Ive been dealing with this company for many years. Practically built cars using this particular company. Even when they sold me the wrong part I could take it back and customer service was always top notch. But here lately theres new people, one person in particular, that doesnt know customer service from a hole in the ground. Just in the last few months I bought parts from them and theyve made mistakes and made me feel like it was my fault. But being loyal I return to buy another part today. And this gentleman that I am speaking about made me feel like I was a criminal. Ive never been made to feel like that from anywhere else. He was very rude, wouldnt let me talk and made me very very frustrated. So needless to say this will be my last dealings with them and after talking to my boss, my company is going to look for a different parts supplier. Im very disappointed because this company is very convenient for me because its in my neighborhood. But I dont mind driving miles to be treated like a human being.

I didnt like that I had to call in ahead, because I dont always know what I need, and I can show them a picture of what I need, but other than than, they had very good service.

Superior service and EXTREMELY knowledgeable staff. If you need anything automotive this is the place to go. If they dont have it in stock, which is rare because they have a huge inventory, they will order it for you and usually have it the next day. This is a quite reputable establishment.

Having only recently moved to Bakersfield to take care of ill Mother, we have never dealt with Fast Undercar. As my Mother and I (as her caregiver) were in a transport van enroute home after dialysis last Thursday 6/8/17 @ approx 4:15 pm a Fast Undercar driver came to a complete stop on 99 south bound, right hand lane, for well over 9 minutes!! We could not understand what the driver was doing. We were honking, cars behind us were honking yet he just sat there!!! We began timing and at 9 minutes he finally started inching forward. as we passed him he looked over and laughed. NOT FUNNY!! THIS TYPE OF DRIVING CAUSES ACCIDENTS!!!! Perhaps vehicle #75 was having mechanical issues.
