Yummy burgers, fries and shake at such an affordable price. 😋 Line at 3pm on Saturday was not long at all. Good time to go.

Its in n out. If youve had in n out. Youre gonna get.....in n out. Lol.The drive through sucks here. Just get out and get your food and youll have a better time. Maybe.I came during the afternoon on a weekday so getting out of my car to order was much easier.

Love this location. Its fast convenient and historical. I come everytime Im back in town. Brings back great memories. Thank you for not changing a thing!

I went about an hour after they opened and it took forever to get the food. The quality wasnt the best either. I understand their location is small but it wasnt even busy. It took me close to 15 minutes with only one other car in front of me and all I ordered was a burger. Not the only time that Ive had a bad experience here.

LOVE IN N OUT. always super friendly and polite and you can absolutely taste the quality.

This is the first time that my order was all messtop,from the humberger,the drinks and I ask to have a extra spread wich I didnt get it and also some chili peppers, I took get for granted that they always put them in the bad and the young man read everything to me before I paid,I hope it doesnt happen again!

We stopped here on our way home for a quick bite from a lengthy trip trip. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was one of the old buildings with the double drive-through. It was very clean and the food was as excellent as as you should expect from In-N-Out. The outside eating area was neat clean and orderly and look like it was was serviced regularly.

I love the simple menu and the bible verses on the cup. It reminds me of my faith in God which is appreciated. I love the burgers and the cheeseburgers. Also they have a secret menu not known. Youcan order a grilled cheese which is cheese in between two buns shhh its a secret.

Stars do not go towards food, because it was great In N Out food as usual. However they do go towards this being the strangest In N Out Ive ever been to. First we pulled off the 210 and were facing a death run of a left hand turn with no turn lane, no turn arrow just wait to you thought it was clear and pull across 2 lanes. After safely making into the parking lot we realize there is no way to get to the end of the drive through line as there is no wrap around through the parking lot. You have to be going North on Azuza Ave to be able to get into drive through line. No biggie Ill walk up to the outside order window. This location has a two lane drive through one on three right side of food prep and one on the left side of food prep building, no dine in possible, and then it has an additional connected building that is used as the food storage. So workers are passing ingredients from one building to the other through the walk up order window. As for the drive through great if your in the right hand lane as you can drive up pay, get your food and be gone if your the only person in the car. Left lane well make sure you can do yoga through your car cause youll have to lean over your passenger seat to process payment, receive food, and struggle to hear what the (very nice by the way) young man was saying. Finally our number is called and even though its the strangest location setting Ive been to, staff was still trained the In N Out way and the food was perfect. Which after all is all that really counts right!

Always great and friendly staff. My go-to is the protein style Double-Double with sauce on the side. Dont eat it in the car though, can get a bit messy!

The slowest In-N-Out Burger EVER!! I had to call the corporate office to have them start moving the line We were stalled for like 13 minutes and there was nobody outside taking orders. It wasnt until after I called that somebody came out and started taking orders

Very busy place, drive thru and walkup only. Food is consistent, staff friendly. Parking lot entry and exit can be a bit tricky when busy.

Its your usual great tasting in and out. The lines to order are crazy nowadays. If you ever get lucky and see that the line is relatively small then go in and order, you will not be disappointed. I usually order a combo number 1 which is a double double with fries and pink lemonade and add the chopped up banana peppers.

Long lines but worth the wait.Unfortunately the fries always taste like cardboard @ every In & Out! If they can make fries hot & like McDonalds fries it would get an 11 rating.

Service here was a lot slower then usual at an In N Out. Im not sure if thats because we went there first thing when they opened but the food was fantastic as always. The employees were also nice.

The meat was fresh, the buns toasted perfectly and the fries were perfection. The fries were soft and lightly salted. I was sorry to finish my meal.

Decent location. Long wait times at the window during peak hours. Double Double animal style isnt as hardy as Im used to. Customer service is about a 7 average.

Quick and efficient as always and, of course, delicious! The parking is a bit weird if you havent been here before, but the staff was very friendly and took covid safety measures to protect themselves and customers. Greatly appreciated!

Really neat one of original locations. Food was great as usual but the wait was rough! They only have one grill for two drive through lines and a walk up!

In-N-Out Burger is one of the few fast food restaurants in the area that never freezes mesh fresh meat products before Eclipse it. So the hamburgers that you eat near restaurant fresh. Shows up in the final product and how taste compared to other restaurants and burger that use beef that has been frozen before cooking. This location of In and Out Burger is directly across the street from a McDonalds which is right off of the 210 Highway. It is strange to see a restaurant such as in and out, be so much busier than McDonalds, which everyone knows could be an extremely busy and popular restaurants, worldwide.

Just a typical wonderful experience with the food and service. Also, my dog seemed to enjoy the saltless meat patty that the girl taking my order smartly suggested. Axel and I look forward to our next In and Out visit.

Line is always so long but thats to be expected with the food being made fresh. Staff is friendly but not very attentive when theyre busy I had to yell to get the attention of the window worker to ask for a straw.

The fries was half cooked. The employee did not change his gloves after handling the mop bucket from out side. I will not be back.

Normally very good, clean, never got my order wrong. but this visit, tho the service was fantastic, my burger was ... weird. I think it had ketchup on it, I know seems petty, but the flavor was wrong... idk but I still recommend.

Hands down, my favorite restaurant to dine at. The food is always excellent! The last time my wife and I dined here I ordered the calamari which is the best I have ever had. It is served with 2 different sauces that are wonderful. It was cooked perfectly and came with creamy mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables. The creme for dessert was perfect. The staff is always welcoming, friendly and attentive.

Their burgers are cooked okay but the fries need work. I was served some raw ones today. They were a mix of burnt and raw :/.

Like always its was delicious now that I get my chillies cut and inside my burger all you gotta do is ask and since it was sprinkling we got free hot chocolate......

When I went to college at APU, this is the location to go to. They also have great T-shirts. In-N-Out does it right, extremely high quality, very clean facilities. Yes, of course some of the best burgers anywhere. Im not a fan of the French fries.

The only complain I have is the location of the property, hard to get in if there is a line, other than that the service is amazing, the employees are friendly and very organized.

The locations entrance for drive thru is short causing the wait line to extend deep into the street. Hectic wait times in drive thru. Food is good, of course its in n out. and service was friendly albeit staggered

After an incident with the Arcadia location I was force to drive to the Azusa location which Im so happy I made that drive, the customer service was great and Zyntia an amazing employee was so kind to help me with my order, keep her in your team is hard to find good employees like her ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐extra stars for Azusa Team...thank you
