I have food stamps, and this is the best place I can spend them! Super fresh, and they got it out to me in less than 3 minutes. If youre not hip to the get go cafe, get hip. Trust me.

Do better did you forget your a gas station. The worst location and seems to never be open but advertised as 24 hours.

It was like being home again after moving away from Cleveland. As always, Getgo charged nothing for my coffee. They take care of the veterans back there. Unfortunately, being a veteran had no influence over gas prices on a holiday weekend. 😉

Not actually open 24 hours. Closes at 10pm and staff was REALLY rude about it.

The air pump here has been screwed up since at least November 2020. You would think the most expensive gas station in town could afford to have that repaired.

Wow I am actually surprised I could be impressed by a has station. This place is very clean and appealing to the eye. Good job!

I just left here and I waited 50 minutes for my food. All of which is soggy now. The lady put all my food in with another order and thankfully there are some good people in the world because he asked if some of this was ours so then we sorted out the food. I go in the car to make sure I have all my food and this lady put chicken in my rice and bean burrito when this burrito is for a vegetarian. I waited 50 minutes for a 15 dollar order. This is absolutely ridiculous. I worked in the food industry for years and it never took 50 minutes to make a 15 dollar order. Horrible service. Just plain horrible. And then when we were sorting it out in the main space the cashier was right next to us and provided not a single ounce of help. Eating food and she messed up every single thing in it and food is horribly soggy

I just bought a salad and went back to work to eat my lunch and it was frozen solid.Im so dissapointed

The floors were slick like someone had mopped behind where all the grease is where they cook and then went into the bathroom and used the mop to mop the floor and it was very slick with my shoes and then the toilet paper wasnt started so I almost had to have someone give me some from another stall was not a good visit to this store

The lady making food today ( on 11/10 at 12:20 pm order #1123) is rude and lacks basic customer service skills. I can’t hear well right now. I thought she said #1129 so I continued to wait. After 5 min she called #1123 and when i picked up my order she scolded me for not picking it up the first time she called my number. I walked away rather than make a scene but that was not cool. If you work with the public you should be trained on basic soft skills I would think.

Over reacting to covid-19 full self checkout. Employees stand around and watch you do their job.

Was SO happy this was open and they have the selection of food that they do. That they are located so close to the hospital was a life saver tonight as of course, by the time everything was said and done and hubby was admitted, he was super hangry and there was no real meals available so late in hospital. Recieved everything we ordered, there is a huge selection and they have some of essentially everything. The people were super nice, and yeah its not 5 star food but was a blessing for us tonight!

Their food is great! So many options to choose from! They can be busy and take a while sometimes but most of the time the service is fast! Recommend trying it!

Vanessa the cashier sucks at her job. Charged me for an extra fountain drink (because the one I had was included in meal deal) and charged me for 2 breakfast sandwiches instead of the single one I got. Wish I would have realized it while I was still in the store.

Claimed that they didnt make drinks after a certain hour of night - Then was told by another worker that they did. Always out of food. Slow service. Unexceptional experience every time.

Tap to pay with Google Pay, Samsung Pay, or Apple Pay does not work at the pump even though it says it does and has a tap area.

Air pump always broke, food orders always wrong. I’d rather pay for air and have it work than drove around aimlessly all the time trying to put air in my tires

Dont get a burrito unless your okay with it being smashed on the griddle so it turns into quesadilla. This isnt no burrito.

Very slow and FILTHY place. Go to the one on 83. Much better, faster and happier people. This place must be for the screw ups.

Always hit or miss on service. I go in the middle of the night and will try to use the self checkout so I don’t have to interrupt the employees but most of the time they aren’t working correctly and then I’ll have to wait for someone to come out from the back or wait for them to finish making food orders. Also the coffee selection is usually only one variety between 3-5am

Ive ordered food here a few times now..all terrible! Order not correct and missing items...plus this is the 2nd time I e ordered the jalapeno cheese pretzel. And guess what...NO JALAPENOS AT ALL IN EITHER!! NOT 1!!

Takes online orders when the kitchen is closed. Refuses to give refund. Told to come back when the manager is available to give you a refund. After multiple returns and waiting for almost an hour finally got my $6 back

Stopped for gas and to add air to my tire. The air pump did not have an air house and it had graffiti all over it. Not impressed. Decided to get gas at another station.

I was working late and was getting hangry so, I opened the Getgo app and ordered some food. I finished my shift, drove to the store only to walk to the doors and found them locked at 11:25. Signs posted that they are opened 24 hours a day. I got back in my car and drove home very hangry and disappointed. Even Google has them opened 24 hours.
