Worst service there, everybody is slow and I am a client that buys everyday at that location .This time I was only going to buy a pre workout and the lady told me it was going to take a while because she was with a client And her other associate busy with a question.... I offer to leave the cash and she wouldn’t take it...last time I will go there

The customer service is the worse. The attitude is unnessecary and the simple mistake on my part was a result of the laziness displayed by just standing around I the front instead of making sure all merchandise is in the correct place. Mind you my face is known at this location since I work in the mall. I try not to even go in there because of the lack of good customer service. The employees name is Andy by the way.

Terrible experience! Very bad customer service ! I’ve been a loyal customer and they were not able to help me to return a protein that I didn’t like bc I passed 30 days ! I didn’t even want my money back I just want an exchange ! Very upsetting

Excellent bilingual attention. They advise you. Good assortment Promotions throughout the store.

Although I found what I was looking for, I did not like the fact of having to pay a membership to access the discounts they advertise since in the end I paid for the products at the normal price but the seller tried to wrap me up to convince me that I was carrying good prices.

I buy some things. But very little discount, that membership does not work, they must change that method
