Awesome family operated tire shop and Ive been to a bunch from a career in trucking. I was in and out in an hour but did call the day before so they had my tires. They put Michelin Defender LTX tires on my 2010 F150 and its like a different truck, all good. They also removed wheel lock keys that I didnt have the key to. Totally happy and their Covid safetoo.

During a cross-country trip I stopped in without notice. Right after leaving my vehicle an employee asked how I could be helped. Another gent, Sam, promptly took care of my concerns and taught me a bit more about my tires. I was quickly back on the highway. Any shop that treats a one-off customer thusly will certainly be as terrific to a local resident, who could become a repeat customer.

Good service at a descent price

I came in for vehicle inspection for a job offer that I received and handed him a vehicle check list that the company I was hired for provided and ended up coming out with a $1600 bill with other things wrong with my 2016. Then charged me a service fee of $50 to not pass. Because other things was wrong besides what my company ask them to check was the problem. I am never going here again. Bad customer service. Lies lies lies. So since this pandemic you guys just take people hard earnings? I guess if you dont know to much about cars, then company like this tell you anything just to make a coin.

Faster service than the big chains and smart guys behind the counter. I asked for a recommendation on a tire a was very happy with what they gave me.

Used to be a customer for about 8 years until I realized that I was over paying the whole time for Chinese tires. I own three cars and had to replace approximately every three years because of dry rot. And if I got a flat I had to pay for repair, sometime they patched it sometimes they plugged it. I gave three stars because they were friendly and fast. Now I have use Americas tire for approximately 10 years, and have had great experiences with them and recommend them to all my friends. In conclusion if you use Joaquin tires shop and like them then good for you as for me Americans all the way.

Reasonably priced tires. Quick and fast. Beware about additional sales on brakes. They said I needed my brake pads replaced, but they were far from it. I would go back for tire services.

Got a great price on tires, alignment and oil change. The service was great. And the owner made sure I was happy with the everything. I would recommend them to every one I know.

They were always good, BUT, this last time the owner gave me a smaller tire size all the way around.now my car scrapes over dips and speed bumps. I needed a 195 and he just gave me 185. On his own. By the time I noticed of course it was to late.Also, the owner personally cracked my hub cap, I barely bought them. I would describe my experience as San Joaquin being concerned more for his stock sales before the needs of its customers.Pay close attention to sizes. And quality of workman ship. I never mentioned to Trina The owner of my dissatisfaction, I just decided to give a review and warn people to be attentive to derails. If they dont have what you need, dont settle for what he wants to sell you to conveniently clear his old stock inventory, go some where honest.

I went in today to get my tire fixed & was ignored for almost 10mins,, finally a employee came from the back and asked how he could help me ... As i waited for my tire to get replaced, the same guy that was just ignoring me for 10 mins asked if i needed to be helped when he saw me looking at their rims that are on display smfhI was profiled from the minute i closed my car door,, despite the great customer service by the gentlemen who seen i was being ignored and asked to help me i dont think Ill be coming back anytime soon
