Really helpful the guy there is a beast! Give that man a raise

This place is unorganized. First the main phone directs you to different parts of the country. I called many times to get an update on my key fob and for some reason I was directed to someone in another state? I came half hr before closing and a young lady was already closing up shop. So I didn’t mind but my information was taken down so that they could take care of it the next day. She stated that they were having issues with fed ex to give them time to work on my key fob so I shouldn’t call and they would call me. I was fine with that. So I wait about three days and nothing. Cool. But after the 5th I called and couldn’t get hold of anyone cause of the calls being redirected elsewhere. When I finally got someone on the phone. A gentlemen stated they don’t know what I’m talking about because I never placed an order? I told him exactly what had happen and this POS wanted to get unprofessional with a consumer. I’d rather take my hard earned dollar to establishments that deserves it. I run a business out here too. We all trying to survive. You’re a reflection of your company.

He did a great job. He was able to utilize most of the lock and only had to change the bolt. He did exactly what he promised at the estimated price. I would highly recommend this service. By the way they came on Sunday morning without any extra haslle or charge.

Found this place after a local locksmith recommendation and so glad he did. Broke the metal key portion of my Honda Civic key but still had the remote and chip. This place was fast, efficient and friendly. Prices were also very good and will highly recommend!

Worst place ever don’t come here

Very rude, unprofessional, does not make eye contact, didn’t even let me explain. Young guy who works there acts like if he don’t even want to work, didn’t really explain good. Overall VERY RUDE!!! I’ll just go eat my hard earned money elsewhere

Best place to buy quality affordable car keys for most makes and models of cars.I’ve bought 2 replacement car keys from these guys for different cars. I bought a car key for my 2005 Chrysler 300, the key and the remote head both worked very well. I also bought a remote head key for my 2008 Honda Accord. Both keys worked great.I used a different car key replacement service in the past and the keys didn’t work nearly as well and the customer service was poor.These guys are great and the gentleman that sold me the car keys was a pleasure to deal with. Very good customer service and outstanding price for such high quality car keys.Very very satisfied with my car key purchase.

I ordered a replacement fob from The Keyless Shop at Sears, which turned out to be a big mistake. Their $$$ fobs only carry a 90 day warranty, and this was NOT made clear to me when I ordered a fob for my vehicle. The fob they sold me never worked well, often requiring multiple presses or unreasonably hard presses to get it to work. Finally it gave up entirely, but by that time my 90 days was up and they have no intention of helping make good on the product they sold me.This turned out to be a FALSE bargain! I will now have to find a reputable key shop and get another fob made. Something like a fob should last for many years, so why do they back it with only a 90 day warranty? Maybe because they know they are peddling JUNK.NOTE to Owner: I was at the store just yesterday and they sent me packing. All I want is a working fob - how do I get that?

I own a Toyota Corolla 2009 S and my remote key turns my car on but won’t lock or unlock my car. I thought it was the battery to the remote key but I guess that isn’t it because the light on remote key flashes but doesn’t do anything when pressing on “unlock or “lock”. Help please!

These guys are terrible and really rude and try to over charge you way too much. I went to a different place and had the work done for $20 less than what these guys were trying to charge me. I went here twice and both times they were really rude so I went somewhere else. Save yourself some time and definitely some money and dont go here! 👎

My key-tech was Shannon, she went out of her way to make sure my unusual keys would work. Ultimately, for my Wright Screen Door key, we had to get the blank from another source to make them work. Im very pleased with the service I received here.

I went here yesterday to get a spare key made for my car after the dealer had quoted me an outrageous price. Service was so fast & friendly! I will definitely recommend my friends & family to The Keyless Shop in Bakersfield.

The Sears Key Shop is a good spot to get your keys copied they know what theyre doing and have a big key selection and you dont have a long wait so thats always a plus for me Ill probably go there again to get my keys copied if I need to if Im in the area but its okay spot that you can see about it
