This amazing crispy rice tortilla serves with crab and calamari has an explosion of flavors from the Asian kitchen. Its mango salad and guacamole combine all the ingredients making you watering your mouth with seeing it. I loved it 100%

I’m kind of sad this place wasn’t great since I always had good experiences at Poké places. The overall ordering was really tough since the entire food court was really loud but I won’t blame them for that. What I will blame them for was super mushy white rice (and too much of it) greens that were a bit gritty like they were not cleaned properly, and charging extra for cream cheese??? Their cleanliness wasn’t that great either because a bug flew onto my plate as they were making it and one of my Utensils were dropped on the clearly dirty counter then shoved back into my bag. I was really saddened by this visit but it at least explains why it is always empty when I pass by it.

This place is alright. I went on a Saturday and the line went by quickly. The people were nice and friendly. The food is not that good and is very overpriced. It was 20 dollars for a bowl which in my opinion is a complete rip off. I asked for a regular and they still charged me extra. I ordered a MO’I bowl which wasn’t bad but not the greatest. Overall I wouldn’t go there again and wouldn’t spend that much money on a bowl.

I come to this place often because I love the food, however customer service is not good. They didn’t ask me if I wanted the miso soup (which I know it’s included), they didn’t ask me if I wanted the small or the large bowl (I always get the small) and they randomly gave me the large, and when I was going to pay I asked the food to be put as take out, and they didn’t have lids. It’s ok if they run out of lids, the problem is that the girl was rude and didn’t find a solution for me, she just said “this place is full, i don’t have lids” I had to asked for the manager, and find a solution with her (she was nice) they should have said before I order that they are not taking take out orders.

Exquisite food and amazing selection! They even make tacos which isn’t on the menu. Fresh coconuts and awesome variety of drinks ☺️

I honestly feel bad because Im not one to write l negative reviews but Ive been to poke 305 in the mall multiple times and Im usually pretty satisfied and am okay spending 18-19$ on a poke bowl. However, I went to the mall late tonight to grab a bite to eat before heading home unfortunately most of the other restaurants in the food court were closed. Poke 305 seem to be the only restaurant open past 9 PM which was nice, but the service was not. The young boy making my bowl Didnt even acknowledge me and didnt ask what I wanted. He picked up a bowl stared at me with a blank expression. I told him I wanted a build your own poke bowl and he stood there with a bowl in his hands and rolled his eyes at me. I usually dont get frustrated because I do as well work in the service industry and understand things can be rough sometimes. But never have I been treated with utter disrespect while ordering at a make ur own restaurant. Instead of explaining to me the options he pointed at the large menu board and rudely said tell me what you want then. I didnt know the name of one of the greens I wanted it on my bowl and again instead of just telling me the name he resorted to pointing at the name and rolling his eyes. The experience was quite a disaster and I will not be coming back to say the least.

Absolutely terrible service, they move so slow you could be waiting for 20+ minutes just for someone to walk up and cut you in line. The food is overpriced, not quality on certain days; the lack of good, competent service is a shame as they offer an array of items with no one to put them together in a timely manner. As a mall employee I have made a habit of going on my lunch break, but after waiting for 25 minutes and having someone cut me in line I will not be coming back.

Poke bowl had a lot of options to choose from, everything was good except the quinoa, which was clumpy. The best part was the pb fruity açaí bowl, one of the better açaí bowls I’ve had in a while!! I was also able to support a women owned business on international women’s day!

Ignored, skipped, and all I wanted was to purchase a water. Some of us don’t have the luxury of waiting for two people to acknowledge me for an easy purchase when when we’re press for time. Thanks for the experience.

Quinoa was dry but everything else was fresh. However they didn’t ask if I wanted any toppings on my poke bowl like they did with everyone else. But recommend if you’re looking for a quick and healthy meal. 👍

Immediately fell in love with this place! Felipe, Juan D. and Helene were awesome!! I was impressed by how fresh and clean the place was, along with how they never reused tools for different guests proteins! I was left satisfied and more than happy! This is as authentic Hawaiian style poke gets here in miami 💗 the complimentary miso soup was the cherry on top of the poke bowl cake.

Menu is confusing as there are too many ingredients under each of their signature selection.I asked for their best Poke and got something that lacked in taste and tuna quantity. WAY TOO MUCH rice for the size of the bowl.The staff was also cold, suggesting we give 20% by pointing at it on the machine, and not helpful when asking questions about the menu.Giving 4 stars because it overall did taste like a pokebowl, a miso soup was included in the price ans they were giving out free samples.

I learned about this place through door dash because another Poké Restaurant kept messing up my order so I wanted to try something new and so far they haven’t failed they read the description in the online orders and in person also it’s really good service.

Don’t eat here . The food is so disgusting and not fresh Poke . I got sick an hour later . The miso soup was weird and the kelp was burnt . Rude staff also that expects tips and gives bs subpar service . Don’t recommend this place !

Average food. Terrible customer support.They wanted to refuse to redo my wife’s poke bowl. It was drenched in tamari to the point the salmon turned brown.Employees need customer service training.Lost two customers for life over one bowl.Incident happened 10/9/2020 around 3:15 pm.

The guy that made my dish was super helpful so kudos for his service. The food however not so much. Also tried one of their special coconut and mint lemonades and they were just way too sweet. Poke and lemonade for myself exceeded $26 and really did not get the quality I was expecting. I personally do not see myself going to Poke 305 again.

Oh lord I was not expecting the fenomenal flavors from which every bit of my tray was about to deliver onto my taste buds, 101% recommend to anyone who is a fan of sushi or any sea food with an ounce of healthy sense. Service and hospitality was great and the environment was peaceful.

Food taste good. Service was REALLY slow. The girl that prepped my signature bowl is new and should not be serving people yet. Not ready! She didnt know her food (what is dikon), she didnt know the location of the food types. Even though I asked for a signature bowl she started asking me what I wanted on my bowl. Finally even though she followed a recipe, she forgot 2 items and the soup that came with it.

I had one of the bowls with raw tuna and ended up getting really sick, me and my friend did. $14 for a bowl just to get sick.. NO THANKS. I’m not sure if it’s being cleaned right, but please do something about this cause it’s not safe.

The fish was rotten, me and my wife got sick after eating there. Attention mediocre, and they don’t give you water if you want just water you must buy a bottle.

Very good! A place where you can make your own salad, you pay the size and from there you can add all the ingredients you want for free, except 4 that are paid separately. They have a lot of variety of ingredients that you can choose, many vegetables, different fish such as salmon and tuna among others, fruits, sauces and crunchy. The truth very complete and, as I said, super varied, excellent to play a little with the palate and liven up every day to a new taste. It should be noted that everything is super cool. I think if I had to mark something negative would be that for me taste is a little expensive, but the rest everything perfect.
