I order this drink often... a matcha green tea latte with no foam and almond milk. When I was served the drink I told the lady behind the counter that I asked for no foam, she told me that WAS no foam. I told her it was foam on the top and that it felt light. She insisted it was no foam. Well, as the picture shows, it was foam! The other thing that happened here was that they could not scan my app for my stars. I am a visitor driving through... but this was not a good Starbucks visit :(

Starbucks at Safeway in Baker City. Right next to Safeways Signature Cafe. Usual great coffee. Had a Verona dark roast pour- over and then Pike refill. Friendly baristas and great service. Only two tables with two chairs each at cafe area. Had samples of two new frappes - Caramel cream and Smores. Tried both and they were tasty.

Very nice lady and made my salted Carmel mocha just the way I like it.

Great staff very kind and helpful go see for yourself and you will see what I mean.

Nice atmosphere. Confident, fast service. Nice place to sit and have a latte, and enjoy your day.

Amazing service! She made my crazy drink 100% perfect, and when the milk didnt bring it to the top, she warmed up some more. Best service at a Starbucks yet (and Ive been to a lot)!

Consistent, moderately high quality. My favorite things to get are the bacon gruyere sous vide egg bites and the cold brew.

Went over to the safeway starbucks and had coffee made by Amanda, it was amazing! Not an overbearing burnt or bitter taste, just right and the tea was flaverful. She did amazing and has a 5* personality! Great work and wonderful to get a coffee that tasted right.

The lady was very rude,believe her name was Amber ! And made our drinks very poorly ! She jus dumped the Carmel in the bottom of our cups(every drink u gt a chunk of Carmel) instead of around the cup like most other Starbucks do ! Very disappointing !
