In one week I been to the T-Mobile store three times and was told a different story about me being able to upgrade my phone. It started out no coast out of pocket. but because I couldn’t remember my iCloud password I had to come back the next day. The next day I had to pay 350.59 but never told me my bank refused the payment. (Not the first time my bank flagged t-mobile as an fraud). Called 611 and was on hold for 5 hours when I was told wait time was 2 minutes. I called 2 days in a roll and all this time my bank is flagging this company. I go to the store today and I was told I had to pay out of pocket $289.75 for the phone I’m using now and 790. For the iPhone 12pro max. I never walked out of someplace mad as I did today

Sales representative and manager are great however it took me almost 3 hrs and I still left without phones. The way tmobile runs credit and puts a phone order throw there system is so out of date. There is no reason I was there waiting for 3 hrs.

Not a good experience... tried to buy 4 iphones. Kept me in the store for almost two hours working through issues I didnt even get the phones they where backorder and had to be sent to my house. Easier to go to a corporate store... they can address issues directly like Pins and activation. Spent almost 6 hours trying to get phones activated. Frustrating experience.

Great service. I went to this store twice. The first time was just to inquire about the plans and sure enough i went back to activate a new line.Kassi is very professional and pleasant to deal with. All in all, I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this store.

I was in the other day to pay my bill and overheard the MANAGER of all people telling another customer she wouldn’t service her ... OVER AND OVER AND OVER! There was some discrepancy about what the lady was told on the phone and what the manager said she could do... which I get it happens.... but the manager was so rude and condescending and the customer wasn’t being rude at all. I’ll just go to Westlake from now on. I don’t want to risk being on the receiving end of her wrath.

I love T-Mobile, which is why I thought coming to this store for a new phone was a good idea. However, this was the worst experience I have ever had in a store. The staff was so unprofessional and rude. After waiting for two hours while the employees “messed up” time and again, I left with a phone but I did not leave happy. They never apologized for their mistakes which kept me there for so long, and only seemed to care about me buying accessories so they could fill their quota. I was very patient with the employees but I could not believe the way they were treating me and my family. I will never be back to this store.

Personnel must have changed because I found Patrick and Rick to be extremely knowledgeable about their products and services. They were both very helpful and accommodating in my search for a new phone. Highly recommend them and their store!

I went to store on Sunday to buy a package to use in Europe, I asked the best plan for 3 weeks, and both the consultants have zero knowledge of what we asked for but they wanted to sell something! So they pretended like they were offering the best prepaid plan for 75$ for one month. We were hesitating to buy but that guy asked why we were hesitating to pay that amount which is after-all for him and he can pay that on behalf of us if we cant afford(sarcastically).Of course we hated how he was trying to sell but he said we can call customer service anytime. Today I happened to know that plan does not work for me in Europe. I called the store to see if they can refund or help move to other plan which works. They gave the worst response ever. The best suggestion they can give us is to buy other plan if we want.

I took advantage! of a BOGO promotion and picked up two phones. During the transaction, store employee told me that I would see $30 equipment charges on both phones but the system will adjust it later on. Here I check my bills after a few months and just found out the promotion was not applicable unless I switched to a different plan. Customer service doesn’t give back credit or adjust the issue. Basically, store lies and tells you not to worry about charges a few months until the time you are told “it’s too late” by customer service. Not trusting this store - I should not be checking on information that is given by employees wearing T-mobile badges.UPDATE: I walked into talk with the manager based on the response from the store. I was told to wait for a week for their corporate level staff to decide. I willl be sure to update reviews to reflect how the issue is handled.

I went in asking for a phone case and cover for S6 and the employee looked at me with a nasty look if I was to poor in her store that I should get out. I asked when is a good sale and she never even gave a great advice and judged me like I was a horse inside a store.
