
The. Best. Food you. Ever. Eating
