I needed to get my windshield replaced, and my insurance company directed me to Reliable Glass. My replacement was 100% covered with no out of pocket cost. The front desk lady answered my call and was nice. They scheduled to come to my house for the replacement, and sent me a text the night before to confirm the time. The guy who showed up was on time and overall pretty nice. He did a good job and didnt damage my car. It took like an hour start to finish. Overall, pretty solid from start to finish.

After having a not so great experience at a previous windshield repair shop in town, Reliable glass changed the whole experience for me. The customer service representative on the phone was very courteous and helped me find the best price and made me an appointment the next day! Juan replaced my windshield and explained everything very thoroughly and answered all the questions I had. They offer 1 year chip repair and have warranty for their service. I definitely recommend this company if you’re in need of your windshield needs. You definitely will not be disappointed.

I would definitely recommend Reliable glass. I had to replace the windshields on 2 of my vehicles. Katie was very professional and was helpful in coordinating with my insurance. She was able to work around my schedule to get everything done in a timely manner. I had to drop my car off at one of the service locations due to the safety features needing to be recalibrated after the install. Joey was courteous and everything was completed in less than an hour. The entire process was seamless and convenient! Overall exceptional service!

I have lived in my house for 20 years with no glass breakage, within the last two months I have had 2 windows broken. I am now on a first name basis with Raul and John! En route to visiting the Phoenix/Chandler, Arizona area from out of state, I got a severe chip in my windshield from a diesel truck. I went to a national chain to have them fix it but they said they no longer do such repairs. Disappointed, I saw in their parking lot and googled Windshield Chip Repair and Reliable Auto Glass appeared. The woman I spoke to was so professional and nice I felt safe and comfortable with the appointment she made. When I arrived, the front desk staff was so nice and professional and she did everything fast wasting none of my time. The gentleman who fixed the chip in my windshield, was also professional and very hospitable. I waited in the employee break room and every time an employee entered to grab a soda or water they offered me one too, or they offered to turn the AC on, or turn it up, but I was already pretty comfortable. The repair was done in about 15 minutes which is what the repairman promised. They worked with my insurance and were asking me about where I was from, and congratulated me for my nephews graduation from the local university which was the purpose of my trip. I highly recommend this shop for their service, professionalism, and quality repair!!!!!

Billie was wonderful from the first phone call. She was thorough in the scheduling and went above and beyond to fit my appointment in their tight schedule. John went above and beyond during installation. He arrived early and called me to make sure it was ok to start the job. One of my screws was stripped and it gave John a hard time and almost cancelled the job but he kept at it and finally got it out and was able to complete a job well done.All in all a great experience.Highly recommend.

The technician arrived earlier than the planned time but was willing to come back later. However, I said it was fine to start early. He did a quick and expert installation, and he was professional and cordial. Im quite satisfied with the windshield and service.

One of the windows in my spare bedroom was broken while the painter was power washing the building. Your company installed a new window. Your company was very busy, but still made the time for someone to come and replace a broken window. Company employee who replaced the window arrived early, was very professional and respectful. He let me know when he completed the job and asked if I had any questions. He also told me to wait about 3 days to clean the window to make sure the window was completely set. Your company was wonderful and I would definitely call you again if ever needed.

Kyle was great. On time, worked quickly, even let us watch. He said he’s been doing windshields for 16 years and replaces 8 a day. Wow. Great job!

Reliable Glass is great and I am a 3x repeat customer. My insurance company originally recommended them to me last year for a rock chip, and they dispatched someone to my work to fix it so I didn’t have to take the day or time off. I got another chip later in the year and called them again and they came to my house this time and had it repaired within minutes. Each time the technicians were so friendly and efficient. I recently had something hit my windshield on the freeway and needed the entire windshield replaced this time. My windshield was on back order/national shortage and Reliable Glass was great with communicating the timelines and expectation. They worked to get my insurance to improve an OEM windshield from the dealer, and got me in sooner than expected. They respect your property, clean up after themselves, are super friendly, and just wonderful. All of the technicians I’ve met have been great, as well as all of the ladies I’ve spoken to over the phone. I recommend everyone I know to use Reliable Glass :-)

Used Reliable Glass to replace a window. They were awesome and the installer was on time. They called to make sure everything was OK. About a year later, the bead came off. They came out and replaced it under warranty. No questions or problems. Once again, they called to follow up.

Very quick and clean install, also did the lane camera alignment. I was hoping for a little bit more warning on the time that they would be there he called from the driveway. Needed to call the shop to find out timing and she was very helpful and friendly highly recommend this company for windshield install.
