Great business got me a car same day was easy and fast love my new truck that ms cars r us 😁

Recently visited this local used car lot/ uhaul business. I was amazingly surprised by the customer service and attentiveness from employees. I highly recommend this locally owned business to anyone for their needs of a rental or used car.

I had a reservation at 2pm, and the truck wasnt available until 6:30pm. This place did not notify us and was not made aware of this change until 1:30pm as I was about to leave to pick up the truck. When I asked the person on why I was not made aware of this change, he said he was not able to look up my information or reservation number and to take it up with the regional office. I called the regional office and they said they should have access to my information since their system all use the same scheduling service, which is what I suspected. They are very unprofessional and cannot even admit when they make a mistake about not notifying their customer. Do not reserve your Uhauls here.

Was so easy to get a UHUAL from them it’s a car dealership too and a uhual rental place! Staff is friendly and felt welcome no issues renting out equipment will be back soon!
