Ennis was great to work with, pretty easy process from start to finish(getting the car)The problems that emerged were that my car blew a head gasket, and I had one hell of a day sitting in the car(100degrees) outside waiting to be towed.(not their fault though)They then set me up in a different car which I’m still not entirely satisfied with, but it goes places I guess. For anyone considering purchasing a car from here, definitely talk to ennis he’s great, and also consider the cost, with no credit it can be pricy with working a minimum wage job, and they’re call center is ruthless 😂.

John hickey sold me 13 sentra on 8-20-2021. and swore up and down this car was better then all the other ones, and that his (reconditioning team)in Glendale at drive now has fully inspected the car and everything checked out great. i did take it for a short spin, and didnt notice anything out of the ordinary, so i purchased it. sat morning at approx. 9am i noticed right clinking on brakes drivers front. got home took it to brakes plus. THEY DISCOVERED A BOLT WAS MISSING FROM DRIVERS FRONT CALIPER. along with 10% rear brakes on pads. no turns left on rotors. and 2 severe leaking struts. ohh and engine light on. bad throttle body. LEMON MIGHT WE SAY?? that bolt missing on a caliper and 10% pad life could have been deadly. yet when i brought it to this companys attention. i asked to swap to another more reliable car. but they refused. 2nd i received an email from john hickey stating this is comical for you to think you were in danger due to a missing caliper bolt. YET THE RECONDITION TEAM ON WEDNESDAY PUT NEW SPRINGS AND STRUTS IN FRONT, AND REPLACED REAR ROTORS AND PADS. BUT WOULD NOT PROVIDE ME ANY DOCUMENTATION OR RECEITS OR REFUED TO SHOW ME THEY DID THE WORK. SHADY??? and also lied to say for extra $90 i have insurance. come to find out. that $90 so called insurance paper was not valid if i was pulled over by police. I NEVER RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. AND ACCORDING TO AG OF AZ THIS FALLS UNDER LEMON LAW IF ANY MAJOR AUTO COMPONENTS BREAKS WITHIN 15 DAYSDONT BUY FROM CACTUS JACKS OR ACTION AUTO OR DRIVE NOW. Went here after purchasing a lemon from a different dealership. Carlos and Jose were very professional and honest about the whole process. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to check them out. They have in-house financing and report to your credit bureau so its a great way to help build your credit as well. Another great perk is that they offer a 1 year, 12,000 mile warranty with each vehicle and you have the option of purchasing and extended 3 year warranty as well, which we did! I had a decent experience at this location with Enis, and did end up purchasing a vehicle from here. My bad experience was at the sister lot called Drive Now on 43rd Avenue and Glendale. I texted back and forth with a particular salesman, (Ruben Madina)he was not very diligent about responding to me. But what really upset me was just trying to get a simple yes or no answer. He had assured me that the vehicles I was interested in were at this location, I told him what time I would be there the following day. I even texted him to let him know I was on my way, he never responded. Once I got to the lot I find out hes not at that location, and neither are any of the cars I had expressed interest in! I tried calling him and when I got ahold of someone else they werent listening to me and kept trying to get me to come to another location. I finally got upset, told them I just wanted a simple yes or no answer! They had wasted my time and had me drive to a location that didnt have what I was looking for, and I was never told until I was at the lot that Mr. Madina didnt work at that lot! Their system for how they search for inventory is ridiculous, and if Mr. Madina is a representative of your co. to try to get customers on the lot you are going to have alot of upset and dissatisfied customers before they even actually become a customer! I would definitely NOT recommend this dealership.

I am really happy with this place i got approved for a certain amount and a car that i liked was a little over than the amount i got approved. Tony helped me out and worked with me so i could get the car that i really liked. 3 free oils changes and a warranty for a year or 15,000 miles.

Well Im out of over $2000 which I put down on the car 2 months ago...no car. Ive contacted the BBB regarding this matter as well as the shop that supposedly worked on the car, Llantera Munoz. I do not want another car from them nor do I want the Cadillac back at this point, Ive been urged to go to small claims court with people backing me up. My friend is talking to her attorney regarding this whole matter. Its not ok to take advantage of people. I will be writing a letter to the media as well.
