I have a 2014 Kia Optima Turbo and my Servive Advisor is Dov Goldman. He has been awesome. I have always been treated very well and have not been gouged like other places. Their maintenance is exceptional and they continuously provide quality service.
I’ve always had great interactions at Rodeo Kia, and most recently I ran into a few issues with my car and needed a bit of work done. Dov, my service advisor, was so kind and really took his time with me; listening to what was going on, and going above and beyond to help figure it out. Martin was the tech that performed the work on my car and ultimately figured out the issue - he was the best!! I really want to specifically point out Dov and Martin and how wonderful they were.I also interacted with Ashley and Dylan during my several service appointments and both were great and helpful as well.
It’s always a pleasure dealing with Rodio Kia. I had my vehicle in for servicing and some repairs. It was done in a timely manner. My service attendant Jonathan is the best.
Had a 8:15 appointment for a simple recall. Called at 1PM got attitude from someone to check on the status of my vehicle. Was told they would of called you if it was done.. got sent to my service advisers voicemail. Decided to stop by and check the status in person. They havent even started. Long story short appointment dont matter even though I waited a week for it and if you say you are dropping it off then dont expect your appointment to be honored.
Johnathon is a great salesman and overall dope human! Very kind, down to earth, and easy to talk to! I would highly recommend him to my friend’s, family member’s, or anyone reading this review. Only thing is, I was promised a call to schedule my tint within a week, it’s been a little over that and none of that has happened. This review is solely based on the wonderful customer service that Johnathon provided.
I take my car to Rodeo Kia for all of its needs. The service department is always willing to assist in any way. I get my car in and they keep me updated on status. Very clean facility and waiting area!
I took my new car in for her first oil change. Preston at the service desk was very helpful he checked my car in . I also got a courtesy ride home the courtesy driver was very nice and friendly. I was also able to speak to my sales guy Sammy who was an absolute great salesman. When I come in, I am always treated very good. Facility is clean, very professional, and knowledgeable.

I needed to get my 7500 mile service done but there were no appointments available for two weeks. So I decided to go in at 7:00am when they opened to drop off my vehicle and just wait. They were able to get me in and out within 1-1/2 hours. I was shocked, I expected to wait longer than that with no appointment. Thank you for the speedy service.
I’ve never been so taken care of by a service team before. From the front desk ladies to the mechanics, everyone was so caring and helpful. Guy went extra miles to explain everything and come up with a solution for me and I’m forever grateful for knowing they are here to help me and not take advantage of me or my situation. I was undecided between multiple models and between dealing with different dealers. I have a busy schedule and Kia was the best option to go in a Sunday. Im glad I did. Ive got excellent customer service experience and I was very satisfied with the service. Kia offers a 5 years warranty on their vehicles and thats a plus for sure. I know some people might be sceptical about the brand, but I have no complaints so far. By the way, Alex provided me with excellent customer service! I do recommend. Thank you Kia!

It was a Saturday morning and I had just finished my grocery shopping and got everything into the trunk of my car. Then the trunk refused to close! No amount of pleading or threatening was going to make that thing behave, so I had to drive home with my trunk lid flapping. YIKES! What to do? Well, no one knows a KIA like the dealer, so I called them. The lady who answered the phone was very polite. She listened to my story and said that they really didnt have any appointments available until August 11 (12 days away), but she said she would go talk with the manager and explain that a flapping trunk lid really is an emergency. She was back in less than a minute and said the Manager said to bring it in right away. So I did. When I got there, they first thought it would take 2-3 hours to find the problem and fix it, but the service advisor went and talked to the manager and he (the manager) advised that they would look at the problem right away. They finished in an hour and I saw that the bill was $75 for a new trunk closer. They asked if I had the extended warranty, and I had to admit I do not know. My 2016 Kia is so dependable and wonderful to drive that I have not had any major repairs, only regular maintenance. I am pretty sure I do not have any extended warranty and I fully expected to pay for the repair. But, once again, God Bless Him! the manager told the service advisor that KIA would take care of me and there was no charge!! I must say, I am extremely impressed with this dealership and want to express my heartfelt thanks to the service advisor and the Manager who truly took care of a customer in need. I love my Kia and highly recommend both the product and this dealership!

Although I was only there for a Kia recall, I was met within a couple of minutes by a service advisor, Dov Goldman #68, who was friendly and professional. It took only an hour and they even washed my car, even though I didnt spend a dime. Great place and kudos to Mr. Goldman for his cheerful attitude!

The day before we went to Horne Kia in Gilbert, and the guy who was suppose to help us wasnt helpful at all and kept complaining about the heat. Very satisfied customer of Rodeo Kia. Mr. Matthew Ranger was my salesperson. A week or so ago, I went to look at 2021 Kia Fortes. We just couldnt agree on price of a new one, and Rodeo Kia didnt have very many Certified Pre-Owned cars; so I continued my search. A day or two ago, Mr. Ranger notified me that a fresh 2019 Forte had arrived and the car was designated as a CPO. The price was right so I went to the dealership; looked the car over, took it for a ride, and ended up buying the car. I was scheduled to visit a Hyundai dealer and a competing Kia dealer the next day. If Mr. Ranger hadnt reached out to me; I more than likely wouldve bought one of the other cars at another dealer. Bought my car here 6 years ago and every time I bring my car in for service the service department always exceeds my expectations!! I Was with heather for years and she was great ! She has gone elsewhere but I am happy to say the new guy I’m sorry I forgot his name but he came from Volkswagen he got me in for 97000mile maintenance. I brought up other concerns with my vehicle and he quickly contacted the warranty company got it approved and contacted me for the okay to make the repairs. My car was in and out in 3hrs even though they were extremely busy. Rodeo kia is Way better than camelback kia.
So I bought my car there, and the options were decent. All models available in various colors which made it easy to stay at one dealer. Haggle was minimal, and took less than a total of 3 hours (which was great considering I had a 4yr and 3ur old with my wife and I, this was in early February. Today in mid April I brought the car in for her first oil change, and they had a express service Ive not seen before. I had to call to make sure it was OK to use since I didnt have an appointment. A lovely woman answered and directed me to pull on through, which I did, and she greeted me at my window. I was there at 9am and with no appointment I was out at 9:44am. A guy came out and called me over and went over what they did and I was on my way. Quick, easy and pleasant. Thanks Rodeo Kia.
My wife and I went to look at vehicles but didn’t intend to buy that day. The salesman (Sammy) was so helpful without being pushy, that we ended up staying longer than we had intended. He and his manager gave me such a good price for my trade in, and also on a new vehicle, we couldn’t resist buying. I’ve had my new Sportage for a little over a week now and I couldn’t be happier. We will undoubtedly go back for a second Kia.

Wouldnt go back to this dealership again. Traded in my car, they never told me how much they took my car, never told me my monthly payments had to find out on my contract. Also felt they wanted to sell out the souls out more when thats not what I have wanted. But thats when they kept telling me well lets look and see if you get approved, when they knew I wanted other options. When I was suppose to test drive another vehicle that I liked, it was ok you got approved for the soul. When I mentioned about the other vehicle I can tell the guy got upset and said they have to do the whole process again once when the bank approves it theres pretty much no going back. After the fifth day I still didnt like the soul did not felt comfortable with it. Emailed Kia back but was told at least Im not married to the vehicle I should look at it as I am just dating it. Now that I am stuck with this car I never wanted. I can not wait until a year or two to trade it in but go to a different dealership this time. Will not go back to this dealership again.

Very bad service i will not be back to this Kia dealership. I was there almost 3 hours, my air is not getting cold, its a K5GT line. I was asked if the part they need is approved they will let me know ticket left open so a waste of my time,. Also now i will need to drive it like that on AZ 115+ is our temps, and if i need to take back i need to leave it half a day and they will not loan me a vehicle disappointed..

I’ve been going to Rodeo Kia for service and repairs since I got my car in 2016. I feel like their prices are fair and that they are always honest. I love the convenience of making an appointment online and having the option of dropping my car off or hanging out there. My absolute favorite advisor is Dov! He is so knowledgeable and patient and explains everything in detail which I love.
I did not like the fact I was forced to accept a b.s line item in the final price for a service from the dealership that is completely unnecessary. It was the equivalent of the under carriage coating dealerships used to hit you over the head to pad the bill so they can make more money on the deal. At least I got them to remove $999.00 for window tint! It was the typical car buying experience.
Everyone was amazing! I really had trouble making final decisions on the right color, features, etc on my Telluride. I spoke with my Salesman, Matt for several days & even on his days off. He helped me walk through the differences in packages of the models offered & search other dealerships for just the right car for me. From the time I made my final decision to the financing, it was smooth & mostly painless 😉 I would definitely come back.

Lost my trust. Took my car in for its first oil change. Decided to do a tire rotation. They told me it would take about a hour. Went back about a hour and 20 min later. Oil change was done but tire rotation wasn’t done. And to top it off they still tried to charge me even tho they didn’t rotate my tires. I even asked the rep if tires where rotated he told me yeah. Lied to my face. I have one rim that has paint chip and it was still on the same side. What kind of techs work their to lie and say they did the task if they actually didn’t.
Solid customer service havent bought a car from them yet but plan too they take great care of my kia forte

Poor customer service in the service department at the Avondale Rodeo! I purchased a 2021 Forte in February, my back window on the driver side stopped going down in June, I made a appointment they said it need a new motor and they would order it! I received a call stating the motor was in! Made a appointment, came in to get this taken care of and was told I had to drop it off, did not have a way home so I made another appointment for Friday July 16th, so happen to call on Thursday July 15 to confirm the appointment and was told that I had no appointment for that day!!! The lady that answered the phone did not give her name but told me to come in Monday July 19th by 7:00am, was there before 7 and was told since I don’t have a appointment it would be 3 to 4 hours! That’s the same amount of time I was told when I had a appointment!!! The person that was taking care of me seems like he had a attitude, it employees are not making the appointments that’s not my fault, I had confidence that my appointment was set! ( I GUESS NOT) I had a soul and always bought it here for service and had no problems! I am so disappointed, this is a new car and under warranty!!! So why can’t o get the service I need for this new car???? I have been in customer service for over 30 years, believes customer service makes the business.

Never Ever do business here again. 2014 Kia Soul I bought from there. Engine problems. They lied said my radiator had a hole in it causing the engine to blow. FALSE it is over a year and a half later same radiator in the car never been repaired or replaced. I had the engine repaired somewhere else and they voided my warranty. I have paperwork and diagnostics from other repair shops that state nothing is wrong with my radiator. The car has a bad engine just like everyone else online has an no one at this dealership cares at all. I called Kia Motor and they stand by their dealer they said. What a joke. Its a shame too it was the second Kia I bought from them. Lost a customer for life.
I forgot to use a coupon on a service visit but was able to use it later for my oil change. Very nice people 🙂

Dov, service representative, gives me excellent customer service every time I bring my car in for servicing over the past 3 years. Hes a keeper. Also, the service repairmen have done a nice job servicing my car for several years as well.
First of all our experience with Alex was awesome! We’ve never been so pleased with a sale guy that wasn’t pushy and had great service. Over all walked out happy but yesterday when receiving a call from their finance guy Jay our experience went from a 5 star to 1. Jay is rude, arrogant and had the audacity to laugh at my fiancé’s face. When buying the car we explained to Alex and Jay when signing that we had just moved in to our new home so we didn’t have a bill yet to show proof of residency. Of course since they want to close the deal that wasn’t a huge concern to them. After a few days go by Jay reached out for proof. We ended up giving him proof about 2 weeks out. We still hadn’t received any forms to send payments either so concerned about not making the payment in time we kept calling Kia to provide that portion to us. Then Alex reached out to set up a meeting with Jay which we showed up with an appointment . When we arrived the front desk person at the time said he had a line of people waiting for him. Since we had other things to do and thought it would’ve been an in and out type of situation we ended up leaving and asked to reschedule. My fiancé called again and Jay said word for word “don’t worry about the payment we will be taking care of it we are behind on paper work because of Covid you should receive something from Kia on your first payment.” We did. Our first payment is on July but Jay called in demanding payment from June even tho that isn’t coming from Kia Finance he works for Kia the dealership. If he was behind on paper work it shouldn’t be our fault. He laughed at my fiancé saying he never said that and that it’s our fault he was behind. If you can avoid this guy pls do! He is terrible and this dealership should get rid of his horrible attitude. We went from wanting to recommend our friends to this particular location to not ever wanting to deal with that horrible person.

If presented with the choice, I’d highly recommend Heather Pena as a service advisor. She’s incredibly hard working and honest, which are two characteristics often missing in dealership employees regardless of brand or price point. Rodeo Kia, in general, has met the demands admirably of a company that has to service a very buyer friendly warranty. I will someday buy another Kia. When I do, I will buy from Rodeo. Further, I will ensure that Rodeo allows Heather service it’s maintenance.

Love this place.. they were there to answer questions.. and left me alone to wonder around and spend my time viewing and checking out vehicles without a sales person.. thats a nice way .. no pressure from anyone.
If I could give negative stars for this review. Had an appt with service dept at 8am for recall fixes, was never called to let me know my car was ready, so I called the next day and was told that the service dept never even attempted repairs. (Apparently when you leave your key in the drop box in an envelope; filled out; they will not do anything without authorization. Then why did I sign the envelope?) I was told at least half a day for repair, but when do they bother to start recall repairs? Ok, after all is said and done, the repairs have been done. Im not happy that it took so long, but I am happy with the repairs. Guy went above and beyond to fix this problem, so because of him, I will come back to this dealership
Had a dead car yesterday, finally got it to Rodeo Kia to be checked out. Did not have an appointment but I was taken care of in a matter of minutes. Johnathan, my service adviser, and I think the service manager listened to what I had to say and checked the battery first. That was the problem and the made sure they had the correct battery for my car and got it in right away to install a new battery. Great service especially without an appointment and in the middle of a very busy day! Always great service there.
Allen was great to work with. Went to Sands Kia and left unimpressed. Came to Rodeo Kia and Allen was able to make it happen with an amazing deal. Highly recommended!

Been coming here all year for my vehicle service needs. I trust this place to take good care of me and my vehicle. They are honest, do a job well done, and the price is reasonable compared to other local mechanics I have been to around town. They are also friendly, which should always be the case for places of service, but that is not always the treatment I receive. I have to mention too, being a single black woman, I have to be careful of who I trust to do business with since I have been taken advantage of too often. I recommend Rodeo Kia to anyone who will listen!
