Been twice. First time was great. Quickly fixed my phone. The second time, toilet many days and I had to call to check on the status. They were unable to fix my phone, but i had to follow up to find out.

The service was totally substandard. Verizon sent me in on 9/10/21 with a warranty claim on the camera (Iphone 11). They said they had to order the part and would call me once in, diagnostic receipt says they will follow up by 9/13/21. Never called so I went into the store on 10/24/21 only to be told they dont have a record nor have they ordered the part. Said I need to go back to Verizon to open a claim, even though I had the Verizon claim form and the ubreakifix receipt of work to be performed. Complete waste of time and very disappointed.

They replaced my phone screen for my Samsubg Galaxy Note 20 Ultra via Google claim without any discrepancies and replaced the back for only $60.00! It didnt even take 2 hours until fully replaced, and the replacement appears flawless. Would highly recommend for fixing or replacing any phone! Top quality and great customer assistant.

Great customer service and repair was fast even though they had to special order the screen. Rear camera was damaged in repair as well and I was informed of this when they called to tell me the screen was fixed. They are taking care of it, too. Such integrity is hard to find as a consumer and I appreciate it! I need the data from this phone for an upcoming court case as there are recorded conversations saved on it. I really appreciate the service and will highly recommend this store to everyone I know!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! Sent there by Verizon to have phone fixed, was told screen needed replaced and would take 2 hours. Came back in 2 hours and phone was cleaned and screen was NOT replaced. When questioned, they got nasty and said they could replace screen but I would have to wait another 2 hours and store closed in 1 hour. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE !!!!!

I dropped off my Xbox on Monday May 17 2021 an I haven’t received any updates or anything about my product I went in there today too ask an basically got told the same thing that I got told on Monday felt like too just dismiss me but I have received 0 updates about my product an have been waiting patiently then got told it’s the motherboard but there’s no sign of it being taken apart for a check on anything so horrible service an won’t be returning

Told them what was broken EXACTLY on my xbox. They debated it. Said they would replace the part any way bc I asked. But yet when I got the xbox back the ports were still loose and the whole xbox was FULL OF DUST. ... Thats how I know I was charged over a 100.00 for nothing!

Very helpful if you call. Very quick Samsung warranty work. If theres anything wrong with your phone this is the place to take it to get fixed. Forgot my face mask on both occasions dropping my phone off and picking it up, and was still helped no questions asked. Awesome workers there! Will be back if I ever need something fixed right!
